Golf Swing Release – Learn This VITAL Hand And Wrist Action

Here, I demonstrate how your hands and wrists play a vital role at the start of your downswing and must be activated before you have reached the impact zone. Many golfers fear that the early release of the golf club at the start of their downswing will cause a casting action, but this is certainly not the case.

As the hands and wrists uncock at the start of the downswing, the body will automatically react to this trigger movement and respond accordingly.

Casting the golf club can only be achieved if there is no movement or weight shift with the bigger muscles when you change direction from your upswing to your downswing.

Thanks for watching my video, I hope you enjoyed the content. Regards Ian.
