We already told you, let him have fun, don’t try to change anything yet. Get him to love putting and chipping with a little gambling/competition.
How about clubs that are an appropriate length for him

Could you just let the 5-year old have fun and not worry about his form? Jfc.
Far and away the most important thing for a beginner is to strike the ball cleanly. Truthfully form doesn’t matter very much. You have to get used to making solid contact.
