Quick thing, it is not a hickory driver.
Hickory refers to the type of wood used for shafts pre-WW2, but your club is steel shafted. The head of wooden clubs was usually made from persimmon (which you said later), and persimmon persisted across hickory shafts into steel shafts. However, the club you are using is made from Maple Laminate
In the late 50's, golf manufacturers began to run out of "old growth" persimmon, which was considered stronger and more durable than new growth persimmon. So another material was developed for golf clubs, layers of maple wood pressed and laminated together; Maple Laminate. Maple Laminate is usually pretty identifiable by the distinct lines between the layers of sheets of maple.

congrats on 100k! so awesome! I know that was tough though. I hit 20 in a row quick at the range and i'm sore and exhausted. Also you hit the ball further on your knees than i do just trying regular. I've gotta find a way to up that ha
