A high school transgender runner was booed while being crowned as the Oregon Girls’ 6A 200-meter state champion.
Aayden Gallagher, of McDaniel High School, won the state title by two-tenths of a second. Gallagher was also booed while crossing the finish line of the race.
Gallagher also had the best time of the preliminary heats in the event.
The sophomore also ran the fastest 400-meter prelim, but lost the final of the 400-meter by 0.15 of a second.

Why do these young women continue to compete against these cheaters. The only way this is going to stop is the young ladies refuse to compete against them
This has become a NON-ISSUE. Stop making it seem like there's still a real debate or any real division. It took the leagues and athletic associations a while to figure out the science and stop giving credibility to hormone-suppression treatment. (Arguably too long). But BASICALLY EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE NOW: You can't have people competing against girls/women if they went through male puberty at any point before transitioning. It's obvious to everyone. The advantages persist, regardless of hormone suppression.
Back in 2022, the Swimming Associations got their sense together and stopped allowing Lia Thomas to compete as a female. End of story. Two years ago. There was an appeal, and it was immediately rejected just a few weeks ago. Should have happened earlier, but they had to figure it out.
I think there's still some latitude for leagues to make this call on their own to allow for exceptions. And I think that makes sense. So yes, a 8-10-year old ping pong league in Topeka probably should be allowed to decide whether they're cool with allowing 8-10 year-old boys and girls to compete in the same ping pong league for the sake of efficiency before splitting them up later. Or, I don't know, maybe some leagues want to allow men and women to compete against each other in curling, or billiards. The leagues closest to the situation need to figure it out and make that call. But they have to put fairness first. And on that, Democrats, Republicans, whoever can all agree.
Great job to the fans that booed, this should have never been allowed in the first place. The lefty government has lost their minds

It’s interesting that all these male athletes competed with males and lost, they can simply switch genders and win gold. I don’t believe they’re actually transgender.
Only people with minds can allow this man to compete against real women and destroy the integrity of women's sports. What a shame – It is disgusting and will become the end of women's sports if it is allowed to continue. The only way I can see to sto this is for women to stop competing until the only people left re trans-athletes. Make this sacrifice for future generations because you will never be able to win anyways. This is the result of the woke agenda.

If people really believe that biological genders don't exist, why have separate men's and women's competitions at all? Why not just let everyone compete against everyone else and let performance alone decide who makes the team and who wins and loses? If you're going to take a position, you should follow it to its logical conclusion.
It’s game over. The trans will take over the woman’s sport. They will dominate it. Men, will as usual, always dominate theirs. We as men need to support our women’s in this issue and get them out of this nonsense! It should be trans against trans. If it to less people to compete with then I guess it’s their problem

We should stop funding, going to or watch events where trans are competing against wemen. If enough people boycott these events no money will go the woke organizers and maybe ( Hopefully) they will be fired.
