James – put the oversize grips Bryson uses on a wedge – trust me
Nothing new. You can do the same with the Mazel Chipper which has been around for years.
I tried to like the Ping Chipper. But, I found out that my gap wedge could produce similar results and offer additional functionality.
Picked up a Square Strike on Whatnot cheap, hard to find lefty. It was ok. Rather just use a reg wedge or iron and choke down
I have some questions about your simulator
The bunt
Just spend £90 on a decent forgiving wedge
I think most people call it a 9 iron 😂 . I’d rather spend £150 and three different wedges from Kirkland
Many golfers don’t know how to chip or even punch out of the trees! We used what was in the bag and creativity while everything today seems to be mechanical .
Call it eleventeen
you can call it the eleven CC
just like a square strike or mazel. but more expensive
Nope, one part of my game that I love is striking my wedges. Love getting within 140. If I were to name that club I would call it the “Punchy 7.”
It’s for chipping!!! You’re not helping anybody showing how’s to hit a nearly full shot with a short upright 9 iron. This is for using like a putter with a bit of loft
Seems like a very useful club. I have always used all of my irons with a half swing and record my average yardages for dealing with strong windy days. Also, a quarter swing for closer work around the greens. It really expands the options. Most people will not practice half and quarter swing shots with irons much, so this club could be a real assist for many golfers. People may say it is cheating but it really is not. Use what helps the scorecard the most.
38 degrees, eh? No problemo, I would just pull out my 39 degree eight iron, choke up a bit and hit those shots. Unfortunately, just another gimmick club to me.
Some club that James and very well demonstrated with what you can do and use it for
Brets got some good shots in him now and then not sure this is for him. I say get this in Foxys hands for a test drive… Bobby, Bobby, Bobby you had one job on that single digit salute and you failed!
What a nice finish on it as well, looks great
Call the club The Winger because in traditional football shirt numbers, 11 is a winger and also because this club will be used for improvised shots, you will in effect be winging it.
