Swing improvements..?


A couple days ago I posted a video of my iron swing asking for feedback. I was told early extension and arms/hands getting lost behind me in the backswing was an issue. I’ve worked on dipping my left hip, relaxing my upper body through impact, and not laying the club off at the top of the backswing to address those problems. I felt pretty uncomfortable at first out on the course and ended up shooting 46 on the front nine, then got into rhythm and shot 38 on the back (my best score ever at this 72.2 index course). The question is, does it look like I’ve actually made these improvements at all? (Original video is on my profile)
