Marshall University President Brad D. Smith, who previously served as the Chairman & CEO of Intuit, spoke during the 7th Annual Campbell Trophy Summit at Stanford University on July 26. His presentation revolved around leadership, personal growth, and time management. Smith shared insights on effective leadership principles, the challenges faced by the younger generation, and the importance of prioritizing personal events to maintain a healthy work-life balance. He also discussed the leadership qualities of Mister Rogers, highlighting his empathy, compassion, and kindness, and emphasized the importance of emulating his approach to leadership in both personal and professional life.
