  1. We need to absolutely ABOLISH this narrative that QBs have a going rate of 1/4 of the entire salary cap. The league needs yo quit catering to this behavior, and send divas to target to get pAiIiIiIiIiDdDdDdUhHhH

  2. Jordan Love got OVERPAID after starting one season as the starter for GB. It was way too soon to pay him all that money like that

  3. didn't even play good for a whole season and we're talking about giving this dude the farm. I remember a time when you had to prove you could play consistently for more than one season. Now, mofos trying to get $300M for passing gas in a few games.

I'm tired of players getting paid like this tbh. It's stupid and has ruined the market when it comes to signing players, further widening the gap between big time franchises and small market ones. This doesn't even apply to just the NFL either, it's the NBA and MLB as well. See Javier Baez for example, the Detroit Tigers signed him to a massive contract after a couple seasons in Chicago, now the dude cannot seemingly figure out where the strike zone is and looks blind at the plate.

Another example, (NBA) Bradley Beal. Another, (MLB) Chris Davis. Another, (NBA) Kawhi Leonard. Another, (NBA) Chris Paul. Some notable NFL examples, most recently Kenny Golladay. Then you have guys like Sam Bradford, David Boston, Andre Rison, Carson Wentz, Albert Haynesworth etc etc. I think you get my point, the list would be pages long if you focused on just one sport. No matter how many times this "quick to pay" thing gets proven to be a bad idea, teams refuse to accept the amount of times it FAILED and continue to throw millions of dollars into a slot machine.

Teams are so fast to throw tons of money away on potential rather than talent and consistent performance. Michael Jordan was right.

  4. To the Packers fans out there, let’s have a fun matchup as my Eagles play against your team in Brazil to open the 2024 season!

  5. Nah, you bugging on this one…..8 games?….. No way SWAY……8 games?!!! Owners are going to unite soon, this QB money is getting out of control… The BEST QB in the league is not the highest paid….which is crazy… Love is NOT even 5 QB. Owners are going to get smart….watch……

  6. Who invented calculus, genetic engineering, electricity generator, alternate current, automobile, airplane, TV, satellite communication, computer, cell phone? People didn’t invent these things want to end up the same place?

  7. So what how Jordan played against cowboys. He has only played one season. Russell Wilson didn’t get paid until what 4th year? Heck no he or anyone deserves to get paid that kind of money in the first 3 years

  9. Yeah let’s keep paying more to these players while the economy is in the toilet and ticket prices become so high nobody can afford it. Everybody stay home and watch!! These players would play for 250k a year since most of them didn’t finish college degree.

  10. All this players want to get paid top dollar when they have no championships/Rings to show…Players should get paid by their Resume, they are already getting paid millions and they demand more and still complaint…BS!!!!!!!

  11. I’m not being a hater, I like Jordan love (as a ravens fan), but he only got this contract because of that cowboys playoff win. I believe he definitely deserved a big contract but not this much YET.
