Is this the Most Beautiful Golf Course in the World? | Adventures In Golf Season 4

All the way up… literally. Erik Anders Lang goes to the top of the world to play the world’s northernmost links course on Adventures In Golf, presented by United. It was totally worth the three separate plane rides and 125-mile road trip for Erik to play this Norwegian masterpiece.

Lofoten Links, located in Norway’s village of Hov, is equal parts beautiful and fascinating. It’s location yields a possibility to play it up AM or PM thanks to the Midnight Sun. And the layout is stunning.

As Erik describes, “Usually, there’s at least one hole that feels like a puzzle piece jammed into the wrong spot. Not here.”

  1. 49 dislikes of this episode? Are they kidding? This documentary was absolutely amazing. Hats off to Erik and his production team – and the staff at this incredible golf course.

  2. I think golf is spiritual because it puts you into nature with a purpose, but that purpose does not detract from nature, and it isn't work. Great episode.

  3. Playing golf here must be like a religious experience. It's a shame I'll never be able to afford to come here, let alone play here.

  4. That 2nd hole looks incredible!! Absolutely stunning course, very envious of Eriks lifestyle of travelling to play this incredible courses

  5. yep, that's the big bad thing about many golf courses, you go there, play it once, and lose all desire to ever see it again.
Sounds like this one should be on the Viking liner tour-list.

  6. I love this series so much but I always find myself wishing you'd show some actual golf. Not much, just quick well shot highlights of a hole or two. I have no idea from the video what golfing this course is like up close aside from the aerial views

  7. Just saw the Video, will be in Lofoten in 2 weeks time. I will now be aiming to play this course, look great.

  8. I visited this place this summer, and i gotta say the track really has metured. So fun and beautiful! The fareways and greens are just stunning. However as a non-professional it's a quite hard course so you gotta brings loads of balls 😀

  9. Pity you didn’t show more of the course and the individual holes instead of sitting around talking to people so much
Very disappointing video for a serious golfer.
