Your favorite trio is back! With Summer about to be taken over by the massive sports moves heating up and the world experiencing a whirlwind of headlines, society and athletics, no better moment than now for Ryan, Channing, and Fred to sit and talk about everything, only the way they know how to do.

During this three-man special of The Pivot Podcast, in partnership with Fanatics, we unpack the biggest news of the week and look ahead to what’s next.

Turning our attention to the world of sports, with the positive vibes brewing as the 2024 Olympics open up this week. Highlighted by the honor of LeBron James being chosen as one of two athletes to carry the U.S. flag at the opening ceremony and first ever men’s basketball player to do so is something we all agree on is well-deserved as a strong representation of our country. Looking forward to the Games and all the golden moments, we also talk about the immense pressure faced by Olympic athletes, highlighting Simone Biles’ resilience and mental strength, particularly in light of her past choices regarding competition. With the same energy talking bad-ass women in sports, we dive into the WNBA All-Star game this past weekend. We touch on who showcased incredible talent and dedication on the court, proving once again why WNBA players are trailblazers in the world of ALL professional sports today.

Cutting through the chaos of travel delays, computer glitches and life disruptions caused by software issues and we lean into dependency on technology and how it truly is at the mercy of others. Hoping our travel plans aren’t interrupted as we get ready to lock in on our NFL training camp tour as we hit the road this week, connecting with players, coaches and visiting over 25 teams in preparation for the upcoming season. Stay tapped in as we bring you sideline views, exclusive conversations and stories from NFL cities, gearing up for what promises to be an unforgettable summer and football season. Don’t miss out on this episode filled with insightful discussions, passionate opinions, and a whole lot of excitement—tune in now to the Pivot Podcast in partnership with Fanatics!

  1. I concur with you @Freddy T. I love the way the women play because they use the fundamentals. It’s like they are still in college . You can better understand the game through the use of fundamentals. Ain’t nothing like scoring in the paint; at the rim.

  2. Channing saying Bron ain’t from the hood is one of if not the dumbest things he has ever said. Akron is no joke most of the city can be considered “hood”, just because he was famous does not negate the struggle.
