Kettlebell Workouts Complex Circuit Ep. 01 – Double Flow – Full Body Burn

This was the first episode of the Working out with Kettlebell Home Workout routines and it was an amazing workout. It was probably the most muscular endurance challenge to date. It was also challenging to the mind as we did some complicated movements with a single kettlebell to spice things up. Let me know how it goes.

Preworkout ritual:
1. Prepare my intra workout hydration – Mix one scoop of preworkout or aminos with 1 ounce of apple cider vinegar, and water on half gallon water bottle. (See my website to see options for performance pre workout drinks below in the supplementation section of this article)
2. Take one serving of my fat burner (30mins to one hour before the workout)
3. Put on band ( for my medial epicondylitis “golfer’s elbow”.
4. Make sure my fitbit charge 4 ( and whoop strap ( are charged and set up.

Exercises:
The Double Kettlebell Ladder 1:
1. Double Kettlebell Swings x 10
2. Double Kettlebell Power Cleans x 10
3. Alternating Double Kettlebell Forward Lunges x 10 alternating
4. Alternating Double Kettlebell Shoulder Press x 10 alternating

Single Kettlebell Advanced Flow: (no up down ladder)
1. Single arm single leg balance snatch to reverse lunge to rotation snatch and windmill x 6 alternating
2. Double Kettlebell Clean and Jerk x 8 alternating stance
3. In and out High Pushups x 10

Post workout ritual:
1. Stretch muscles targeted.
2. Shower.
3. Eat one serving of my post workout protein cookies (my protein bites:
4. I also eat one slice of bread with butter.
5. About an hour after my post workout toast and protein cookie I eat my second “meal”. First meal is breakfast 3 hours before the workout.
