This fantastic golf drill will definitely help you achieve a better turn and more width in your golf swing. It will also help you to feel the correct position with your bigger muscles and how much they can rotate in your backswing, which will then allow for a much better turn through the golf ball and in to your finishing position.
Remember not to move your head whilst you are doing this, because this will reduce the amount of turn and coil you can create with your shoulders.
