Let's go Spencer! As a long time baseball player before transitioning to Disc Golf, my only feedback for a backhand is to emulate a left handed swing of a bat. There is a great video clip somewhere of eagles leg and shoulder movement alongside Shohei Ohtani and it's very similar… I would agree with that.
The forehand throw for me is almost identical to the slot I would throw when playing second base and shortstop and throwing while on the move fielding a ground ball (keeping shoulders parallel to the ground, slightly over the nights, and generating power through your legs and hip rotation)
