Shane Lowry’s wife and family as Irishman looks to win The Open
Shane Lowry is eyeing his second Claret Jug this weekend, following a stellar start at The Open on Thursday, despite a very tense exchange with a cameraman.
The Co Offaly native was just one shot behind leader Daniel Brown after a bogey-free five-under-par round of 66. His wife Wendy will be cheering him on at Royal Troon over the coming days.
The happy couple have been together since 2012 and tied the knot in 2016 at New York’s City Hall. They are parents to seven year-old Iris and two year old Ivy.
