All protective details have detailed advance security and personnel authorized and who signs all plans before the principal arrives, or wheels down landing. She knows exactly what happened and who dropped the ball. It is all documented before the principal arrives. The assigned duty detail agent and local assigned SAIC and ASAIC to the visit that ultimately signs off on the plan. THEY NEED TO BE INTERVIEWED. The advanced team and the ASAIC or SAIC at the local level, the signature and well documented responsible people need to be forced retired. Cheatly has enough years, she can retire.
