I am so disappointed and angry with West Ham United. Downes I hope You smashed the granny out of us when you play us. Every single time. I don’t care if I am sentimental, He is one of our own, We treated him like an outsider. Southampton has a fantastic player on their hands. So aggravating to see him in that dirty shirt. Very sad to see Flynn go as I was confident he’d get time under Lopetegui. He’s a far better player than Soucek but he’s not as good as Paqueta or Alvarez. And with the new young players at West Ham coming g through someone had to go. It’s a shame it’s Flynn. Good luck at Southampton ⚒️
Every time Flynn played for West Ham I was impressed. He didn’t look out of place one bit in the premier league and I know he’ll be able to step up. The only reason he didn’t play was because of Moyes’ love affair with Tomas Soucek and his refusal to drop him.
Not giving Flynn a chance was all down to Mosye……..l pity a club who are mug enough to employ him…..⚒

Chuffed for Russell Martin. Played for county with him as a kid in Sussex. Wasn’t the best player but work ethic second to none. Same work ethic as a manager. And as a Brighton fan it’s good to have the Saints back. Always a decent away day on the train
