have you got much going through your mind when you’re playing a golf shot when you’re swinging have you got swing thoughts what I normally try to do it’s funny cuz you watch this and I know it’s going to be wrong what I saying I basically go grip St alignment me that’s the what I try and do okay yeah started already it and I know you say what and look at it and yeah I know but that’s I’m telling you what it is it’s got to be what it is of course it is I want to know exactly what’s going through your mind I’m very Target orientated CU we’re not trying to tell you how to do it of course that’s not how it is we’re unpicking it and letting something different evolve so it’s like we’ve got to we’ve got to recognize how we can connect more intuitively what we’re trying to do because as soon as you start putting protocol in place that’s distracting you consistently bad isn’t it yeah it’s it’s consistent you yeah you’ve got something going on there oh yeah sorry no you’re all right it’s good it’s good to see this see can see what’s going on You’ve Really Got A you got to swing left and down you’re aware of your hip action okay you’ve been working on turning your hips but it’s not really turning your hips that you need to do to turn them so you’re having to get a lot of rotation through your upper torso yeah and so to get your golf swing going this way is more difficult for you we’re not trying to swing a particular way we’re just trying to create the opportunity for the body to use itself in the easiest way so we we’re creating opportunity for movement we’re just not limiting it so as soon as we start to restrict movement we’re restricting space we can use we restricting movement patterns and then we’ve got to try and use the space we’ve got the best way and that’s where your movement Maps emerge that’s how you develop your habitual pattern by locking out that that pelvis region you’ve got to get all your movement for your upper body so your horizontal component so your depth if you like that that way that that’s got to come from your torso pretty much obviously the less you rotate the more up the swing goes as you rotate more it’s shallower okay so we’ve got to look at where you’re getting your rotations from because this left leg is really limiting how you move your body every golf shot is an opportunity to create a very memorable experience for you to use in the future or it’s just an event you’re going through that’s lost and just noise and forgotten yeah and I’m talking movement wise legs straight and just with your ankles back and forth heel to toe toe to heel so the toe going onto your toes will lift you up perfect and now relax knees straight roll your ankles from side to side this is awesome now uh legs straight be careful with this very slow just twist your hips but very slow yeah good that’s enough seen it okay good now make a walking action and now use that walking action to twist your hips perfect okay now we’re going to swing the arms not enough opposition but with the Rope body rotation so it’s going to swing the same way but we’re going to do it on these okay so once you get twisting just let your arms swing with the rotation and your arms just go back and forth like they’re just swinging off the shoulders but dead but dead straight back and forth like a pendulum okay so they don’t go they don’t deviate like this watch they’re not getting thrown off line to going look at that straight back and through oh okay so nice and what you’ve already started doing is here if you don’t mind me just I’m just there you started using your hip flexors you started using your hips here yeah cuz we have to drop and pop it look at that and the the spring swings the arms and the pop opens up all your body rotation this is what these are for yeah using the ground cuz your feet and your that’s fantastic it seem to gain so much momentum and you feel like you’ve got lots of time to gain where when I’m there it’s gone there I feel like my swing’s gone no time so movement creates time right so here I just want you to swing it swing it back and forth for me am I using the board as well yeah absolutely always using the board now softer and let that club just swing softer not as big not as big a swing just start to harmonize it a bit more okay good now what we’re not doing to rock this board we’re not ex we’re not stomping we just Flex oh I see so you so you see those rails yeah we roll the rail look you roll and then you can push off it right that’s it you roll the rail nice so you roll and then what it does is when you roll it hold it there it creates a platform now you can push off push up and then you swing so you create the platform you roll the rail then you can push up that’s it lovely nice I’m going to use my left hand you use your right so I’m going to mirror you and we’re going to start here this is zero this is just a starting place and you’re we’re going to go one two three now watch this this is your one two three one two Wrecking Ball three transverse you rotate good that’s it start here to get some momentum no no Gary Gary you start side oh sorry so you can throw for I’m going get some momentum and then in that three just do it again sorry one two three hold it it’s just letting that rotate there you go so you’re not going to swing down you’re going to go one two three one two and feel the three that’s it that’s awesome one two three different feeling yeah fantastic oh wow that was brilliant yeah now that’s you wouldn’t that now you’re in driver territory right so that’s as much as you need to do so you don’t so you don’t need to put in stress but on your knee but what you doing is cleverly what’s happening watch this you’re moving your pelvis and look it moves the KN the ankle the knee and the hip so you’re not twisting the knee and then twisting the hip and talking through the knee you move you’re just letting everything move in space nice if you make a three and commit to that Direction with your release yeah that’s a draw that starts right and that’s the beauty of practice now that’s the excitement of it that’s the I’m just going to practice without hitting it first do what you want but it’s like feeling motion feeling movement there you go feeling just enjoying exploring it if you love the coaching and want to experience the effects of the training that you see low much lower that was yeah look at that you can you can commit to swinging out that space out there to the right and it’ll draw oh yeah that’s beautiful isn’t it yeah that’s just that little one yard it’s fantastic and I’m not really I don’t feel like I’m getting that 100% no no it’s weird and and the thing is it’s just got to be good enough and sometimes it’s going to be perfect sometimes it’s not but it’s still not ingrained you had two gos yeah that’s the the level of expectancy of golfers it’s might yeah after 200 oh that’s beautiful that’s perfect Gary stri I’m done I’m going feel good I think you sit at home and you watch YouTube and you wear lots of talking you wear lots of people going great and great to come and experience it it’s totally different I’ve never experienced it in draws like that really never even off four wow never and I thought of it some good draws before but they must have been pullups you were just aiming right because you know what when you when I said let’s go to the right your first instinct was to move your feix yes yeah so you were doing it by just moving your alignment keeping the system the same but now you can adapt the whole system that’s
