hey everyone it’s Chris for AF golf store in today’s video I’m taking a trip to Callaway down in Swindon where we’re going to take a tour around their Factory and see how they assemble your clubs following a free custom fitting at AF golf store remember if you like our Channel don’t forget to hit that subscribe button [Music] order is uh print in the office like you probably saw yeah they come here in picking area it’s on the table we have their different orders we put everything on the uh trolley what is bending will go to bending what it’s standard with bending We Go in different uh trolly here we have a station with that tape and we protect all the hle because it’s going on digital bending and uh we our quality is very high and we want to be perfect on the end of the line because on the bending process sometimes it’s possible to be little bit marked it depends of the bending what they ask if it’s double action like line and LOF you know it’s a lot of movement on the hle and can be just the small marks and we protect with this tape okay the puzle after we will take [Music] off we can cut one set or one stick is the same because if we have on the order just number seven to cut we will put the same plate and we cut number seven if it’s as whatever it’s here yeah uh first when the operator start to cut this one the first time it’s checking the shafts because here on the table we can see very clear if it’s something wrong with the logo if the length is different yeah can be a manufactured yeah yeah yeah and here we check all the LOF all the logo if it’s okay if it’s what the customer asked to us and after we set the plate and we cut yeah put here and cut always first we cut the tip and after the bath [Music] just a bit after we cut we have a system in this computer and we check every single set if we cut conform with the specification and the specification to tell us is 37562 need to be the Sha yeah okay I will take the shop I will put here and it’s look 37500 51 is ours we have 0.01 tolerance here you see so it’s conform with the specification and we check all we C [Music] here we prepare the tip for perrows to install the ferals and after after to uh blow them we have here a swing W station here is all the perrows you see here we have labels every box for what kind of club we need to use the pharoh yeah in this situation this is parad HL look on the this one is is SM HL [Music] [Music] so this week will show us this machine is conform with standard machine yeah to work and we check the calibration and we will install the grip with this laser to be straight and the alignment to be with the head [Music] w [Music] [Music] and here if you saw I think this is important you see we always alignment this point with this point and with this yeah and with the logo on the Sha what the laser we always put the laser on the middle of the logo on the shaft if the shaft have a logo you see here we have some Square yes okay okay look it on the middle and this logo need to be straight with this Chevron and with this G yeah [Music] okay here like you see it’s all the specs we have here Paradigm I smoke HL yeah and this graphite shaft yeah the shaft offset it’s standard so here we have all the specification and we go here Paradigm is smoke HL graph Shar male gender and we need to do C9 this is the way wait for uh this club here we put the club and here it’s C 7.2 just little bit yeah it’s c7.2 and here we have all the weights what we use to put on the tip on the Sha and do our uh weight yeah so because we will push here 0.1 G glue we need to do this the C 8.5 and 0.5 will be glue on the end will be C9 yeah okay can you do eight and she put three and she put again on those and it’s C 8.5 and with the glue will be C9 like the specs whe t [Music] [Music] [Music] we use some sun because that glue with the St will do a very good connection and I will show you on the end when I will check the clubs we will put on the torque tester to check the uh if it’s good blue yeah head with the Shar just leave it little bit there yeah so you can come here you see here on the head is straight the laser yeah yeah okay look here it’s on the middle middle it’s on the Chevron and here so all the club the linen for the club yeah is with the head so with the with a a shaft with no graphics on the front switch it around no look here you see we will have because the Shar with our graph logo or something we will have here if you see here it’s on the middle you see on the middle of the E here it’s on the middle so here I can check the front and the back yeah if it’s not nothing here I will do the alignment grip with head yeah yeah and there on the detailing station we will install here a label or here it depends of the model and now this club will be on the oven for 15 minutes [Music] [Music] he [Music] [Applause] n [Music] [Applause] [Music] so after bending this is Bend and this no marks no DS no scratches on the heads okay and we changed this one in case we damage on just got broken there so she could have put a new [Music] here we turn little bit the pharoh to be on the same line with the head yeah just turn one time because here it’s like this on the beginning and we need to do like this to be smoothy and very very nice yeah you see is this Shar yeah yeah we put little bit asset on on this after we apply aceton on the fal we clean the club so if this was a steel shaft you’d have the yeah if I need to put to install the label I will put here yeah you see this is the alignment it’s right here I will take a label and I will install like this yeah I need to make sure for example the middle of the label to be with this a line yeah with this one [Music] so here we have manual ruler and this is digital ruler yeah this machine is for Loft and line to check if we Bend proper and this machine is for torque tester we put the pressure on the head and sha and we see if this is okay yeah so I will start with torque tester here you see it’s pass and failed if it’s not okay it’s not okay the quality of uh shaft is not okay will fail yeah so I have the specification for the final specs for this product this one it’s HL yeah Paradigm smoke HL iron for males I have number five yeah the final length need to be 39 and here is the standard line but I done up one that means need to be 61.5 I will take number five I will put on the ruler and this 39 so that means we cut properly and we build okay I will check the line and the line will be here here is the Loft yeah sorry so 60 and here need to be 61.5 so look so accurate [Music] [Applause] if you see this yeah it’s for alignment every single Club on the end of the production line is check the alignment every single Club look it’s here I need to put like this yeah and I need to see if this dots from here with Chevron with this line with logo and with the head it’s in the right uh alignment yeah this if I see here this grip is little bit like this left or right side it’s reject it’s it’s put on the trolley and it’s go on the repair area it’s not what I check here I will check first of all I will check the component again to see if this because it’s possible to mix the Jers on the line or the rolly I check this one yeah I look on the head it’s Apex smoke uh HL yeah is number five this is the correct shock project cyer 60 with regular I check the grip here because I don’t want to have some split or damage during the process this is important area for us to be clean and good and after I check the alignment to see if it’s okay if it’s okay and I’m happy I will put here if in this set I find just one club is not okay all the sets is going back on the repair [Music] [Applause] [Music] now I record on the computer it’s already built check and in the Box and we label every Club so on this label like you see the customer can see it Apex smoke HL number five up one yeah this is the certificate for the clubs we build together yeah for every single order we we have one we put this inside we close the Box we have the labels where you can see the tricking numbers and everything this is UPC and it’s on the palace so there we go guys I hope you enjoyed that that’s great insight into how Callaway produced the golf clubs ready for your next round of golf a massive thank you to everybody involved at Callaway for
