I’m Justin here at Golf Galaxy with my man Drake May going to test out the new tailor made Qi irons straight distance is the best distance let’s go swing them all right Drake so we’re going to be getting into the new Qi model of their uh game improvement player Improvement Series so this one is going to be the most Improvement possible for you because you’re not playing as often you can kind of get up and go and trust that you got some quality uh technology going in with you got you the extra stiff shaft for your Club head speed you got your trusty ad iron in your hand right now so let’s see you hit a few gotcha and the QI it matches my driver same as my driver exactly same quest for inertia so they’re really emphasizing forgiveness in this line yeah sounded good the club feels a little heavier is that just for forgiveness yeah generally generally you know with your type of speed we want something that can time and kick well with you yeah right so you can’t be out there with a with a noodle right and trying to time it and hit your draw that you like to hit you got to have something that can I like this this it feels good in my hand yeah oh that sounded pure man 130 ball speed on that Top Notch that felt good and what we’re seeing here man you’re getting plenty of height on it launch angle in a good spot landing at 56 carrying the ball about 178 yards and then a total of 181 so that’s hitting on the green and stopping you might even get a little bit of zip on there so yeah that’s what it’s about it’s really getting you some control with your iron set even in the game improvement range like yeah I got to turn my hands over a little bit get that draw action didn’t hend as good see what happens there straight though it’s as straight as I’ve ever seen one so all you want 78 right it’s pretty that’s pretty consistent very consistent hunting that’s what we’re hunting so now you know in your bag you have a pure 180 Club in your hand right here gotcha pure 180 need that right you find that distance a lot don’t you so explain to me how similar ball or less ball speed but same carry how much less though I mean we’re probably just a fraction less right yeah consistency within it and that’s what game improvement is about is getting still finding that range between like 126 130 will go about the same distance yeah yeah really is that ball speed 126 130 like you said and then spin is in the similar rate of 57 to about 6,300 so you’re living in the same areas that was good ball speed but it felt good I mean that’s money Drake that’s hitting a number every time might be a little short but you’ll get that yardage back the more you play I think this club is going to be a perfect fit for you hunting more birdies hunting more pars more greens and where you’re at right now with Taylor mes forgiveness you can’t get any better so I like that setup we got you into yeah really easy to hit that’s all I want you know something easy to h i don’t play much especially you know during the season I don’t play at all so during off seon just be able somebody can hit exactly I’m I good
