in this video I’m going to play golf with a full set of Kirkland Signature golf clubs that’s right the whole shebang from Costco the driver the putter the brand new Kirkland Signature irons wedges and I’ve even got oh the golf balls and the gloves I’ve got the full shebang nine holes can I break par can I shoot level par what will I shoot with a full set of Kirkland Signature clubs genuinely I’m excited about this because I’ve tested all of these products individually either at the hit Studio or going back quite a few years now because this was the real first product that came out and hit the stores the Kirkland Signature golf balls and they’ve had a lot of iterations since that first original ball and I remember unbelievable golf ball seriously I know loads of golfers watching the videos now used kir and signature golf balls then they brought out wedges three wedges for £ 150 again fantastic then they dived into the putter market and brought out this again very impressive putter for 20 more recently brought out a driver a lot of people was requesting it £180 and last but not least the irons very similar to a tailor made p790s but just under the £500 for a set of irons again very very impressive this whole set probably added the balls and the gloves is just over ,000 for this set so collectively it’s not like it’s super super cheap but very very reasonable considering this day and age it’s hard to get a premium set of irons for less than ,000 I’m actually I’ve never even used the Kirkland Signature glov so we’ll give these a go as well even review these four gloves and 24 golf balls fingers crossed I don’t need all of these balls and gloves for this nine hole challenge you know they’ve done I don’t know how they’ve done it but genuinely I think C should done an incredible job these are from Costco basically a wholesale store and you can get this set of clubs I mean I think they look fantastic I mean granted I’ve got my vessel bag and they look brilliant in that bag they don’t do a bag just yet that might be the next thing they bring out but so impressive I think they look so so good right b nine here at maret Worley Park we’ve got a few tough par fours par fivs and a couple of drivable par fours I’m confident that I can shoot under par this nine holes sun’s out I’m fully equipped let’s go and shoot under the par okay let’s go Par Four to kick things off just under 400 yards the driver’s out to watch the full review of this driver I’ll put the links all in the description below um but I was honestly so impressed with the performance okay nice little fade off the first te oh yes strong start let’s go let’s go okay after a good drive got 140 yards left no pitching wedge these irons are a little bit stronger than what I’d normally use so I think it’s not even a full pitching wed it’s just a nice one let’s open let’s open this video up with a nice bit of birdy sauce come in a bit that is going to be quite nice that should finish as long as it’s held as long as it’s gripped that should be pretty good we should be having a little put for birdie let’s go let’s go come on look at this nice little opportunity for Birdie on the first lit that distance control was absolutely spot on got my Kirkland glove in my back pocket my kirkin putter in my hand I must admit this this putter I’ve actually not taken it out of the box since I reviewed it that was four years ago it is really nice like really really nice let’s not this one in down the hill a little bit left to [Music] right let’s go I thought for a second I started to walk it in and I thought it was going to stay short one under okay second hole we play is the path three up the hill 180 yards now I’m actually going to go with s iron here where normally I probably be in six with with the kir signature ions if you’ve not seen the full review they’re very similar to p790s filled with speed foam effectively uh slightly stronger lofted Hollow head construction they’re very shiny as you might see even on the video there they’re very very shiny uh and they look so so good right let’s continue this good form it’s a little draw get up there can’t tell if on the front edge or if we short of the green didn’t quite strike it great truth be told not my best strike okay just a little bit short of the green here I didn’t quite catch that seven iron first time they using one of the wedges again this was the first Club COC C brought out you can get three wedges for £150 come in a nice box kind of really uh exploded the the certainly social media golf social media a lot people were very excited about Kirkland Signature when es and then they’ve just kept building on the on the clubs right it’s not this one close we’ll take that every day okay pretty much a dead straight put down the hill to clean up the PA birdie par start let’s go drive ball power 4 coming up next as well okay drive ball par four let’s go stick it on with driver pins back left get there get there go ball oh it was absolutely down the neck of it I didn’t I didn’t strike it perfect in fact you can actually see the strike Mark a little bit Healy didn’t quite get the full punch but it was absolutely online with the PIN should have a nice little chip from the front of the green okay so just show the green I didn’t quite catch it if I hit the middle I reckon it had a chance of getting on okay nice little up and down from here ah not my best strike ah damn didn’t quite trust that one unfortunately we’re on the green but not super close okay right that was a poor chip I’ve been better than that recently but that wasn’t my let’s see if we can recover with a good putt go that way oh it went that way but late o a little bit pacy oh Rick that’s a disaster bogey nearly drove the green bad chip three port back to level par ah now the goal is to shoot level par or he’s under par now if I do and I think I can do with these clubs kind of maybe it poses an even bigger question are we paying too much for golf equipment don’t know yet but I’ve been impressed that last was just hurt though should have made birdie from there par at worst okay bounce back ability par five coming up after that very silly bogey on the last let’s see if we can get this driver flying down there the only the only issue and I’m sure it’s about to come there’s no Fairway woods yet or hybrids that’s got to be the next step for signature so it’s going to have to be a driver and maybe driver again or a really good driver in for iron four left okay that’s on a different hole but it’s it’s okay I think I went after that one a bit too hard forgetting it’s only a a stiff shaft Okay so we’ve uh we’ve got a little bit off piec here this is the uh the tenth hole which we originally played uh I’ll be honest I’ve played golf here for 20 plus years from that tea I have never ever ever ever ever hit it down this hole something new I’ve got no idea I know there’s water just after these trees which I’ve definitely got to hit it longer than uh I’m going to Rifle a seven iron just cuz we’ got to get over these trees and see if we can put it back in the Fairway that should be back in the middle of the Fairway I don’t know what I’m listening out for I’m listening out for either a splash in the water or a fairway shot I think we’re in the Fairway with that shot that was nice good recovery okay 120 yards um I can get there with G wedge actually 52 degree it’s going to be right on the limit but I think if I pump one it’ll get there with G wedge go oh Rick should have it pitching wedge it’s a little bit short we have to rely on a good chip again I’m afraid not played this whole well at all not played it well at [Music] all okay big p big po criminal oh that was so close that’s a a really last two holes they’re almost not guaranteed birdies but the most birdi B holes on this golf course and I’ve just gone bogey bogey right one over got to now get this back got to get after such a good start we’ve got to get this back 134 yards I’m going to hit a full pitching wedge it’s either going to go in or within three feet go in the hole then go in the hole then in in oh my goodness that was dancing around the flag oh my goodness that’s one of the closest I’ve ever been to a h holding one look at that it’s pitched there it’s jumped next to the hole and then spun all the way back to here God that was close that was honestly really super to be fair super unlucky it didn’t go in okay I was hoping to have a slightly closer birdie put we got this one I know the I know the read at least up the hill slightly going to the right see if we knock it in ah God that’s close I had two puts like that today that have literally skirted The Edge oh that was a big chance for a birdie we’d take a par one over four holes to play okay four holes left to play there’s this and the next which are somewhat testing power fours and 17s are driveable Par Four 18s a very getable par five and one over unluckily a one over I feel as well so let’s get this back to level par if not on the par let’s find a a good driver shot it’s a bit of the left B I think it’s fine the hole kind of goes that way a little bit that’ll be down the shortcut down the left side okay after a near hole in one to this I thought I was fine but it’s end up in the trees I have to chip this back out in the Fairway the holes actually over there but I can’t get to it that way let’s chip it out get it back in play okay unlucky it didn’t get back on the th actually okay Shields need to go up and down for par now they chopping out the trees this is where I should have been in one really let’s get this one up and down 104 yards it’s a great strike be the number be the number go in oh okay got to go and hold that for a par I’m fighting for this level par everybody I really am feel like it’s uh couple of small mistakes have cost me quite a lot of shots today let’s see if we can box that for for a good recovery PA quite a bit of break left to right let’s hope it drops in as opposed to slipping by got a nice read so it’ll be a great up and down recovery PA that is a really good PA that is an excellent PA right still one over three holes to play if I can get through the next hole I I can definitely bir one if not both of the last two holes got to say that putter feels good that putter ball combination feels really really good okay this is where I could do the three-wood or a hybrid right now because I I don’t like hitting driver up this hole it gets very very very tight down there I’m going have to try and rifle the 4 iron see if we can get one chasing and missing those bunkers and getting in the Fairway it’s our best chance of playing this hole carry the bunkers carry the bunker oh no Rick it was such a good hit as well oh I need it to carry the bunker just light left of it right it was a good hit but just didn’t quite have enough Club that’s what I’m I mean there is a there’s definit because I’ve only got one two three four five six seven eight nine 10 11 12 clubs three wood or a or a two iron I think that could be a next Edition oh I needed it then I’ve actually never been in this bunker before finding a few new places on this golf course today this is a real real real tough shot I’m about 190 yards away I’ve got to go out first I’ve got to get out the bunker then I’ve got to go flight over those trees and the green is over the top of those trees 69 I’m just going to have to do it just going have to play a proper golf here oh be good be really good that was I thought it was absolutely money that genuinely was one of the greatest shots I’ve ever hit on camera and it doesn’t look spectacular but that was in a bunker 190 yards away over trees and I’ve managed to land it on the Green and where I thought maybe I was going to be struggling to make par we’ve got a a put for birdie come on Rick this would be nice one a hole break break drop drop oh God that was close that was really really close about two foot out it was just missing left and then all of a sudden it darted right that would have genuinely been one of the greatest birdies I’ve ever made in my life however it’s a par we stay one over with a driveable Par Four and a par five coming up I’m going to get this back to level par easily this is it 17th hole just under 300 yards let’s knock it on let’s make a birdie fade fade fade fade fade fade oh it’s a really really good hit it’s pin high but just left of the green that was really good come on we can get up and down from there okay that was a really really good drive just pulled it a fraction what it to fade got plenty of green to work with let’s get nice up and down here just going to open the open the blade on a on the 56 dig your teeth dig your teeth dig your teeth stop a oh it just came out a fraction hot Ah that’s annoying it just came out a little bit too fiery I needed to land it just just just on the green ah left myself a much harder put than I needed to have here now come on Rick hold a big one let’s get back to level par oh smashed it smashed it okay this is a big po important one can’t be dropping another shot after this great Drive he’s held on to it he’s held on to it right one hole to play one over par let’s go make a bird or an eagle up the last it’s doable it’s very doable okay last all let’s go par five got to finish strong oh it’s up the right might be in a bit of danger just the other hole up there going to be blocked out a fraction not ideal not the best finishing drive there afid just leaked up the right got a little bit more trees to get over I’ve got no idea how far I am uh I’m just going to rip a five iron straight over the trees Green’s over that way somewhere come on let’s finish with a birdie caught the last Branch but got lucky it kind of kicks back forward he’ll be down there short of the green so as we just play last all one over I would I take that probably would to be honest with you couple of small mistakes I mean I started unbelievably strong with the birdie and then just a couple of short silly mistakes nothing crazy I’ve enjoyed using these clubs I have I’ve reviewed them and and I honestly think they’re really really good I think the wedges and the putter are a real stand out I think the driver is solid I think the irons are very good performing feel great I think my criticism and I’ve been critical of this one point all the way through reviewing Kirkland Signature is obviously they just not custom fit there’s been a couple of drives today where I’ve tried to go after it a little bit more the one on 13 and the one then on 18 and just feel like the shaft just isn’t suitable for me when I’m trying to go for it a bit more and that’s obviously where if you swing it slightly different to normal it’s going to be hard to really get fit for these clubs but good performance very solid very impressive I need now need to get up and down for a birdie to finish level p after finding the uh the cut up rof area 55 yards from the flag 37 yards to the front 56° wedge in hand let’s get this up and down sat up actually quite nicely that up too nicely go oh that’s I’ve got away with that enormously it was just sat up that little bit too much Club kind of slid under it but we’ve got that now for a birdie to get to level par very interesting nine holes I think it could have been a lot better today um but if we can knock this bad boy in get back to level I’ll be over the moon all right then come on let’s finish with this P it’s a big right to left P up
