Sir Jim Ratcliffe has warned it will take “time and patience” to bring sporting success back to Manchester United.
Ratcliffe has purchased a 25 per cent stake in the Premier League club for £1.03bn which gives his INEOS company control of football operations.

Actually come to think of it it did not need Ratcliffe to come along and make Utd great again. It could have been done by the Glazers themselves after Utd started on the decline post Ferguson. All they had to do was consult a top football specialist consultancy about a top scouting and recruitment team recommendation and employ them by getting rid of the banker Woodward who knew nothing about football never mind the best football talents . Just imagine where we would be today if that done. Pity.
