Question for the locals – I’ve played Torrey Pines maybe 4-5x. The first few times were in November and the course was lush. Last year(pics) we played in September and the North course was pretty burned out. I know they start the overseed and all, but is this normal September conditions? Going out there this September again and hoping it’s better. Thanks in advance.
