Good day ladies & gents!
We’re moving from a townhome to a home and I finally have what I think would be my golf sim room (garage could be backup since truck can’t fit in 2nd bay). It’s 10’ ceilings and just over 12X12 room. There are French doors that open to the hallway so that could provide some additional backswing room if needed but ideally I’d keep it contained for maximum silence outside the room.
Not even sure 12’ X 12 1/2’ would work or which sim would be ideal. Checked out Carls and put it up to $10k+. Down to DIY but want to stay under $7k max $10k and screen is a must since I want to play courses when the guys come over.
If anyone has done something similar or has suggestions on out of the box setups your wisdom is appreciated! Garage space is a backup with an industrial fan but I’m in FL 😅
