all right Aaron great playing you’ve grabbed a share of the 36 hole lead how does the game feel right now 13 under through two rounds yeah it feels in a good place played really nicely the last two days hit it well tto green hit a lot of Fairways had a lot of chances um and rolled it pretty well too on the green so yeah it’s been a real solid first two days to start with second in the field in Strokes game to approach the green a category that you’re in the top 10 on tour this season how hard have you worked at that part of your game um I think it’s been more of a process over the last few years there’s nothing in particular that I’ve really tried to change this year I think building Good Foundations of of previous years and just trying to stay on top of the fundamentals trying to stay in a pretty good place and that changes week to week and I think trying to bring it back and kind of play with what is going on that particular week I feel like we’ve done a better job in managing the full shots um which has certainly helped in uh this season with with ta green you finished in the in the top 10 here last year how confident do you feel around this golf course yeah it’s always nice to come back to a course with good memories um I enjoy I enjoy the layout it fits my eye pretty well um and the conditions that we have this week are pretty soft which certainly um gives us opportunities to to hit a lot of Fairways and be a little more aggressive with the second shots just given how the we week has gone how this course is I know you guys love to see an oldfashioned course mixed in on the tour to be heating up right now to catch up how good does it feel to go into tomorrow knowing you have this under your belt yeah really good um I think the biggest positives are just how I’ve played the last two days the schore has has gone along with that and um yeah there’s still a huge amount of golf to play but it’s it’s a great position to be in um and a lot of positives to draw on over the last two days sure that 20 and A2 foot distance from the hole what are you thinking in that moment as you tea Up played with Joel Damon he had a very similar putt which he made um so it was nice to see his go in and it definitely helped to give me a little bit of a read gave me an idea of how slow the putt was as well it was definitely a little slower than I expected um and yeah my focus was just on trying to hit a good Putt and it felt great off the face and it was nice to see it just just about get there and roll in and we’re going into threesome play tomorrow just because of weather um how do you think that’ll feel for a Saturday just wanting to get as much golf in as possible yeah I mean it it might feel a little bit different considering it’s a weekend but we we always play three Sims on Thursday and Friday so um I’m sure it shouldn’t feel too different thank you cheers thank you
