we were at shinok you shot like two under or something like that yeah it was I shot 72 at sh 72 you shot even two over oh it was even part I think it was 72 and the wind was crazy that day crazy my my game is all over the place right now last round I played was a few days ago I shot at 8 under par on the front nine and then I shot a 54 in the back nine so who knows what’s going to happen double par is the max score double par double par Stu finer I believe went double par on every single hole except for one I think on the par three low key like this is not an easy golf course we’re just about to step up oh great I’m happy you invited me out to this one oh you’re going to love that oh I got lucky you’re going to love that yeah yep you’re going to love that you’re going to throw a lot of those golf isms at me today oh well no that’s just the only one I do no matter what good or bad you’re going to love that I really wish I had the time to golf I like golf do you I just don’t have the time I do like golf I I swear to god dude I crushed that what the [ __ ] was that big cat yeah but wait is there is that fair is that fair I think you drove that thing 360 yards yeah but it went like all the your chances of success by using a driver out of the rough I’m not going to take that driver out of hand you go driver I think I’m maximizing my chances success dri go driver driver is the club is the qualities that I’ve seen is that you feel very approachable even though you’re one of the main people at the company and I think that’s been really helpful for a lot of people that work here I appreciate that not saying that other people aren’t but it’s like sometimes like Dave is a little scary to be around he’s like the boss he’s the big guy and then like you’ve always been right there and like well I think whenever I needed any help it was like you were so right there to help me with anything I think Dave and I are the perfect ying and yang and have been for a long time so true true where like he I couldn’t do what Dave does I don’t think he could do what I do um you need both like I need to work scared but I also need help sometimes right right so it’s a healthy balance people that don’t work scared they’re not successful I I wake up every day being like is today the day that everyone’s going to just not like me anymore right right think I’m not funny driver yep run damn it I’m not we’ll go iron there we’ll go iron not saying the iron is dead I’m not saying the irons have to come out but no we’ll go iron there I’m I’m ready doing Trump hands right now but we got immediately so our last chip we actually really started to feel something there it’s the same thing it’s like you’re trying to make me catch it like almost like you’re throwing a baseball get that start I need hit a a 6654 that’s what I’m going for what would that break 50 that would be 66 54 would be 51 dude signing up for that all day long yeah it’s going to be hard to get that was that’s very aggressive by me what’ you say 6654 yeah I think we can do it through five holes he’s really surprising me I think he’s uh I think he might be like nine over I’d have to check the scoreboard is on the screen right now but as we wait for him to add up his scores cuz he’s very very serious about wanting to beat Hank we’re going to enjoy a nice truly tequila soda watermelon the best drink on the golf course [Music] like that should be money I am smoking this thing truly a great drve yeah that was a big putt that was a huge putt very nice I need to stay hot with the putter it’s my only everything you guys have built oh thanks I cuz when I say that I think one of the things that bar stool gets lost in is everyone’s in their own world and they don’t realize what everyone else is working on and building and I remember remember when the golf cart when when people were getting hit with the golf carts I was like these guys are not going to be able to do it cuz they they think this isn’t funny and I don’t I still don’t think people should hit each other with their golf carts but if you show me a video of it I think it’s funny it is but yeah everything you I mean you guys work so hard and it you know we have the best job in the world you actually probably do have the best job in the world I me come on but uh it’s hard because you can never be like Oh I’m working so hard or my work is hard because people don’t want to hear it which I understand why would you want to hear us say that we work hard when our jobs are a joke but you guys do work really hard it’s um I mean definitely in golf it’s like that impostor syndrome comes out big time how the [ __ ] are we it’s so comp our job right no you guys are the one people that I would trade lives with all right eight no no I mean it might be like a six iron or five iron or your bunted driver I’m not going to take you off that I’m going to try to go five iron this is a big mistake by you my feet are below me I never understand the feet thing what’s hard feet above or feet below well no they’re both like equally difficult but like they both do different things so this one will it’ll always go more left on you so technically you should aim more right yes just get over that bunker and we are living oh yep dude run up on the screen that was a good shot run up on the screen we’re putting that I did not expect that to be a good shot I do not hit this well dude I’m I don’t know what you got some sort of thing going on where you act like you’re not a good golfer and I’m not this is this is my this is actually a perfect example of four you’re only five over through less four holes this is a perfect example of why I get so frustrated with golf because I I think that if I if I really put my time in it I think I would be okay I know but I don’t have the time I know like you feel the potential in there right and I have fun when I’m like shooting de yeah and no yeah it’s frustrating it’s very frustrating oh nice I think pulled it a little it’s going to be putting oh yeah that’s nice yeah but yeah you guys are uh it’s it’s crazy what you guys have built and it’s like I think we don’t do that enough at bar stool where we take a second to look back and be like oh [ __ ] this is pretty crazy like everything that’s been built um because everyone gets caught up in the moment I I’m huge perpetrator of that where I don’t I don’t think I I never take a step back and be like oh man this is actually pretty awesome if you take my brain when I walked into that office the first time and you’re even different like you were working in your house in Chicago it’s like like you guys were just working online the fact that now it’s like a legitimate business people are making like life-changing money and and and putting their kids in schools like like it’s like a real it’s a real life now like to me when I first walked into that office it was like what the [ __ ] am I going to be doing this in 10 years there’s no way this is like a dream no that was that was the biggest thing when we moved when churnin bought us the biggest like at that moment I was having a very big crisis of like so what what are we doing like am I going to just be blogging for the rest of my life dude it was a frat house like yeah and it all came along at the perfect time I think about that New York office the first one it’s like a fever dream oh my God it was just I walked in my first day in my interview you guys were making Pina col and margaritas for like Margarita Fridays and it was I there’s times when I look back at that time and and I’m like that was a little too like competitive but that’s also what we needed every like you know it it the competitive nature is kind of died down a little bit which I think is good but we needed that that was like a pressure cooker yeah I’m fine with that okay part we got up I didn’t love it but no you didn’t strike it as good as you wanted no I I I pussied out at the end one time nope ah all right settle down that one now take your time oh I pulled it oh this thing’s going to move on you go in yes this guy this guy bogy bogey golf is the best golf in the world he is I love bogy golf I love bogey golf I’m not going to suck you off too much but you’re an impressive human being it’s the Spanx mostly I’m not going to [Music] lie not to be the bare bad news water there’s water there’s water now psychiatrists would say you don’t say things your brain doesn’t understand saying don’t so you don’t say don’t hit it in the water you say do hit it in the Fairway you understand what I’m saying yeah I’m I okay it doesn’t make sense it’s we’re going water nope right there water right over the bunker right on the cart path water oh my god oh that’s a perfect Drive holy [ __ ] that is literally a perfect Drive got talk it into it talk it into existence that would have been so funny if you went water it would have been Dan oh that felt good Frankie D cats what the [ __ ] are you doing dude dude don’t go in the sand no you’re short I don’t hit sand shots I forgot to tell you that part too I don’t know if it’s actually showing how good this guy is hitting drives it’s almost getting ridiculous at this big lights are on high Baby draws right down the middle I I love this driver like I love this driver this is the this is the greatest tor made commercial of all time cuz I’ve never used that driver before this is the first day using it and it’s been awesome we talk about um like the the stress or or just the I guess it’s anxiety of always wanting to like keep doing and and progressing when you’re the biggest Sports podcast in the world how much are you like nervous about each episode having to be bigger than the last like it’s not each episode it’s more just uh as a whole I think that’s the that’s the difference in over the years cuz at which is what I should have the mentality I should have had at the beginning which I did have was every episode has to be incredible has to have an incredible guest we have to like keep pushing then you get to a point where you’re not it’s not autopilot but I feel like at some point the sum of what you’ve done should speak to it so it’s like not every show can be A+ this is actually not as much PMT as it is the yak cuz the yak is two hours a day every day and there’ll be times where people like this Yak sucked it’s like dude we’re doing a 2hour show live show every single day not every show can be the funniest show that’s ever been created right and so having like peace of mind with that has been huge I it happened when we moved when we were in that weird office uh in between and people were bitching and I always had a shitload of anxiety cuz like all these people moved to Chicago and like I I the vision I had was very important and I was like I had a lot of people who I I said changing people’s lives well I just said trust me like trust me it’s GNA work in the first couple months we’re in this weird office we’re not in our new office and so the trust it didn’t Wayne ever but I felt a personal responsibility to everyone and that’s when it clicked where I was like I I gave that speech to people on the yak and I gave the speech to our fans like if you can’t trust me after me doing this for 12 years like then just find another show right because today might suck but in 6 months time we’re going to be in this new office and it’s going to be incredible and everything’s going to work exactly how I thought right and it is yeah Yes Man a little deep but that’s right on the stick you’re fine man that’s got to come back come on felt good felt good did you like when I said really concentrate look at this thing getting better oh look at this thing getting better it’s getting better all the time woo nice you’re absolutely right uh more than anything just like actually looking at the ball it’s like baseball it’s like when you’re playing baseall ball you have to actually like you can’t just swing you have to look at the ball all the way through come on one time one time in get in get in what a four damn it what are you crazy what are you crazy playing some golf show it some love boom playing some golf wow this is fun I am having fun fun too bad we’re not playing at would been no it’s actually good get in oh that’s going in oh no I uh I gas out around 12 every time don’t have it I just start losing it and I start not paying attention look at us I can’t do I golf should be 12 holes every [Music] time let me go get the score card cuz we’re on dude I’m actually playing really well he has not missed drive us I’m using the Q 10 Q 10 it’s awesome if he pared this he would shoot 47 I’ve been like [ __ ] I’ve been hitting insane shots I’m not even [ __ ] with you this guy is hitting 300 yd draws down the middle like we’ve been laughing out loud every this this driver is sick I’ve never used it when you’re hitting it that far he’s able to kind of hit like a bunted he’s hitting like bunted drivers towards the green we’re getting on then he’s two putting for like a six or five I started with a bunch of three you start with 27 oh you were so close damn it do it again just swing harder it’s a it’s that shot you’re hitting the sand don’t be afraid of it yes no there rolled off but like you’re out you’re out I told you I wasn’t getting drives phenomenal you putt like kind of okay on the in like the beginning yeah take those those sevens back we right or if you had given me a gimme true that also could have easily L gimmies and we made him put everything outside my score could have been like three less if you had just given me some respectable gimmies um he made me hit like a six-footer and I missed it let’s not forget that you fell in love with the golf club today and it’s the QI 10 did yeah the QI 10 this is the greatest commercial ever for the qi1 people going to think we’re just lying I mean he get every single Drive I want I want to like I wish I could stay out here and play moref I wish I had Henry Lockwood’s life where he doesn’t have to work on a Monday and he can just golf you playing today in the classic [ __ ] yeah we need we need Hank to play in the classic for the classic to to survive right that’s right that’s what we need we need sell out in 30 seconds next there no chance there’s no chance a classic
