welcome to the official Dylan Mel NFL YouTube channel and welcome in to yapping football the show where you guessed it I Yap about football everything from breaking news predictions instant reactions it is all here on this channel if you love the NFL be sure to hit that subscribe button let’s get into today’s video all right welcome back into the channel welcome in for another video as we tretch through the dog days of summer in NFL content I figure maybe we should switch it up a little bit and start taking a look back at the past um so today we’re going to be breaking down all 10 of Aaron Rogers playoff losses in determining are they his fault I actually got inspired to do this video from a Q&A from the John middleof 3 and Now podcast if you don’t listen to that I suggest you do good stuff there but he was actually asked a question regarding Patrick Mahomes and how many Super Bowl rings what the over under is that he would set for the rest of Mahomes career and he set the over under at 1 and a half and originally I was like this is kind of low Patrick Mahomes is fairly young and already has three and then he proceeded to kind of back it up with you know Payton only one two Breeze one Rogers one look at the gap between Brady’s first three and then the next set that he won and I was kind of like you know Fair Point Fair Point John so but when he said that I thought Aaron roders man for the talent that he is at quarterback only one Super Bowl ring that’s just that’s crazy and then I think back into how media has covered Aaron Rogers and you know Rey of course split 50/50 but it’s extremes on both ends on one side it’s Aaron roders didn’t do enough for his team ever and he should have been a better player and on the other side it’s Aaron Rogers team was never good enough to win Aaron is never at fault and I figured we’re likely somewhere in the middle but let me do a little bit of investigative journalism kind of take a little bit of a deeper dive into Aaron roders playoff career and determined was this playoff loss at the feet of Aaron Rodgers or is this out of his control nothing better he could have done and simply the team wasn’t good enough on that day now normally I don’t ask for likes at the beginning of the video however going back through Aaron roders historic playoff career it’s a long one took a lot of time a lot of energy a lot of effort if you can hit that button if you’re new to the channel you love the NFL check it out if you like what you see then hit that sub button but let’s just hop into Aaron Rogers playoff history I want to start off in the macro with Rogers he has a 12- 10 playoff record 5,894 passing yards 45 touchdowns to 13 interceptions and A.1 passer rating so obviously when you kind of take a macro look at things Aaron roders is a beast and that should come as no surprise but now we jump into the 2009 2010 NFL playoffs um the way that this works is technically these are the two 9 playoffs but the game took place in 2010 that is how I’m going to present each and every single one of these years apologies if it’s confusing but I just wanted to make it clear as to where I was talking about his first ever playoff game as a starter was against the Arizona Cardinals in a wild card game the final score was well wild the Green Bay Packers 45 the Arizona Cardinals 51 an overtime loss to Kurt Cousins in Arizona these Cardinals were just coming off of a Super Bowl appearance in that game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers the San Antonio Holmes catch you know what I’m talking about and Rogers statistically BD out this game 423 passing yards four touchdowns one pick and a 121.4 passer rating obviously when you look at those stats you go Rogers was a freaking beast and early on he wasn’t if I’m being honest his very first throw of this game was a bad forced interception I get it young but got to call it like we see it the next drive there was a bad fumble from Donald Driver so not even Rogers fault there but it led to Arizona going up in this game 14- nothing pretty early and in the third quarter it really looked like Arizona was going to walk all over Green Bay in this game they were up 31 to1 but Rogers and the Packers didn’t give up they mounted a good comeback here Greg Jennings had a really really nice one-handed touch down snag to make it 3117 shout out Greg Jennings by the way watching some of this early Packers film I was like well yeah I didn’t realize Greg Jennings was this good you know I didn’t remember him being being like that but but he was like that um another thing Aaron Rogers man we know how good Aaron roders is throughout the course of his career but young Aaron roders man this guy was throwing piss missiles 100 mph darts I mean [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] I mean it was just Rogers going crazy I thought it was a hell of an effort um in the second half he did Miss Greg Jennings on what could have been you know a game-winning touchdown uh potentially he did also have a fumble so it wasn’t the perfect second half from Rogers but I thought it was a hell of an effort in his first playoff game um my verdict here was this is not Rogers fault obviously did he play a perfect football game no but for a guy starting his first playoff game to put up 45 points and still lose have a 121 passer rating I’m not going to hold it against him he was pretty young when this all happened obviously did he play the best in overtime no but at the end of the day you know I’m not going to sit here and knock Rogers for not having a perfect game he did enough that his team could have won this game it was a coin flip game they lost um but again I’m not really going to Doc Rogers for the performance he put up in his very first playoff game 45 points 400 plus passing yards and four touchdowns that would be a little bit crazy if I said yeah that’s his fault the 2010 2011 playoffs saw Green Bay ending hoisting the Lombardi trophy so there’s no playoff losses but I figur while we’re on the road of talking about Rogers career we could at least give him his flowers on the way the Packers won the Super Bowl that year in that playoff run Rogers threw for 1,094 yards n touchdowns two picks had a 109.0 passer rating that’s over the course of four games so you know 250 and2 per game isn’t the craziest in the world but got the job done obviously and in the Super Bowl Rogers was great 304 passing yards three touchdowns no picks a 111 a half passer rating he had a perfect uh touchdown pass to Jordan Nelson a perfect lob and Nelson comes down with it then the Packers got a pick six they go up 14 nothing early in this game and Rogers just just kind of holds off Pittsburgh the rest of the way they tried to mount the comeback but every time Rogers and the Packers needed a play it was there for them this was a really good team you know you had Jennings you had driver you had Jordy Nelson you had a good defense Woodson out there Shields um so you know Kay Matthews this team was legit this team deserved to win a Super Bowl and I wanted to give just a little bit of love for them in this one we then move into the 2011 NFL season and the playoffs did take place in 2012 in the regular season though the Packers followed up their Super Bowl with a dominant regular season performance 15-1 record plus an MVP on tooot so clearly the expectations were going to be high for the Green Bay Packers going into this playoff run and ultimately they ended up not winning a single playoff game they lost in the divisional round to the Future Super Bowl champion New York Giants 30 7- 20 Rogers counting stats 264 passing yards two touchdowns a pick and a 78.5 passer rating Rogers himself ran for 66 yards in this game there was a lot of pressure coming to him from this Giants defensive line you guys kind of know what Giants teams look like when they go on their Super Bowl run Eli plays good some receivers make plays and that defense ultimately carries here’s my thoughts on the game and I thought there were some really interesting plays when it was 10 to 10 in the second quarter mind you again Packers are 15- one coming off of a Super Bowl they are widely looked at as the best team in the NFL Rogers is the MVP 10 to 10 second quarter after scoring Mike McCarthy decides to go for an onside kick kind of felt like a desperation move that didn’t need to be made um ultimately the Packers ended up blocking the Giants field goal attempt on this drive so no points were surrendered but I thought this was a really really odd move as well for the Packers woes continued in the first half they had four dropped passes and Rogers had two or three that were really just not great passes not on the money for his receivers you know could some of them had gone up and made plays maybe but Rogers really could have placed the ball better for some of these guys as well and hakee nicks if you remember the name if you remember the game 155 receiving yards for the New York Giants in the first half including a Hail Mary to end the half when the Giants could have kicked a field goal to go up 20 to 10 talk talk about a punch in the mouth so the Giants came out very strong ultimately held off the Packers in this game got the 37 to 20 Victory my verdict is I’m going to say this is on Rogers and it’s not all on Rogers but I do think Rogers deserves to take blame for this loss and it’s okay if you do ultimately the team should be embarrassed as a whole 15 and one to losing this game is pretty wild but I thought that Aaron Rogers really could have came out early on in this game and played better and made more of a statement I feel like his play early on kind of let the Giants know there’s blood in the water and they took off with it and don’t get me wrong 37 points from Eli Manning a little bit of that is on the defense but also Aaron Rodgers being out played by Eli Manning when you’re 15-1 in the MVP of the league I expect you to do would you need to do in a home playoff game against a team that really wasn’t that great in the regular season obviously we know what happened they went on to win the Super Bowl and went on a miraculous run but this is a game where you take care of business I get it some people aren’t going to love me putting this on a Rogers due to the counting stats But ultimately like I said 15 And1 MVP and you get outplayed by Eli Manning I’m putting that at the feet of you you’re the leader of the team you’re the quarterback you’re the guy you got to do better at home you got to do better you had some bad throws I felt like you kind of played a little safe with it in the second half when you were trailing I need to see more need to see more from Rogers I’m putting this at the feet of him and really the whole team should wear this loss as what the hell did we do but that includes Rogers I’m giving him some of the blame here we then push forward to the 2012 2013 season and in those playoffs the excuse me before we get to the playoffs regular season 11 and5 team in the playoffs now they did get a wild card win over the Minnesota Vikings 24-10 Rogers threw for 274 yards and a touchdown this team was led by running back Adrien Peterson mainly the opposing quarterback was Joe Webb so Aaron Rogers and the Packers did what they were supposed to do took care of business against a far inferior team in my opinion and then the divisional rounds a loss to the San Francisco 49ers we will be hearing that quite a couple times Packers fans apologies I know that you know that that is coming they lost in this game 45 to 31 this was one of the first games that I vividly have good memories of watching throughout Rogers playoff run actually the Super Bowl was the first Super Bowl that I had ever really really watched um was Packers Steelers I know that you know ah I wasn’t in the NFL super early as a kid so if that changes your opinion of me now I guess but I mean it’s been 15 plus years watching NFL football since then um no not 15 but you know 10 to 15 somewhere in that range um 13 I guess but off track this game Rogers 257 21 and a 91 and a half passer rating here’s what I’ll say about this watching this game I quickly realized ized that the 49ers were just a better team ultimately Colin Kaepernick this was his you know breakout year the year that he began starting over Alex Smith took the 49ers to a Super Bowl appearance versus the Baltimore Ravens Colin Kaepernick looked like Lamar Jackson with a better arm and I’m not even kidding you obviously it didn’t last for a career but in this game he ran for 181 rushing yards ran up up and down this Packers defense did Rogers have a perfect game no the 49ers I would say they did um they couldn’t mess up in this game and even when they did it didn’t seem to hurt them I’m not going to put this on Aaron roders so my verdict there is it’s not on Aaron roders if you listen they let the quarterback of the other team run for 181 yards on them the defense couldn’t biased St I thought Rogers was as competitive as he could be but overall the talent on the 49ers roster was just better the 49ers had the best roster in the NFL that season they didn’t win the Super Bowl but they had the best roster in football Frank Gore Vernon Davis Michael Crabtree Patrick Willis on the defensive end the team was loaded Jim Harbaugh is the coach so a lot of advantages in favor of San Francisco Rogers did decent enough in this game I thought to win 31 points he is responsible for you know a 91 a half passer rating I’m not going to ding Rogers for for this loss and when we get to the 2013 2014 playoffs you can pretty much copy and paste a lot of the analysis that I just gave they lost again to the San Francisco 49ers but Green Bay was an eight- win team you know they weren’t too too great that season Kaepernick had another 100 yard rushing season Rogers was hurt half the season so ultimately things kind of fell apart for Green Bay in 2013 2014 probably a miracle that they made the playoffs to be begin with so I’m not going to ding him for either of those losses to Kaepernick and those 49ers teams all right so then we get to the 2014 2015 regular season playoffs the Packers were 12-4 and Rogers wins his second career MVP award in the divisional round they get the 26 to 21 victory over the Dallas Cowboys I thought this was a really good showing from Rogers in this game 316 yards three touchdowns no interceptions and a 125 passer rating as near perfect as perfect can be in a playoff game shout out Rogers guy consistently owns the Green Bay Packers and as an Eagles fan it was easy to root for him in those games right NFC title lost to the Seattle Seahawks 28-22 this was a heartbreaking game to watch going through the Packers lens of watching football through these series of games this one to me would have stung the most of all the Packers playoff losses that we’re going to cover this was bad Rogers in this game statistically 178 yards one touchdown two interceptions and a 55.8 passer rating of course if you don’t remember legion of boom Seahawks great defense in the first quarter Green Bay first two turnovers early got the ball in the Red Zone both times only left with six points could not convert could out score a touchdown it was 13 nothing Green Bay after the first quarter and at the end of the first half it was 16 nothing Green Bay as their defense had forced four turnovers intercepted Russell Wilson three times and forced a fumble on Doug Baldwin so the Packers were very firmly in the driver’s seat only a two-score lead technically but the the Packers were clearly in the driver seat in this first half felt like we could see a Rogers Brady Super Bowl on the horizon but Russell Wilson and the Seahawks had other plans they come back all the way in this game to make it 22 to9 Rogers has a really solid 2-minute drill drive to make it 2222 ultimately Seattle wins the coin toss and they walk it off on a touchdown 28-22 they find themselves going back to the Super Bowl Rogers takes another l in the playoffs this is Roger’s fault this one to me is the most disputable of this needs to fall at the feet of Aaron Rogers for starters the defense had five turnovers in this game they picked off Russell Wilson four times so I don’t want to hear anything about the defense wasn’t good enough they were good enough on this day to win the football game the offense headed by Rogers was not to only get 16 points in the first half on four turnovers is mindboggling and I know that you know Rogers was good in that two-minute Dr the coin toss and maybe Packers fans you feel that if you’d won the coin toss Rogers was going to get it done but the truth is Rogers didn’t get it done in the first half and I know it’s just the first quarter but those two turnovers early where you get the ball in the red zone and can’t come away with a touchdown either time Rogers has to do that that’s the MVP of the league he has to convert to more points there he has to has to has to I thought Rogers didn’t have some great throws either in this game again I get it he’s playing the legion of boom but at the end of the day you got to be better I mean in the Super Bowl Brady won and I get it you know you could argue the Seahawk should have won because of Marshon Lynch not running it in but at the end of the day he got the job done he got 28 points up on them he converted those drives as touchdowns that Rogers left on the board his field goals Rogers had to be better on this day indisputable the 55 5.8 passer rating I mean Rogers wasn’t good Rogers simply wasn’t good and the defense kept them alive in that game and Russell Wilson also not playing good kept them in that game but ultimately Rogers has to wear this loss here this one stung the most to watch and I I feel for Packers fans for this one because realistically it could have been your year but Rogers sold in the NFC championship we then move to the 2015 2016 season the Packers were 10- six on the season and they get into the playoffs yet again in the wild card they have a win over Kurt Cousins and the then Washington Redskins 35 to 18 Rogers has a very solid performance 2102 and a 93 and a half passer rating then we get to the divisional round versus the Arizona Cardinals this is probably the game that a lot of you think about when you think Rogers versus the Cardinals in the playoffs 2620 overtime loss for Rogers he had 261 two touchdowns and a pick in this game and a lot of people remember this game for the hail Mar’s and I understand those were really fun highlight plays Fitzgerald in overtime but when you watch the whole game I thought Rogers was shaky through three quarters I’m not going to lie and I know Randle Cobb was injured and out of the game after the first quarter and he was the Packers leading receiver that year and the Cardinals had some things go their way they did have a crazy Tip Drill touchdown to Michael Floyd which watching that back I was like I I didn’t remember it happened cuz you know my memory of the game is probably the same of yours I just think of the hail Mar’s and pitch sherd in overtime when I look back at this game but really sitting back and watching it I was like o this is kind of on Rogers and going into this game obviously seeing Rogers play for a long time I had some form of predispositions of games that I thought were going to be on him and not going to be on him and this was a game I thought was not going to be on Aaron roders when I watched it back I thought damn the Cardinals really tried to give this one away Carson Palmer had two really bad interceptions in this game and the Cardinals had a pick six that was called back which I’m not saying it shouldn’t have been called back but it was a very lucky break for the Packers that it was because there was a defensive hands to the face of an offensive lineman that I don’t think really affected the outcome of the play but penalty is a penalty it happens the Packers then are in the Red Zone get another opportunity I just thought Rogers was mid through three and a half quarters and at the end of the day he was the better quarterback on the field he should have been able to make more plays I think he should have won this football game I don’t think the Packers missed out on a Super Bowl this season I don’t think their team was good enough but I think they were good enough to win on this day and then who knows how it goes the rest of the the way right but I I’m going to put this loss at the feet of Aaron roders before you comment and tell me I’m wrong go back watch the game Watch either just you know even the NFL they probably got like 10 15 minute highlight reel of this game up on YouTube go watch the game and tell me if you still feel like Rogers couldn’t have played better and couldn’t have played good enough for them to win this game because I personally think he could have and that brings our Aaron Rogers counter to three to three three on his fault three not on his fault I’m interested to see where we go for the rest of this we then get to the 2016 2017 NFL season the Packers once again 10- six Wild Card Weekend they dominate the New York Giants a 38-13 victory Rogers 362 passing yards four touchdowns no picks a 125.2 pass rating a perfect game from Rogers just a display of his excellence and kind of gets that lick back against the New York Giants for a couple years prior so good on him divisional round win over the Cowboys 34- 31 Rogers 355 two touchdowns a pick and a 96.6 passer rating again love watching Rogers beat up on the Cowboys fun to see there leads Green Bay to the NFC Championship which they fall to Atlanta 44-21 Rogers in this game 287 passing yards three touchdowns a pick and a 91.6 pass masterating this Falcons team this offense they walked up and down Green based defense all day this was Matt Ryan’s MVP season the Falcons offense really was the best in the NFL that year and you know I think they were statistically a generational team they were very very solid it was a dominant win uh the Packers in the first half had a Miss field goal and a fumble that led to them being down 24 nothing and unlike in the Super Bowl the Falcons were not choking that lead away um I’m sure you can guess from the way I’m talking about it but this loss not on Aaron roders right his defense really could not buy a stop all day 44 points I know 21 isn’t a ton in an NFC Championship game but I’m not putting this at the feet of Rogers a missed field goal so he could have had 24 there a fumble could have been all the way up to 31 points the defense really lets Rogers down in this game really lets the Packers down they got dog walked by this Atlanta offense simply put I can’t I cannot justify putting this at the feet of Aaron roders he played good enough the 2017 and 2018 seasons were plagued by injury for the Green Bay Packers no playoff appearances for them in this stretch sad to see but before we get into the 2019 2020 season if you are enjoying this video please leave a thumbs up subscribe to the channel if you love football let’s hop in to The Following Season the 2019 2020 and NFL season the Packers go 133 and3 have a great year in the divisional round of the playoffs they beat the Seahawks 28 to 23 Rogers 2432 no picks 13.7 passer rating he really set the tone early on in this game and kind of held the Seahawks off unlike what he was able to do in the NFC Championship a couple years prior obviously not the same Seahawks defense but you know cool to see for the Packers to get their win back the NFC Championship Game a loss to the San Francisco 49ers that’s three playoff losses now to this team a 37-20 loss Rogers in this game 326 passing yards two touchdowns two interceptions and a 97.2 passer rating two things really jumped off the screen here one Aaron Rogers was getting pressured a ton in this game and I get it 49ers at a great defensive line Buckner was still on the team at this point they had believe a rookie Nick Bosa so they were out there but Rogers had no time to make plays in this game and number two San Francisco they were able to run up and down the field on this Packers defense Raheem moer looked like Prime Barry freaking Sanders out there I’m serious Raheem moer you know good good player you would have thought he was a Hall of Famer by the way he played in this freaking game uh they were just killing them Jimmy Garoppolo had a stretch in this game where it was the third or fourth quarter and he’d only thrown seven passes there was an hour and a half of real time that had passed that he did not throw the ball to put that I mean to put it in perspective how bad the Packers defense was that day they gave up almost 40 to a team that didn’t throw the football so no I’m not going to put this on Aaron roders could he have potentially played better yeah I guess so the offensive scheme they kind of figured things out in the second half and were actually able to move the ball a lot of quick underneath stuff now you could argue that’s cuz San Francisco had such a lead that they were just playing back and willing to surrender that stuff to Rogers either way this is not at the feet of Rogers I thought Rogers played about as well as he could have in this game ultimately mismatch on the trenches for San Francisco’s defensive line and their offensive line apparently because you know Rah moer not a Hall of Fame running back looked like one on this day listen games are one and loss in the trenches sometimes this was one of those games but Aaron Rogers is quarterback he doesn’t play in the trenches so I’m not putting this loss at the feet of him we then get into the 2020 2021 NFL season Aaron roders leads the Packers to a 13 and3 year has the MVP award for the third time in his career they get a divisional win over the Rams 32 to8 um I think Goff was hurt in this game but either way Rogers played well 29620 and a 108 passer rating and then of course gets back to the NFC title game and suffers a loss to Tom Brady in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite not getting uh Super Bowl of these two we got an NFC Championship so you got to like that Rogers statistically phenomenal day 346 passing yards three touchdowns one interception and a 101.6 passer rating Rogers actually almost pulled a Brady on Brady Tampa Bay went up early in this game they had a 28-10 lead in the second half of this game and Rogers kind of fought back against that Tampa Bay defense he was really excellent and then we get to the end of the game right this is the play sequence that everybody kind of focuses on the Packers are down eight with I believe it’s like around 2 and 1/2 minutes left I didn’t write down the exact time third down and goal Rogers scrambles looks like there’s a spot where he could rush it in potentially um we don’t know you know how fast defensive backs and linebackers would have caught up to him but there looks like there was an opening instead he kind of Zips it in Devonte Adams who has two guys on him incomplete PS fourth down now down by eight just over 2 minutes to go Matt leflour kicks a field goal to go down five bizarre Choice odd Choice MVP of the League 13 and three i’ probably go for it cuz even if you don’t get it Tampa Bay is pretty far backed up that you still have time right Roger if he gets the ball back could at least Chuck up a Hail Mary and we’ve seen that be successful before so bad coaching decision from Matt laflor who who I do love as a coach but that was a bad decision ultimately a lot of the media put the blame on Rogers for this game for not running it in I will not this loss was not on Aaron Rogers I thought he outplayed Tom Brady overall on the game I thought he played good enough to win I thought he played up to his MVP stature did he potentially miss an opportunity not scrambling there yeah maybe but should his coach have had more faith in him on fourth down to at least go for it yeah I think so this is the MVP of the league three time MVP of the league you have to at least let him decide the game with the ball in his hands ultimately he gave the ball back to Tom Brady with a lead and that was that um in hindsight too we look at that Tampa Bay defense what they did to Mahomes in the Super Bowl shout out Rogers for making this a very very competitive game and being able to move the ball on them you know he did have the best receiver in football and Devonte Adams so could he have done more I I guess maybe you could argue that but I refused to put this at the feet of Rogers I thought it was a coin flip game and like a lot of coin flip games the coin came up Tom Brady then we move into the 2021 2022 NFL season uh Rogers leads the Packers to a 13-4 record this year the league had expanded an additional game he wins his second MVP in a row fourth for his career and ultimately loses the first playoff game they had the divisional round game to the San Francisco 49ers lost 13 to 10 the weather started to play a part for both teams in the second half Roger stats on the day 225 passing yards no touchdowns no picks and a 91.4 passer rating I thought the Green Bay defense was really good in the first half they didn’t give up anything to San Francisco uh they had a 70 lead at halftime listen my take here is this is on Aaron roders this is a very close one very 50/50 if you want to say it’s not on Rogers fine if you want to give all the credit to the 49ers roster and say Rogers did all he could they were just perfect on this day okay I’m not really going to fight with you too too much here’s my thing 13 and four MVP you’re playing against a far inferior quarterback in Jimmy Garoppolo your defense did their job for the majority of this game there was a blocked punt touchdown from the 49ers that was the only time they scored you scored once in I believe the first quarter as a touchdown and didn’t get in the end zone again to me that’s unacceptable again you were viewed as a Super Bowl favorite you were the MVP you’re at home and you only mustered 10 points me personally I need a little bit more you have had Devonte Adams you had Aaron Jones Alan Lazard was really solid this season you had enough weapons to put up you know more than 10 points at home in a playoff game when the expectations were to win the Super Bowl in conclusion that brings the counter to four yes we can blame Rogers for that playoff loss six no we cannot blame Rogers for that playoff loss if you were keeping track at home let me know what number you had in the comment section for me there’s no doubt that Aaron Rogers is still one of the all-time greats of the position but there was some meat left on the bone here uh looking at potential Super Bowls that they could have won counted four additional um his MVP seasons and you know the 2011 one where they lost to the Giants obviously the Giants went on to win the Super Bowl so I think the Packers had the team to potentially win the Super Bowl that year 2014 uh up 16 nothing on Seattle at halftime in the NFC Championship I think they could have won the Super Bowl I think the defense was good enough year 2020 where they lost to Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in the NFC Championship uh I think they could have beaten the Chiefs in the Super Bowl Mahomes Rogers that would have been a fun Super Bowl to see obviously we had Mahomes brgy so is what it is but you know that’s not Rogers fault but I do think they could have won the Super Bowl that year and 2021 when they lost to San Francisco I think they could have won the Super Bowl potentially that year uh ultimately they didn’t win any of them Rogers has won Super Bowl I think in the best Ideal World he has five May realistically he should have been at that 2 to three Mark but listen guys those are just my thoughts thought it was a lot of fun if you want to see me do this for other great quarterbacks you know paint manning Drew Brees Etc let me know in the comments section let me know what I got right what I got wrong where you agree where you disagree we will have a good debate there again if you have not already drop a thumbs up on the video hit that sub button on the channel I’ll catch you guys next time peace n [Music]

  1. Victim of circumstance. His prime was during legion of boom and Patriots dynasty. Both mannings were also still around causing chaos. Then, when it finally all ended, Mahomes and Shannhan randomly appeared lol

I also believe you can't really call someone a playoff choker when they've won a super bowl AND were an underdog in most of the games they lost.

  2. As a packers fan

Rodgers was great but his attitude held him back he threw fits he loved to point the finger and throw tantrums

One thing love is better at than him is composure

2021 Rodgers lost us that game

Our great team came all the way back from 28-10

And gave Rodgers multiple chances to win the game

  3. The miss to Jennings and fumble were in OT. Had Jennings wide open for a game winning td but overthrew him. Fumbled the game away on the next play. Choke city.

  4. Appreciate this analysis and I really agree with your assessment. For me, it always felt like every year, either Rodgers would let the team down in the playoffs or the defense would let him down. It happened both ways though. I never liked the narrative that it was never Rodger's fault. He never pushed back against that narrative either, which always bugged me. As the QB and leader, you should be taking responsibility for losses especially in the games when you clearly had a hand in the loss. That 2014 one still hurts man.

  5. I spent Rodgers whole career defending him against the playoff choking allegations because our defense was AWFUL…

and how does Rodgers repay me? by ACTUALLY choking the last two playoff games away.

  6. The losses to Seattle and Arizona in OT where he didn't even get the ball you put Rodgers???? So the D not being able to stop the other team is Rodgers fault? What could your expectations possibly be when the D is giving up 35+ points in the majority of those losses? Remember it is a team game. Also the 13-10 loss to the 49ers, just look at the Packers offensive stats compared to SFs. That loss is totally on the special teams. A missed FG and a blocked punt for a TD is what lost that game and neither were Rodgers fault. I was at that game and you have no idea how cold it was. Neither offense did much but Green Bays outplayed San Frans.
