a lot of golf fans have issues with NBC in particular their production oh well I honestly this has been for a long time and I think is more because I’m in the situation I just watch go from you I don’t I I want to watch the shots and I don’t I try not to was it a bit of a I don’t know what the word is but to go from ABC to the NBC to them peacock to them back to the next thing yeah I mean it should be can make it a little bit easier that it is an open after all just turn on one channel hopefully be able to watch a whole broadcast but uh I thought it was from what I the the times I had it on and I could hear I thought it was okay one of the things that absolutely burned me and I I think I think it was Smiley who said it he severely underplayed how difficult Rory’s put on 18 was when he said it’s a left Center putt if you hit that part left Center and missed the hole you’re off the green because of how much slope there is I mean you could see Rory aing at least to cup LIF from 3 ft they severely underplayed how difficult that P was severely right so I think that can happen a few times where unless you’ve been there on the golf course and you’re playing it or you’ve played it it’s hard to truly explain how difficult the golf course can be and a lot of times they only have those five seconds to say something quickly right so also don’t blame him but um besides that I thought it was good

After Rory missed, you could see that he was dissapointed but the fact that the ball stayed close to the hole was a relief to him.
My biggest problem with the broadcasters is most of the time they don't know what is a hard shot and what is an easy shot for these guys.
Yep, Rory aimed far more left than announcer said needed to drop the put and it still missed right.

Nbc sucks watch when the Olympics start the idiots will air results to events before they air the event that is stupid. Their golf coverage is horrible i want to see golf not interviews. The cameras can't even follow a ball in flight.
One more thing they will have multiple channels covering events but have the same event on two or three channels.

Right man I'm subscribed to 10 channels and I still can't watch it and they don't even cover the matches they just run they're mouth.
We want to hear the sounds of the course and the golf shots, not the commentators.

I wasn't too shocked he missed that. That was probaly a 60% make putt. And Bryson had missed a 4 footer late too (that was probably closer to 80% make). But the 2 footer missed was just inexcusable. You really don't even deserve to win a USO if you can't make that putt.

My gripe about all coverage of the majors, is that they follow roughly the top 10, plus Tiger.
