H golfers in this video I’m going to speak to you about some very basic things uh for a bunker shot so commonly what I’ve seen in recent times has been golfers who have really overdone a few elements here one being they’ve severely open the club face up a Long Way to the right for us right-handed golfers I just don’t think that’s necessary the second part is they have moved a lot of weight to their left side which we need some but in my opinion a lot and the third part which kind of fits into that is that they’ve then moved the ball a long way further to the left and in addition to that they’ve then really opened up the stance quite a lot again something I just don’t think is really necessary so my view on this is CL face can open a little bit so maybe 20° maybe a bit more but not a huge amount the ball is going to be slightly further forward than middle and I’m going to be relatively Square to my intended target here from there again I will shift only a little bit into my left side here and from there my objective is really just to get it out and I think that needs to be the first rule here is you need to get it out of here it needs to be the first thing you need to think about so from there all golfers are then trying super hard to really hit the sand this is a relatively shallow cut of sand you don’t need to take a massive trench here so grip it somewhat normally clove face goes open a little bit ball is slightly further to my left Square stance and then my image here is is hit the sand out towards my intended target
