there is a baseball game uh in Chicago this afternoon of course the traditional Friday businessman special uh if they still call it that over at Wrigley uh the 220 East start they’re playing the Reds this afternoon Ian hap with a two-run homer for the Cubbies as they have a two- nothing lead in the bottom of the third and they’re making some noise right now two on and nobody out in the bottom of the third with our boy belly bomb up at the plate right now so we’ll see if he could do a little bit of damage for us no he’s going to hit into a double play a got be he beat out theat from third third third to second to first he beat out the throw but uh now there’s well he’s got at least one out at second they still got Runners on the corners Runners on the corners with one out now for the Cubbies as they try to extend extend extend against Cincinnati of course the other live event we have going on uh is the PGA Tour north of the border at the RBC Canadian open where our boy Bobby Mack the pride of Scot speaking of drinking speaking of drinking Bobby Mack uh 10 under right now in the clubhouse by the way he’s done for the day and he’s got a three- shot lead over a host of guys including McKenzie Hughes the Canadian Andrew Novak David skins o’ my boy Ryan crazy like a fox uh who I’m very involved with uh sitting at seven under right now three shots back I just saw Rory make a bogey so he’s now at three under uh seven shots off I five left is it true that is it true that uh Rory paid some Schmo to deliver the you know divorce papers to his wife like he like some he didn’t want to deal with her send some Schmo over to drop off the paperwork and give her that glorious news I believe if uh that was the report that I read as well I guess a couple hours after he won the Wells Fargo there in Carolina he decided hey uh go take care of this for me swing by the house swing by the house and drop this off uh on your way uh so there you go we have uh the golf going on this afternoon as well uh here on C to see we will keep our eyes on that of course we have the NBA Finals Now set Scotty we will dive uh further into it later but I guess I guess Luca uh didn’t want to play another game before next Thursday what do you think Scotty the way he came out uh with his 20 points in the first quarter and absolutely torched uh Minnesota early in offer what an effort by those guys a couple things that stood out to me one was his logo shot uh that I think was his 20th point the three from I mean it was 45 ft out and then and it was all hammered down back at a rim straight down Jack like butter and then the other thing that got me was when he started up with the fan with the handkerchief that was saying he’s a crybaby and then he said who’s effing crying now uh talking smack to fans to the Timberwolves bench to the coaches uh to the announcers who doesn’t he talk uh back to about his game and you know what he should he is unbelievable uh he came out and said enough of this already but what really blew my mind was how Kyrie matched him bucket for bucket and had 36 as well those two are unstoppable and you know people that think this is going to be some walk in the park for the Boston Celtics are imagining things uh you know just the word dog for Luca is you know that’s Feast time telling him he’s an underdog and has no chance against the Ved Boston Celtics uh that’s all he needs uh to get going I mean he’s you know I can hear it already I thought we were big underdogs I can hear it already like I thought we had no chance against Boston and remember uh this guy likes to put on a show so get ready Boston Garden it’s coming and so is Kyrie Irving you remember him they are going to do something crazy at that place I guarantee it I think they have a tremendous shot to knock off the Celtics in the final just because of those two uh players and their other pieces I honestly I I said today earlier that I think Lively uh gets off the floor a lot quicker than that old uh bodied porzingis I love the Zinger but he can’t run uh he’s already got a bad leg he never plays he’s uh he Lumbers up the court I won’t Deni the guy can shoot and block shots alter shots uh can hit daggers that’s fine Lively is way more bouncy and involved he took on both seven-footers in Minnesota and had no problem causing reaking havoc on the t- Wolves I think uh Lively is gonna have a nice edge with his youthfulness and legs and speed and hops and uh his intensity uh he plays Above the Rim and porzingis doesn’t play at The Rim he plays out at the top of the key and shoots you know 30 Footers uh and drags defenses out and obviously they’re going to have to put a body on him but I think they match up well with Boston I really do I think they match up well with him also we’re gonna have OB a full week to talk about this but I like Dallas a lot uh in this NBA final it’ll be rooting for them hard uh against the Boston Celtics we got suddenly I’m a Mavericks fan uh we got a game five uh tonight in Dallas between the Oilers and the Stars the Panthers took a 3-2 lead on the Rangers last night at the Garden I did you have that I think did you have the Panthers last night I had the Panthers minus a buck 20 and I also had the Mavs on the money line spread and the over there you go and we got a lot of baseball tonight as well we’ll get to it some
