When's the G7R coming out? What innovations are next? What is the future of pop-valves? – PBQT

∙ Brad, do you think there is significant room for innovation with paintball gun? – Mikey
For sure! I think that it’s easy to look at things today and wonder how they can improve. I still remember the day that I got my Angel LCD in 2001, and was blown away at how nice it was and thought to myself this is the peak of paintball gun! But, I was wrong. I think as long as we are playing paintball, paintball guns, tanks, hoppers will all get better.

∙ With the LV1.6 coming out and not the LV2, what do you think the future of pop-valve guns will be? – Will
Bright I hope. In the past few years we have seen an uptick in interest in pop-valve guns, I think mainly because they aren’t common and people just want something different. At one stage the pop-valve gun was all we had, everything was pop-valve. Now spool valve guns have become much more popular especially in the high-end guns from companies like Dye and Planet Eclipse. I hope that Eclipse sell a ton of the LV1.6 and decide to move forward with more pop-valve style guns.

∙ Will there will be a new intimidator soon? – Tatzuo
Eric Crandall, had this to say “Not anytime too soon, but it is something that we are working on. So there will probably be a new Intimidator in the next few years.” So good and bad. I don’t really want to wait that long for a new Timmy or G7R as it would may be called. I was always a huge fan of the previous Intimidator the G6R, so I hope we see a Field One G7R soon. 🤞
