Once Alexandrova double faulted to lose the first set she was done mentally. Very hard to come back from that.

What the hell, WTA? Nearly all the highlights were Alexandrova hitting winners, and then Gauff wins in straight sets. I kept looking down and seeing that Coco was winning games, but you wouldn’t know it by what was shown. Then you show the entire double fault that ended the first set. Just cut to the second serve!

Even though Alexandrova was dispatched by Coco, she really made a splendid impression before Wimbledon. Especially, the first set was pivotal for her. However, Gauff has contended more robust and foolproof than Alexandrova at some crucial points and rallies. American tennis competitor keeps proving her stability but she needs to elevate her agility and movement on the grass surface.
Coco is in good form pre Wimbledon.

Did I actually just hear Bouchard say. “I famously said I did not make friends with players.”? NOTHING Bouchard has ever said is famous. She is a flash in the pan who over-rated herself and had no career. It started when she canned the coach who made her, Nick Saviano, over money after she got to the Wimbie finals. How clueless can you get?
