all right guys welcome back to cause and effect so this week I’m going to look at the player that camps out all his pressure on the back foot and swings everything around when we are doing that you are going to notice that a lot of players Chunk in top golf balls reality if you want solid contact you need pressure moving into your front foot so I want my players to feel in transition that they are going to push into the ground with their Lead Foot and then get everything launching back and around that’s going to bring your chest over the golf ball that’s going to help you cover it and that’s going to help you clean up contact every single time you strike it
