to a school in St Catherine you’re going to be representing St Catherine West Milan Hanover Etc so let’s give you the lineup again it’s Bishop Moore pey Gooden Grant Davis Veron Ellis Gooden Json pinck wi and Coke on the outside as the athletes go to their marks now a little jit in going on and the gun sends them off and out in Lane one going off strongly it’s Bishop again the record set in heat W 4 minutes 0 6.84 by Shante [Music] Warren so actually 13 athletes out there one missing it’s actually Bishop who was missing as the pace starts to Quicken a bit mad Pace going that’s a leader going out try to confirm who that is but she has absolutely strong to feel out she’s settled in now to a more manageable [Music] pace so it’s actually Bishop who leads and Moore is in second so Bishop is from St cine and mo is from St Thomas as you can see the quick Pace starting to take its toll now on her Manchester’s good end passes them now so after that early burst from Bishop of St Catherine it’s Gooden of Manchester who now leads key to these races is really pacing yourself yes you want to get to a good start but you have to conserve some amount of energy to make it all the way around for three laps so full three laps in order to go complete the 12200 M as we see St Thomas good continue to lead and actually extend her lead now so with one lap to go she goes through the line in 2 minutes 40 she looks as if she is on Pace for something spectacular [Music] so with about 300 M to go continues to be good in 3 minutes 16 on the clock now the record 4684 can she get close to that record 200 M to go can she complete that in about 35 seconds or quicker good enough of Manchester is piling on the pressure about 120 to go 3 minutes 41 on the clock and she is on record Pace that’s good in off Manchester can she beat it 90 M to go 3 minutes 54 on clock she has about 10 seconds or so to go to beat the record looks as if the record might be safe she’s going to be outside of the record let’s see what time she comes through at it’s 4 minutes 10.34 for Gooden to take that one and we’ll get the confirmation of the other times in just a second so again time confirms now for Gooden for minutes 10.36 for her and we’ll get the other times in just a second we do have the confirmed times from heat one which was won again by Shante Warren in a me record 4 minutes 0 6.86 Thena chambers of Manchester was second with 4 minutes 15.9 Reish rule of St Catherine was third 4 minutes 18.86% 30.1 n again this is is from heat one so that means that the second fastest time is good and of um Manchester as we see the time now coming up for he to and puy finished second four minutes 14.97 Pino third 4 minutes 19.90 we’ll have the round up for all those times in just a second as we await the official results so let’s go through that again so Gooden is from St Thomas pey from St Elizabeth uh then we had pinck who’s from St Andrew those were the top three in Heat number two of the girls open 12,000 m [Music] so this is now the boys section of the open 12,000 M uh age group for the open Event 15 and under this event was scheduled to start at 10:20 we’re just about 11:00 11:09 so we’re still about um what’s at 50 minutes behind started 50 minutes behind and we’re still 50 minutes behind let’s give you the lineup now so it’s the moon Bell of claron in one rine row Hanover is going to be in two Ramon Gran Kingston is going to be in three Deshawn Mendes of Manchester in four watch out for him jayen McKenzie of Portland in five Cameron Fraser St Andrew Kevan Allen and Deno Brown is going to represent St Katherine shamario Smith St Elizabeth o Salman represents St James Nicholas Johnson represents St Mary jeraj J Singh represents St Thomas jir Dixon is going to represent trani and Damian Damen Lewis represents Westland as the athletes now go at it over the first 100 meters of this 1200 met [Music] event so so it looks as if it’s Lewis from West mland who’s gone out hardest and then the man from St James in in all white he’s in second um that summon or when summon so when summon he is trailing behind Lewis of westan who went out to a very fast start as leis of westan continues to lead someon who was chasing him earlier now starts to fade as Lewis Damian Lewis of West Milan goes through the line in 1 minute 08 first 400 m completed and Lewis has slowed the pace a little bit but continues to lead that Gap just about 10 to 15 M now as McKenzie is in second he’s from Portland and Mendes from Manchester told you to watch for him is in third as leis continues to lead there’s a battle going on between McKenzie and Mendes Mendes steps into second again told you to look out for Mendes of Manchester as leis continues to lead Mendes of Manchester has put some Pace into this second 200 of the second lap of the 1200 m as Lewis and Mendes battle by my Reckoning there’s still one lap to go one lap to go as Mendes is hot on the heels of Lewis they have opened a significant gap on the rest of the field as Lewis looks to have ran out of steam Mendes continues to Menace as Mendes from Chester can he pass Lewis now he does well he tries again and Lewis holds him off yet again Mendes settles back into a consistent stride waiting on Lewis to falter so he can go by Mendes challenge again at the top of the 200 Mark Lewis Mendes K Lewis hold Mendes off about 100 50 to go Mendes has been menacing leis for the last 400 m and now goes past Lewis who stops he run out of gas completely and Mendes from Manchester goes by him and goes into a significant lead it’s Mendes from Manchester who is going to win this one and win this one big the record 34119 Will Survive live but Mendes the man from Manchester is large and in charge 34913 the time on the clock there for Mendes from Manchester and we’ll get confirmation on the other times as they come through e so the time confirmed now for Mendes uh 3 50.1 3 for Mendes to win no other times confirmed but Mendes looked fantastic in that run Lewis tried to hold him off tried as hard as he could but couldn’t get by Mendes or couldn’t hold Mendes off and actually in the end he paid for his efforts of trying to hold Mendes off ran out of steam with about 100 m to go looked fantastic for 1100 M holding Mendes off but just didn’t have it in the tank to go the full 12200 m so we have some more times here as if Johnson finished second uh 3 minute 53. 68 for Johnson and Johnson represents St Mary so St Mary finishing second in that one let’s see Fraser was third and Fraser represents the Parish of St Andrew so Manchester St Mary St Andrew that’s how they finished as we see the lineup now for the a second of two Heats so this is a lineup of the second heat we have denil lenon of Clarendon johanie tellwell of of Hanover then we’re going to have Javon Tomlin of Manchester watch out for Tomlin as well Manchester producing some really good middle distance Runners then rashan Wilson is going to represent Portland KJ Walker represents St an gavl Morris represents St Katherine Tommy Thompson represents St Elizabeth watch out for him as well judal Allen of St James is going to be in there as well AJ fer of St Mary is going to be there Ricardo Lee St Thomas Daniel fra of trone kimar Taylor West Mand and a keen Livingston of Kingston runs out the the lineup that’s a full lineup for he too of two in the boys 1200 m Open event so let’s go through the lineup again it’s Lennon tellwell Tomlin William Wilson Walker Morris Thomas Allan F fer Lee frea Taylor and Livingston as the athletes are asked just to stand back a little bit as sta Works everything out so over the next four or so minutes we’re expecting a Titanic battle to result in this heat two of two in the boys 1200 M open Event athletes go back to their marks now and G sends them off and this is he two of two in the boy open Event 1200 M event and Thomas Tommy Thomas he looks to have gone out hard so we’ll confirm in just a second who’s ahead St e e e so Tommy Thomas of Manchester he leads so Tommy Thomas of Manchester he leads of St Elizabeth sorry so Tommy Thomas St Elizabeth leads with about 150 M to go so with 150 M to go it’s 3 minutes 29 on the clock sorry that’s about 90 M to go and Tommy Thomas continues to lead he’s going to go through the line now the record is going to be safe again the record 3 minutes 4119 goes to the line 3 minutes 46.9 for Tommy Thomas official time 3 minutes 46.98 so 3 minutes 46.98 the official time on the clock it’s actually Tomlin Javon Tomlin from Manchester so the Manchester man taking that one looked really good he did we do have some results from earlier events so we’ll start with the girls open 1200 M event and we’ll give you a summary of the qualifiers and who will go through to the next round so top 12 goes through to the next round and they’re going to be led through by the record holder um from Portland Shante Warren she did 4 minutes 0 6.86 to win her heat breaking the old record of 4 minutes 07.04 so she’s going to go into that final with the fastest time and also the record of this event and the second fastest time coming from Heat number two was the winner of heat number two shantia Gooden of Manchester she did a time of 4 minutes 10.36 in second also from Heat number two was from St Elizabeth pu a bernardina puy um she did a time of 4 minutes 14.97 seconds then chambers of Manchester she ran in Heat number one and she finished with a time of 4 minutes 15.9 as Dana chambers of Manchester she makes it through to the finals reisha rule of St cathine she finished third in Heat number one she did her time of 4 minutes 18.86% two also in was or also in is maica C of St Elizabeth she goes in with a time of 4 minutes 20.95% 4 she finished fifth in Heat number two rashima Smith of clarine also goes into the finals she did a time of 4 minutes 3.19 finished fourth in heat one tenique Chong of St Andrew makes it into the finals with 4 minutes 32.7 Ashley Ellis of St an also makes it into the finals with a time of 4 minutes 35.3 4 Jia Collins of westan she makes it in with 4 minutes 37.640311 national championships and you just got the qualifiers for the finals of the girls open 12,000 M event uh again at the JT sjor National Athletics Championships um the event of course divided into parishes so the parishes rule Supreme here at this event and let’s see if we have summary for the boys event we don’t quite have that summary yet we’re still waiting on the full results from Heat number two so if you’re joining us now the first event got on the way a little bit late due to rain about 50 minutes late but we do have the Roundup now for Heat number one where that heat was won by Deshawn Mendes of Manchester he did 3 minutes 5013 that’s Deshawn Mendes of Manchester uh Nicholas Johnson of St Mary was second with 3 minutes 53.6 eight Cameron Fraser of S Andrew finished third with 3 minutes 56.4 s seconds the moon Burell of claron finished fourth with 4 minutes 0 2.23 jayen McKenzie of Portland finished fifth with 4 minutes 0 5.05 danelo Brown St Catherine finished six 4 minut 0 8.05 uh JJ jzos sing of St Thomas finished sth with 4 minutes 17.73% 4 minutes 38.572786 and will not make it into the finals held Mendes off for I think about 1100 Metter and then just didn’t have enough to hold for the final 100 m had to stop we now have the results for this is he two of the boys 12,000 M event um open Event so under 15 event where it’s Tom Javon tumlin who won with four minutes 46.98 he’s from Manchester record Le of St Thomas was second 3 minutes 52.8 Tommy Thomas of sent Elizabeth finished third 4 minutes 0 1.45 I think he qualifies javel Morris qualifies for the finals javel Morris of St Catherine he’s going to make it through as well with 4 minutes 0 3.42 also making it in from he to AJ F of St Mary for 03 63 and also Mak it in through is from clar and Dell lenon with a time of 4 minutes 0 9.90 seconds the next event on track is for the babies we’ll have the 80 M event so we will go through that lineup now in one it’s chilia Hutchinson of St Catherine molia Grant of uh molia Graham of and is two Yolanda Bernard westan in three rashika Morris sent Elizabeth four as a gun sends them off and in three that looks as it’s Bernard who’s going well also going well it’s Morris it’s Bernard though who takes charge Morris looks like she’s going to be nipped for second by Henry but Bernard comes through for the win so Bernard of Westland The Flash time 1273 confirmed now for Bernard of West Millan she got up to a good start and just continued going away Henry finishing in second uh 12 12.94 and Morris in third um let’s get that time for Morris we have so Bernard of Westland then Tran is Henry and then sent Elizabeth Morris finishing in third let’s see if we can get the time for Morris yes 12.98 for Morris as we wait the line up for heat two of the girls under n 80 M event Catherine in Lane three we have St Mary’s elisia Richards in lane four S ANS lenia Gooden in five we have Lio limo Hutchinson representing Manchester in six we have Sarah Linton representing chelani in seven anise Spencer representing St Elizabeth in eight we have shawana puy representing St Andrew that’s the lineup for the babies the girl on the 9 80 M James Richards Gooden Hutchinson Linton Spencer and puzy as the athletes are now sent off and going going well in Lane one it’s James also going well from four it’s going to be Gooden Gooden goes away with this one Gooden of St an she goes well also challenging is Linton let’s see what the final determination is the time though is quick um quicker than the first heat 1256 a flash time let’s see who gets it actually Hutchinson so they have Hinson from five getting that one pretty sure that was good and though so we’ll we’ll keep track of that to see what the final determination is but the time 12:54 so 12:54 The Flash time so waiting on a confirmation here because cuz they have Hinson 1254 Spencer 1260 I’m pretty sure that will be updated but we’ll we’ll keep track of that to see what the final determination is for he to well it’s confirmed now Hutchinson of Manchester wins 1254 Spencer of Cent Elizabeth second 1260 and pezy finishing third Fus from Center Andre 1330 as a gun sends them off for Heat number two going well from Lane three that’s going to be green also out in Lane eight it’s Turner Turner turns it on and comes through the line 12.46 is a flash time for Turner of St James so turn off St James 12:46 the flash time confirmed now the youngster from St James she has the fastest time so far Min not finishing in second Min not is from Portland and then Allwood finishing in third Allwood from St Thomas so we are flashing through these Heats as we’re trying to catch up with some time we’ll go through the lineup real quickly so from Kingston in lane two it’s Alia matis from Hanover in three is laws michig laws in in lane four am Mika Koopa of Westland in Lane five we have shyen salmon of Portland Adelia Shirley of claron is going to be in six in seven we have shmika Whitehead of St James uh Shirley by the way was from claron in Lane eight we have safire artwell of St Thomas that’s the lineup so it’s matis LZ Cooper Samuels Shirley whad and well as the athletes go to their marks this is heat four of four as the gun sends him off and lws gets up to a good start and lws is going well also on the outside is artwell but it looks like laws artwell lws maybe have taken that one look at the time 1174 117 four Wow Let’s see if that is confirmed okay there we go so the wind netive 1.4 a time confirmed for laws 12.59 of a second for michiga laws representing hanov so Hanover would have won that one again we’re flashing through these Heats so the next Heat so 12:59 the time confirmed for laws well given the same time 12:59 so laws and artwell going head-to-head at 12:59 but in the end it was L who got that one so we’ll move to the boys section now so this is the boys on the nine so we’ll have Jayden green Manchester in one in two Omari Cunningham sent on in three ran angling West Millan in four S Dixon chani in five zavier Watson claron in six NCoin Lindsay St Katherine in seven and Joel Dy St James in eight as the athletes go to their marks looks as if with a false start from uh Omari Cunningham of sent an he knew right away and stopped and then the gun went off and field was called back as we see stars assistant going over now to the youngster uh Cunningham representing Center and and just having a word with him just stay put young man until you hear that gun go off don’t want to have any instances of false starts and st’s assistant or the St himself actually coming down to have that word go down to their blocks now so it’s green Cunningham angling Dixon Watson Lindsay Dy go and sense them off and let’s see it’s an even break here and Cunningham gets up well also in eight it’s daily daily comes through now and Dy goes by and wins that one looks like Dixon in second time on the clock 1199 let’s see if that’s confirmed so sub 12 and daily gets a 1203 so Lindsay representing St Catherine gets that one and Cunningham second 1216 had some issues at the start but managed to overcome that one and get in with a good time so we’re going to go now to he two or four for the boys under nine 80 M event the Mario Knight represents St Catherine he’s going to be in two Oliver Quinta of Tran in three male Davis claron in four ha Hines of sent an in five trevan white of West Milan in six Gildan Francis of St Amos in seven Samuel Delon of St Andrew is going to be in Lane number eight so that’s a lineup for the boys under eight under nine 80 M Heat number two so again the lineup Knight Quinta Davis hins White Francis delion a little bit of fidgeting in the blocks but it looks like in four going off well it’s Davis also coming on the outside is Francis and Francis is going to get that one so Francis of St Thomas gets that one Davis got a good start but Francis wins 1239 Delon finishes second 1266 so the athletes on the inside got a good start but finishing well was Francis and delion on the outside we move now to he three or four in the boys on the 980 M event where we have jquan Smith representing Kingston in lane two Isaiah Calver St Thomas in three eon mcferson of Hanover in four jayen pink of St Elizabeth in five joavan nille of Portland in six dejon Robinson of St Thomas in seven and Malik holess of Manchester is going to be in Lane number eight as we see confirmed times uh for heat two coming up Francis DeLeon and then Davis as we go back to heat three where it’s Smith Calvert mcferson pink nille Robinson and holess from Manchester where some very famous wholes have emerged from Manchester let’s see if we can have another one as the gun goes off and look at Smith going strong Smith Jaquan Smith of Kingston is gone look at him go let’s see the time on the clock 1177 from Jaan Smith dismissing the field from Lane number two Jaan Smith massive time for him confirmed now 1174 for Jaquan Smith running into a negative 2.3 headwin let’s see who got second or is a blanket finish for second but no doubting the winner there is Jaquan Smith at 1174 into a pretty strong headwin as well as still waiting on the confirmed times but while we wait let’s go to heat number four or4 in the boys under 980 M event we have rajado Wallace representing St Elizabeth Malik white uh Kingston then Raheem McKenzie Portland javine gentles Hanover Shakur McLean s Mary Fabian Maxwell St Andrew air Henry of St James is going to be all the way out in in Lane number eight as the starter calls them up now this again is the honor n 80 M event for boys starta just giving them some instructions asking them to stand up now there has been some fidgeting for okay so let’s go to the lineup again it’s Wallace white McKenzie gentles McLean Maxwell Henry that’s the lineup for the boys on the 980 M event oh and that’s from Lane four going out that’s McKenzie of Portland again there’s been some fidgeting at the starts by the youngsters and st’s instruction again st’s assistant again gives them some instructions stay until you hear that gun go as they go back into their blocks again it’s Wallace white McKenzie Dental mle Maxwell Henry again from Lane four is McKenzie and at this point you have to take the young man aside and tell him wait on the gun young man which they are doing now holding up the race we’re still behind at this point started 50 minutes late this event scheduled to go off at 11:06 it’s now 11:40 so we’re 40 minutes behind but I think we should have this one off and going so it’s Wallace white Mackenzie gentles McLean Maxwell and Henry as a gun sends them off and we see why Mckenzie was itching in the blocks he’s gone off to a good start but also going well is the man Maxwell and he goes by now and wins that one ahead of McKenzie so looks as if it’s Maxwell ahead okay that’s actually McLean McLean ahead of McKenzie and then white in second time confirmed for McLean 11 120 six for McLean McKenzie 1218 McKenzie fitt itting in the blocks all the time caused a couple of delays but starters having the patience to wait on the young man to settle in and managing to get a pretty good start and hold on to the end for second let’s see if we can find the summary of the qualifiers to the finals of the event so top three sorry winner of the event makes it through and then the next four by times as the next event is going to be the 100 m I believe so we’ll get that off and running in short while so the next event is going to be the 100 m this for under 11s As We Know have the summary for the under n boys we’ll run through that real quickly I think we also have the summary for the under nine girls so we’ll start with the boys so going through the fastest time Jak Juan Smith of Kingston is going to go through with a time of 1174 uh Nan Lindsay of St Catherine 123 makes it into the finals jaur McLean 1206 makes it into the finals Ami Cunningham 12 12.16 makes it into the finals Raheem McKenzie Portland 12.18 makes it into the finals Sano Dixon of chelani 12.20 makes it in Gildan Francis of St Thomas well yes Gilden Francis of t s Thomas 12.39 makes it into the finals jayen green of Manchester makes it into the finals as well so let’s see why from Kingston St Catherine will have one as well um let’s see St Mary will have one St an one Portland one chani one St Thomas one and Manchester will have one so pretty much one from each parish for the boys on the 9 880 M event let’s go to the girls and see if we can get the well we don’t have enough time right now for the summer for the under nine girls we’ll try to catch up on that in a second because it’s now time for the under 11 girls 100 m so let’s go to heat number one where we’ll have in Lane number one Atia Williams of chani as she gets up to a good start and Williams of trani she’s stepping big tall girl goes ahead of the field and looks as if she’s going to win this one West mands cry comes through for second Mona Lisa C for second but Williams of chani she looked fantastic 14.3 n confirmed now for Williams of trani comry finishing second 14.83 as we’re rushing through these events next event is he too where we have Rashida maau of St Mary in two kesia green of Hanover in three kayia bone of claran in four Rihanna Edwards Tran in five catelia Roberts St Thomas in six Shaka lingard of Portland in seven lenel Willie of St Andrew is going to be in in eight is there no ask to go for the next 100 meters and in five going well is Edwards going beside her is Roberts as well Edwards now Falls and Edwards goes by her that’s Roberts sorry goes by her and Roberts wins after a fall from Edwards lingard looks to have come through for second sad sad for Rihanna Edwards who had the lead and then F fell Roberts 15 seconds flat lingard second 1506 and will in third that is a top three for the girls under 11 100 m we go now to heat three of the girls under 11 100 m ailia Kelly St an in two tamoya Watson West Milan in three Cara musley of mostly of Hanover in four natoya west of Kon in five Melissa mcferson St Thomas in six chv lws of Kingston in seven and Kiera Williams of St Katherine in eight so the lineup is Kelly Watson mostly Wes mcferson lws and Williams so the athletes still standing behind their blocks awaiting further instructions so while they wait let’s give you the results from heat two where Catalia Roberts of St Thomas finished first 15 seconds flat shaquia lingard Portland in second laniel Willie of Cent Andre 1549 finished in third so o Roberts guaranteed of a spot in the finals um Willie and lingard continue to hold one of the non uh winners fastest time as the athletes go back into their blocks now so let’s go to heat three again it’s Kelly Watson mostly West mcferson laws Williams as a gun sends them off and running and in lane four mostly has gotten up to a good start it’s mostly of Hanover who’s going well M first of St Thomas also going well but it’s going to be Mosley who wins that that one 1462 and M ferson comes through for second mostly 1462 actually laws of Kingston finishing second so laws of Kingston in second 1470 mostly 1462 mostly of Hanover for the win we go now to heat four so this is heat four of four in the girls under 11 100 m where we have CA Thompson of Kingston in two Risha green of St an in three Anna Anna Clark of St Elizabeth in four Toran townzen St Andrew in five Macy Hodge of St James in six Teresa Joseph St Catherine in seven and at Ana Json of Manchester in eight so full lineup for this event Thompson green Clark towns in Hodges Joseph’s and Jameson so this is heat 44 in girls under 11 100 m next event on track will be the boys one 100 m so again it’s Thompson green Clark tonen Hodes Joseph’s Jameson there’s a a delay at the start not certain what’s going on here but looks as if Thompson left her block she went down and had a look and instructions being given to her now on [Music] track and same thing being done now for the other competitors I see what’s going on here um so it looks as if there have been some issues with with the athletes starting um that 100 m and right where the the lines for the 200 M intersects with the straightway athletes have been getting a little bit confused some of these athletes are running on this track for the first time so they’ve they’ve gotten a little bit confused when that 200 M line intersects with the 100 straight away I’m gotten a little bit confused so the starters are just giving them some instructions here’s what you do this is your lane this is is where you’re going to run so they just showing them right where the intersection happens and where they should be to avoid any sort of collisions or anything like that so this event um heat three scheduled to go off at 1116 it’s now 1157 so we’ve consistently been about about 40 minutes or so behind started 50 minutes late and made up a little time but not all the time so this is actually heat 4 or four in the girls 100 m event and they’re now putting out the cones so the cones are now out to indicate to the athletes where they should run [Music] so the Coes came out well the instructions came out first and now the cones so they’re now ready athletes are back into their blocks this is heat four of four in the girls 100 m under 11 100 m Thompson green Clark toonen hudes Josephs and Jameson go and send them off and in Lane number four going well actually Lane three that’s green going well and coming through on the outside from Manchester Jameson Jameson looks to have won it looks like Townsen in second so let’s see the confirmation on that one Jameson 1453 for the win Jameson from Manchester Townsen second 145 57 townzen from St Andrew and green 1470 in third Green from St an the cones didn’t seem to have helped the ladies just know a lot of hesitation for the first 20 M or so people trying to figure out where they should be but the next event on track is the boys on the 11 100 m we go through Heat number one where it’s dinardo Dennis of Portland he’s going to be in two Benjamin Richards of St Mary is going to be in three Jayden roach of Hanover in four Jame Johnson St Elizabeth in five Kil Walford of St Thomas in six Mark Walsh of trani in seven Javier Williams of St Katherine in Lane number eight so it’s Dennis Richards roach Johnson Walford Walsh and Williams Gun sends them off and they’re recall no let’s see if we have a summary my just yet I’m waiting on a summary for the girls event should be up shortly so we can give you the top eight into the finals as the gun sends them off in the first heat and they’re called back again so there’ve been two recall so far in the boys under 11 100 m this event scheduled to get off at 11:22 it’s now 2 minutes past 12 so continuously or continue to be about 40 minutes behind the schedule keep a close track of that so it’s Dennis Richards roach Johnson Walford Walsh Williams heat one of four in the boys under 11 100 m gun sends them off now and it’s an even break but out there in Lane number six going well it’s Walford of St Thomas look at Walford of St Thomas streaking away in a second it’s Richards but it’s going to be Walford of St Thomas who takes it 1412 of St Thomas St Thomas for St Thomas Walford kahil Walford of St Thomas 1412 Richards 1451 Richards from St Mary finishing second Williams it looks like who has been credited with for jaier Williams he’s from St Catherine let’s see if we can get the time there it just flipped over 1466 for Williams so we move now to he two of four in the boys under 11 100 m kahil Stewart Portland in two too Andrews sent Mary in three kiss marah hton Anova in four Jamal Thomas sent Elizabeth in five the brand of St Thomas in six Kevon puy St Andrew in seven Shri Hudson of Kingston in Lane number eight so it’s Stuart Andrews hton Thomas B puy Hudson as the athletes are in their blocks now gun sends them off again a pretty even start let’s see who makes the first move puy going well but close and puzy and it looks as if in Lane number seven puy is going to take that one py Kevon pey of St Andrew 1462 a flash time for him confirmed 14.28 pretty even race until the final 10 m there where diminutive py took it out Andrews finishes in second that’s too Andrews representing St Mary he finished second um let’s see Thomas finishing in third he’s going to be representing St Elizabeth so Andrews 1434 and Thomas 144 two we go now to heat three of four in the boys under 111 100 met Kavon Lee jimie West Mel Barrett Devon Devon Wright Jaan Blake kayen Clark Jordan Thomas as a gun sends them off and going looks like the sh M man Kevin Kevin Lee who gets a good start Kevin Lee continues to lead but Clark trying to come back at him now it’s Lee and Clark and Clark Gets By Lee and wins it K on Clark is going to win Kevin Lee in second Clark represents St Andrew and Lee represents Clarendon Clark 1469 confirmed now negative 4.0 the win Lee 1476 in second and let’s see who’s given third it’s Thompson Thompson represents the Parish of chelani he finished in third and we’ll confirm the time for him in just a second Thompson 1493 we go now to heat number four Heat this is Heat number three actually so Heat number three what am I saying this is Heat number four Heat number four of four in a boys under 11 100 m Caleb Ross of St Catherine is going to be in two Amari Dixon westan in three in Four J Morgan Clon Rashad Forbes Manchester in five Joshua Thompson St James in six a sh Campbell Kingston in seven tane viler of Stan all the way out in Lane eight as a gun sends them off and it looks like Campbell of Kingston gots a good start also on the inside it’s Ross going well but look at the man from Kingston Campbell as Shan Campbell of Kingston short dimin but he gets the win flash time 14-8 for Campbell of Kingston what a run from the young man time confirms now 1432 negative 2.9 the win Ross finishing second Caleb Ross holding on for second 1486 and third so Ross represents St Katherine third is Dixon representing westan and of course the man Campbell represents Kingston we go now to the under 13 girls 100 m so this event scheduled to go off at 11:35 so it’s just about 35 minutes behind now so we’re making up some time not a lot but we’re making up some time so let’s go with the lineup uh Jasmine Williams of chelani is going to be in two in three Kima Drummond of Han in five Adriana Pine of San Maria finan of Manchester in five as the gun goes off and in four it’s Pine look at Pine Go Pine is dominating this field Adriana Pine look at that I think the clock stops early but coming through as well it’s montue Ashley montue representing St Andrew Pine 12.92% the Parish of chelani uh 1292 for Pine 1332 for montue and of course Williams 1378 what a run from Pine move now to heat two of four in a girls under 13 100 m we have Cara Smith Blake Hansen Levy nead Bartley and Cole as the athlete in two Smith gets a good start coming well as well is Hansen of Westland and it’s going to be close at the line Smith wins that one Hansen on her HS side finish second Smith got a good start and never relinquished that start 1396 the time there for Smith the wind wow look at that 5.9 Hansen in second 13.99 so Smith from Portland Hansen from Westland the top two Coley she from Kingston finishing in third as we run to heat number three of four in the girls under 13 100 m these events going quick and fast now so in one we have shaquila Osburn of Portland in two St Mary’s tenia Kelly that’s actually three tenia Kelly andas Richards of West Milan is going to be in four Shanice Higgins is going to be in five she’s from Kingston kayia sen of St Thomas in six as a gun sends them off and going and it’s an even Mark at this point with 60 M to go Ste Kelly is going well and on the outside steel is going to win [Music] it so the time 13.38 for for senior kayia senior St Thomas she from license winning that one pretty close racing Allen finishing in second Allan from St James so unlike the other races he had the athlete going out early senior waited until the final 20 M or so to really show her hand this now is Heat number four in the girls under 30 100 m we have Marx Molton Hutchinson Raymond Dy Phillips and sigre as the gun sends them off look for sigre on the outside let’s see as on the inside actually going well is Molton Molton is going well Tena Molton is going to win this one 1320 The Flash time e so let’s go to the final heat now this is heat four of four in the girls under 13 100 m and in this well this is heat one of the boys under 13100 M as a gun sends them off going well it’s Lawson and as javir Lawson of chelani who leads javir Lawson look at the man 1257 the time on the clock Thompson Jamal Thompson s Katherine in second so what a run from Lawson from G to tab Lawson he won that one we’ll go to he to of four e all right cool all right cool no problem [Music] so this is Heat number [Music] four actually this is Heat number three of four as gun sends them off and running good start from the man from St Andrew Williams MC Williams also going well it’s Edwards Edwards goes by MC Williams o look at that dip from MC Williams Joshua MC Williams of St Andrew did he steal it from Edwards Edwards eased off a little bit M Williams did no such thing and may have just gotten it on the line it’s close Raymond actually got it so Raymond 1285 MC Williams 2 1294 and price in third 1297 Raymond represents St Thomas MC Williams represent St Andrew so this is heat four of the under 13 boys 100 m Dante rght s an in two Johnny Smith West Milan in three jayen Fisher s Elizabeth in four DeAndre Braham Manchester in five Fenton Gillette of St James in six Jean Robinson of St Andrew in seven Malik gray of Kingston in eight as they’re back into their blocks now K sends them off and going and the man from St Elizabeth fiser is leading look at Fisher go Fisher is going to come through the line now 1274 for jayen Fisher of St Elizabeth got a good start and just run away from everybody else wind netive 3.6 right second 13 to7 and Robinson third 1357 right from St Anne and Robinson St Andrew [Music] yeah okay okay so welcome back to the National Stadium this is DAV M reporting live from the JTA C cor national championships we just the completion of heat number four of the boys under 13100 M and we’ll give you the results for that heat so Heat number four was run was one by so let’s pull this up now so heat four was jayen Fisher of St Elizabeth in 12.74% M we’ll give you the lineup for that one in two we have Kellan Hills representing Portland in three we have ailo ailia Linko of St Anna as the gun sends them off now and going well is plunet of West Milan plunet of westan is stepping away from the field also going with her is Shan Shan up to her shoulder now may have just been plunet who held that one out uh flash time on the clock 1373 let’s see who’s confirmed as the winner yes it is indeed plunet of West Milan Shand in second both credited with the same time 13.81% St Andrew in four we have Naoma Rose Portland in five we have Amelia Clark St an in six josana Forbes of West Milan shees Moore of St Katherine is in six Shakira Thomas of claron is going to be in Lane seven and aliia Dennis in eight as a gun sends them off and look at Bernard of St Andrew going strong and it’s going to be Bernard of St Andrew who wins that one the flash time 1212 I suspect that is going to be adjusted it is 13.28% Dennis finished second 1376 Dennis represents the Parish of St Elizabeth 1376 for her we move now to heat number four of four in the girls under 15 100 m I’ll give you the lineup now so we start from Lane three where they have MN Chilean m of St Mary listed Aliah miles of Hanover is listed in four Kendra Francis of St Thomas listed in five shoya Williams St Elizabeth listed in six Madison Williams of St Katherine in seven and CA gold of St James should be in eight looking at the track and I’m seeing 1 2 3 six six athletes out there so it looks as if ma of Hanover is missing as a gun sends them off and running and in Lane number seven going well it’s Williams Madison Williams of St Catherine is storming away with this one Madison Williams is going to come through the line no 1373 The Flash time on the clock so Madison Williams St Catherine takes that one time confirms now for Madison Willam Williams at uh let’s see 1377 from Madison Williams in second it’s another Williams shoya Williams of St Elizabeth 1427 and Francis representing St Thomas in third 1436 that’s the top three from heat four of four in the girls under 15 100 m we’re going to move to heat one of one in the boys on under 15 100 m again we’re rushing through these events this event scheduled to go off at 1215 it’s now 12 25 so we’ve made up a lot of time we’re just about 10 minutes behind as we go to one of four and in he one we have Henry Alexander St an in two in lane two sorry Henry Alexander of St an in three we have jov Giovanni rickets of Anova in four R Mario Hennis of Portland in five Maran Brown of westmon in six Joanne Dixon of St Thomas in seven Adrien Smith of Manchester Dominique Gil of St Mary in eight as a gun sends them off in lane two Alexander gets up to a good start Alexander going well now look at him start to step it’s Alexander rickets tries to follow but Alexander is gone and comes through the line now flash time 12:57 for Henry Alexander representing sentan time confirmed 1258 for Henry Alexander representing St andt into a negative 1.5 win uh Henry Alexander looking class Dixon in 2 130 Brown in third 1301 Dixon representing St Thomas and brown representing Westland will mov to heat number two of four in the boys under 151 100 m where we have Rafi Hall representing trani in two J Le J Al Haden of Hanover in three San Antonio price of St Mary is four Omarian chanteloup of St Elizabeth in five Adrien Phillips of St Thomas in six in seven Kevin Dawkins and in eight zier hton as the gun sends them off and running now let’s see who makes the first move it looks like in six Phillips who is moving chanelo tries to follow but Phillips still ahead shanto pressuring him now but Phillips comes through the line 1318 for Phillips and Shantel looks to have been second let’s see so it’s going to be Phillips of St Thomas in first by my ey chanteloup yes chanteloup in second so Phillips 1317 chanteloup second 1323 chanteloup representing St Elizabeth and Phillips representing St Thomas so we’ll move now to heat number three of four in the boys under 15 100 m try hton l in one in two cimy Leonard of sentan in three ailu Mills of claron in four Kevon copelan of Manchester in five Li Gilpin of St James in six amario Byfield St Katherine in seven taan Riley of Kingston in eight as the gun sends them off let’s see who makes that first move and it looks like from Portland actually Manchester Copeland makes their first move Byfield trying to go with him and it’s close at the line between Copeland and Byfield let’s see Byfield gets the nod copelan in second so Byfield 1255 copelan second 1261 so Byfield of St cathine gets the win Copeland of Manchester in second one final heat left heat four of four in the boys under 15 100 m we’ll give you that lineup real quickly it’s Clinton Murray of Portland in two and Troy Anderson Kingston in three Michael Harris westan in four dantrell Mitchell of St Elizabeth in five DeAndre Parker St Andrew in six kahem Williams St Katherine in seven and kis Beckford of St James in Aid as the athletes now are given some final instruction before the athletes are given some final instructions before the gun sends them off for this fourth and final heat of the boys under 15 100 m gun sends them off and running and going well is the man from West M and Harris also going well from SRA through Parker Parker goes by him now and Parker takes this one 1277 The Flash time on the clock for Parker of St Andrew DeAndre Parker of St Andrew takes that one 1277 The Flash time the confirm time as well Harris second 1283 Harris representing West Mand so the next event that’s going to be on track is going to be the 400 m so wild while while the offical s prepare that and get everything ready for the 400 m we have enough time just to cool it a little bit and go through the qualifiers for the finals we are just awaiting the final confirmation for that as looks as if we’ve caught up well in terms of the time the 400 m schedule to go off the first one schedule to go off at 100 p.m. so there’s going to be a little bit of a break because we’ve caught up we started late but I put your your commentator under a little pressure but we we managed we managed not to worry um so we’ve caught up a little bit but let’s go ahead and go through the summaries um I think we want to start with a bigger boys first and then we we go down in class so we’ll start with the summary for the under 15100 M um we have the full summary I think we do yes we do so this after all Heats confirmed om Mario Byfield of St cathine he’s going to be advancing as the fastest qualifier with 12 1255 Henry Alexander of St an 1258 he’s going to make it into the finals Kavon copelan Manchester 1261 makes it in DeAndre Parker S Andrew he’s going to make it in with 1277 Michael Harris westan 1283 makes it in Joan Dixon St Thomas 13 seconds flat makes it in Maran Brown of westan 1301 makes it in Romario renes of Portland 1304 also makes it in so let’s just do a quick calculation to see how many finalist each Parish has West Millan is going to have two St Thomas will only have one in the likes of Dixon Portland will have one and they’ll be represented by renes Romario renes um West Millan will be represented by Michael Harris and Maran Brown St Thomas will be represented by jquan Dixon Manchester will be represented by kvon copelan St Andrew by DeAndre Parker and St Katherine will have the fastest qualifier into the finals with omario Byfield he’s going to go in with a time of 12 12.55 not certain if I said this but just to cover all bases enry Alexander of sentan will make it into the final and represent them in that final let’s see if we can get the summary for the girls we should be able to get that I see under 15 girls 100 m uh Dean Bernard of St Andrew she goes in fastest with 1328 Moore St Catherine 1350 she’s also going to make it into that finals Dennis of St Elizabeth 1376 makes it into the finals Madison Williams of St Catherine 1377 makes it in plunket of westmon 1318 makes it in K Shand of St Thomas 1318 makes it in West Milan Forbes 1398 will go into the finals now Rose of Portland makes it in so looking at it just a quick glance I’m seeing two from St Catherine in the likes of more in Williams two from West Milan with Forbes in plunket St Thomas will have one Portland one St Andrew will have one and St Elizabeth will also have one um let’s move to the boys section now also folks want to know who who’s the one from each Parish so Portland with rose Portland will have Rose St Thomas will have Shand um Bernard the fastest qualifier will be from St Andrew and Aliyah Dennis from St Elizabeth will also representing the finals we’ll get the other results and summmer in just a second as they prepare for the 400 m to come e so all the athletes get marshaled out for the 400 m and again I must commend the officials for getting us back on time and as a matter of fact taking us ahead of time we’re going to give you the the finalist for the the 100 m we already did the under 15 boys and our 15 girls so let’s do the under 15 boys all right so Javier Lawson of chani he’s going to go in with the fastest time 12:57 jayen fish show 1274 is going to make it into the finals kayy Raymond of St Thomas 128 5 makes it in Jamal Thompson of St Catherine 1289 makes it in jquan Reed St Elizabeth 1294 is going to make it in Joshua MC Williams of St Andrew 1294 makes it in ton Tavon price of Manchester 1296 1297 makes it in Alex leis St Thomas 1299 he’s going to make the finals as well so let’s do the round up as we usually do so um trani will have one St Elizabeth will have two St Thomas will have two so two from St Thomas two from St Elizabeth St Catherine will have one St Andrew will have one Manchester will have one and trani will have one we’ll have the fastest one in the likes of Lawson 12:57 the fastest time going into the finals let’s take a look at the under 13 girls as well to give you that summary um and pine who looked fantastic in her qualifying heat and jna pine of uh St an 1292 actually St an will have two into the finals they’ll have pine and molten and guess what folks Pine and molten have the fastest and second fastest types so San looks very strong in the girls under 13100 m s Thomas Raymond Kayla Raymond will make it into the finals uh Ashley Monty Q of St Andrew who makes it in St Thomas will have Kaya Senor the Asia C GRE of St Andrew will make the finals as well Chen Allen of St James makes the finals and finally we’ll have just a second here folks Cara Smith of Portland so that is the finalist from the under 13 girls and we’ll do that sum in just a second e so the next event on track is going to be the 100 m sorry the 400 m and that promises to be good as well so let’s do the summary now for the boys under 111 100 m where kille Walford of St Thomas he goes in with the fastest time 14.12 on pey of St Andrew 14 28 makes it into the finals a sh Campbell Kingston makes it in with 1432 TMO Andrews 1434 makes it in Jamal Thomas of St Elizabeth 1442 makes it in Demetri brand of of St Thomas 1444 is going to make it in Benjamin Richards of St Mary 1451 makes it in and and then kayen Clark of St Andrew 1469 is going to make it into the finals that was the boys under 11 finalist in the girl section um Chelan is Williams 1439 is going to make make it into the finals as the fastest time with the fastest time Ana Jameson Manchester makes it in tan town and St Andrew she’s going to make it in with 1457 tamoya Watson of West blad 1462 makes it in Raa Rashana green of San 1470 makes it in Melissa mcferson 1470 makes it in monisa com of West Milan is going to make it in as well asalia Roberts of St Thomas with 15 seconds flat making it through to the finals of the under 11 girls 100 m next event on track as I said the 400 m for girls under 13 event that scheduled to come up at 1 but the girls already out on track so that means that we started um about 50 minutes behind time we’re actually about 10 minutes ahead of time right now so we made up about an hour in 2 2 hours I’ve Done 3 hours of scheduled events in 2 hours so that shows you how hard these folks are working for e e e so this is the 400 under 13 girls heat one of four and on the outside going out well it’s the athlete looks like from St Andrew Jones she’s gone out to a very fast start gabana Jones of St Andrew as about 150 M to go also in the mix is Evans of Manchester but Jones continues to lead from Lane number seven Here Comes Evans of Manchester trying to challenge Jones Jones gabana Jones she’s LED from gun to tape and gabana Jones is going to win this one 1 minute 04.5 9 The Flash time Evans is in second and in second from s and it’s Borland jameia Borland confirmed time for Jones 1 minute 0 4.67 seconds gabiana Jones in second Evans looks as if it’s 1 minute 0 5.56 Borland second 1 minute 0938 Jones leading from gun to tape never shy about that once the gun when she was gone and never relinquished that lead so again confirmed gabiana Jones of St Andrew winning Heat number one in the girls on the 13400 M Dash there are three more Heats to come before we decide the finalist again only the winner is guaranteed a place in the finals next four is defi decided by times as we move now to he two or four in lane two we have Cara Cole of Kingston in three we have Christina Richards of westmanland in four abig Gay gray of chani in five Sakina peterin of Manchester in six Dean Williams of St James shantoya Coleman of St Katherine is in seven and chenil king of Portland is all the way out in Lane number eight so a good run just now from Evans of Manchester can her teammate in Lane number five Peter King replicate that run so again the lineup Cole Richards gray petkin Williams Coleman King as the gun sends them off and going let’s see who makes that first move looks like in six Williams are of St James who’s going to make the first move who’s going to follow her coming through in lane two is Cole of Kingston Manchester’s peterkin making the move as well and it looks as if Peter King on the Stagger it has the lead we wanted to know if she could follow her teammate run in heat one and so far she has done that Peter King leads with about 100 m to go in her run peterkin has started to extend that lead Cole from Kingston in lane two is in second but no one is going to catch Peter King of Manchester Manchester Sakina peterin of Manchester can she break one minute no she can’t 1 minute 0 1.22 and then in Lane six Williams or is it seven Coleman so Peter kin wins 1 minute Z 1 minute 0 1.20 for Peter kin very good run from her by the way uh let’s see what the record is record 5977 so very good run from her from Peter kin Coleman in second 1 minute 0 7.06 and this heat significantly faster than the other heat heat number one but Peter King was so far ahead of everybody else that we may only see one time qualifier coming from this one if any Coleman from St Catherine competing in Lane number seven did well as we go now to heat three of four in the girls 400 m under 13 400 m Monique Bogle Portland in two Kaya kayia k kayia j so kayia J Dawkins St Mary in three omaria Morris sent Elizabeth in four Tiandra Watson S Thomas in five yendi Dennis of s Katherine in six Malia Thomas of sentan is going to be in Lane number seven well we have no one in seven so it looks as if yes they they’ve put her in Lane seven now so Thomas was originally in eight but she switched over to seven now so the lineup is Bal Dawkins Morris Watson Dennis [Music] Thomas so six ladies line up for this one girls under 13 400 m Heats final instructions being given to the athletes now so it’s Bogle Dawkins moris whats Dennis Thomas G sends them off six go in this heat let’s see who makes that first move it looks as if it’s Morris of St Elizabeth who’s ranging up but it’s an even start so far no one has really shown that hand let’s see also on the inside of Morris is Dawkins who is going well so after the early running for Morris Dawkins looks to have taken it and Thomas of sentan going well let’s see it’s still still very even after 200 M as they come around the top Bend looks as if in Lane number five Watson of St Thomas Diandra Watson of St Thomas now leads she has bided her time and has started to step Watson of St Thomas she leads the time is not going to be as fast as the first as the second one sorry but she comes through Watson Tiandra Watson 1 minute 0312 con confirmed for Watson Bogle 1 minute 0 3.42 Bogle from Portland Watson from St Thomas Dennis 1 minute Z 4.55 it’s also going to be looking towards getting a Time qualifier and the bubble times let me just pull those up is time qualifiers 1 minute 0 5.56 1 minute 07 so everything on the 105 they have put themselves in good positions to make the finals so we’ll watch those times to see who are they four time qualifiers but likes of Bogle certainly stand a good chance of making it into the finals so 1 minute 03 42 for Bogle Dennis of St Catherine one minute 0 4.55 they put themselves into time qualifying positions Morris also in that’s Amaria Morris of St th St Elizabeth 1 minute 0 6.86 all in with a chance to make it into the finals with time qualifiers but we’ll move to heat number four of four the girls under 13 400 m and we have bratan Richardson of St James in one in two Nara Sinclair of hanova in three kimoya Gordon of St Mary in four Sherice Spence of St Elizabeth in five Gabrielle Fletcher of St Thomas Jada white of St Andrew is in six Titania Bailey of claron in seven and Jada Brown of Kingston all the way out in Lane eight so full lineup for this one eight in this one we had six in the previous one eight in this one the athletes in three that’s Gordon ensures that she’s at the right position for the start inches forward to get her hands on the line instructions coming in and also adjusting herself is Bailey from Clarendon again you want to have your hands right on the line Not Over The Line right up to the line at least were a little bit behind the line as the gun sends them off now it’s Richardson Sinclair Gordon Spence Fletcher white Bailey Brown let’s see who makes that first move looks like in three Gordon has made an early move but it’s still pretty even as Gordon continues to step Jada Brown of Kingston out there in Lane eight also moving well but based on the Stagger it’s Lane three Gordon who has made the early running she has made up the Stagger on the athletes on her outside the final 200 M to come now and by my eye Gordon continues to lead Spence also there on her outside and on her inside also is s clear but Gordon kimoya Gordon continues to lead she wants to win this one cuz only the winner is guaranteed a spot as on her own side Spence goes by her now and wins actually it looks as if it’s Gordon 1 minute 0 6.34 and let’s see if we can get that one it’s Bailey who should be in eight in seven so I’m not certain what’s happening there but they’ve given it to Bailey Gordon in second 1 minute 0 7.36 that’s not going to be good enough to make it through on a Time qualifier but let’s see what happens let’s see if there’s any change in that we’ll we’ll keep a track on that as that’s a conclusion of the girl section of the 400 m so let’s see if there’s any changes in the official times still no changes baile listed in Lane number seven and pretty sure Lane seven would not have won and if she did she won from Lane number three so we’ll we’ll wait on that one so we’ll go now to heat one of four in the boys under 13 400 m so here’s the lineup we have Neil Crawford of Portland in two they sh on roboam of St Mary in 3 the main Grant of Hanover in four tari henan of claron in five Jordan Douglas of St Thomas in six Joshua McWilliams of St Andre in seven and Ryan Foster of St James is in going to be in Lane number eight gun sends them off now and it’s an even break let’s see who makes that first move looks as if it’s Douglas in Lane six representing St Thomas he’s gone out hard for the first 100 m trying to go with him as well it’s m Williams of St Andrew But continuing to lead it’s Douglas of St Thomas 200 M gone and he’s maintained that lead over the rest of the field Douglas m Williams goes by him now M Williams from St Andrew Mac Williams is going well on the inside Neil Crawford going well as well but Joshua M Williams has taken over now and he’s left the field for dead Joshua mcams come through the line now 1 minute 0 1.25 for Flash time only the winner guaranteed of a place in the finals Joshua MC Williams ensuring and his place in the finals his book confirmed Time 1 minute 0 1.29 for Joshua MC Williams representing St Andrew Crawford Neil Crawford representing Portland is second 1 minute0 2.94 we watch that time to see if he makes it to as an automatic qualifier or a qualifier time a non automatic qualifier so we’ll move now to heat two of four in the boys under 13400 M jquan Scott s Mary in two Yin MCB of hanov is going to be in three raran Bennett of Portland in four T Dr Edwards of St Andre in five ashir mcfallen St Thomas in six Malik gray Kingston in seven Dmitri Hansen of Manchester is going to be in Lane number eight the record for this event 57.5 two that’s the me record haven’t have have had one race so far won by Joshua MC Williams didn’t get too close to it looks as if we might have one athlete missing Lane three McBean not seeing him reporting but it looks as if everybody else is there so Scott Bennett in four Edwards in five presenting St Andrew he’ll want to follow his teammate MC Williams into the finals mcfallen Sam Thomas is going to be in six Gray from Kingston is going to be in seven and Hansen of Manchester it’s going to be in eight Manchester representing in yellow St Andrew in green as the athletes take their marks now con sends them off even break at the start no one really showing their hands right away mafarin of St Thomas starts the step also on the outside Hansen of Manchester Chester starting to go and mfin going well Edwards Hansen of Manchester seems to have lost a little bit of steam as Edwards of St Andrew in green and white takes up the running also on his inside is Bennett but the man from St Andrew Edwards has taken charge M Williams’s teammate won the first heat and Edwards He’s going to win the second one let’s see if he goes sub one minute just below 1 minute 59.95 for Edwards Bennett in second and Hansen in third so the time confirms now at one minute 0 0.0 one minute flat couldn’t get ask for a more perfect time um got it right on the money so no one has yet broken the one minute barer benett in second 1 minute 0 3.67 run out of steam in the final 50 m or so barely made it over the line Hansen came back for third one with 0 4.67 so those guys will be looking for for some time qualifi but the fastest time so far or the fastest times so far both by athletes from St Andrew Edwards and M Williams leading the charge we move now to heat three heat three of four in the boys 400 m where we have Otis Barrett of St an he’s going to be representing from Lane number two they have that light blue almost looks as if it’s St George’s blue and he’s going to be representing for St an in in Lane number two love that color represents or reminds me of the the sea jine G of westan is going to be in three or kilo Anderson of Manchester in four Roberto Blake of St James in five kimman Williams of St Katherine in six lre bent of St Elizabeth in seven and K Sha Neil of chani in laye number eight no St Andrew athlete in here and it’s an opportunity for one of the other parishes to make a move as we see from Manchester Anderson going out well but also out at the top going well it’s Williams and Bennett and Bennett he is from St Elizabeth Williams from St Catherine they look to have taken a step on the field they’re battling up front the man from Manchester has ran out of steam that’s Anderson he will not be able to come back as in Lane six Williams of St Catherine starts to step around the bend and he’s going to come off that bend ahead of everybody else significantly so kimman Williams he’s in the lead also coming well is Neil and in Three G but Williams up front kimman Williams of St Catherine will he break one minute no he won’t I think the clock stopped a little bit early but the time on the clock 1 minute 0 0.44 and G in three comes through for second 1 minute 0 3.41 Williams time confirmed Now 1 minute 0 1.33 g 1 minute 0 3.41 he’s going to have a good time of it getting into the finals Neil 1 minute 0 4.05 not so certain about that but we’ll see so Westland gun second in that one as I said he’ll have a pretty good shot of making the finals we’ll jump over now to heat four again these are coming Fast and Furious this scheduled to go off at 125 it’s now 110 and we’ve already built in a 15minute cushion we’re 15 minutes ahead of the schedule they’ve done a wonderful job of catching up and going by there’s rain in the atmosphere so you want to have that cushion and they’re building that cushion in as the officials as we go to heat four of four this is heat four of four in the boys under the 13400 met where we have Kon Kelly St an he’s going to be in two in three AE Dixon of West Milan in four lindel Miller of claron in five a legister of St Elizabeth Jordan buckham Buckingham of chani is going to be in six Kwan daily of St Catherine in seven and Lincoln tingling of Kingston is going to be in eight as I think tingling got up a little bit early and they’ve called that back a little bit good job from the Stars spotting that and calling that one back so go through the lineup again kishan Kelly aim dexon lindel Miller johy legister jordane banan uh Kian daily and Lincoln tingling that’s the lineup for heat four of four in the boys under 13400 m so it’s Kelly Dixon Miller legister with Canon daily and tingling Lanes 228 occupied gun sends them off and running and in Lane five that looks like from St Elizabeth legister who’s gone off to a hectic tingling of Kingston also going well can legister of St Elizabeth hold this pace coming through as well banan of chani tingling Lincoln tingling of Kingston looks to be in the mix banan of chani going well as well as legister of St Elizabeth as they come around the B legister starts the step again [Music] let’s see actually that’s Miller lindel Miller of Kon so let’s see seven l seven night Squan daily who’s come through let’s see what the official timing or the official results so it’s Miller lindel Miller first 1 minute 0.89 daily in second 1 minute 0 2.71 and legista in third 1 minute 03.03 so see if we can get the summary for the boys on the 13 do we have everything here no we don’t we are waiting still on some results so the next event on track is going to be the girls under 15400 do have a confirmed results here so tadri Edwards he is going to go into the finals and it did give him sub one minute 59.99 lindel Miller claran also in with 1 minute 0.89 we’ll get the confirmed confirmed finalist in just a second asz we’re running over to the girls under 15 400 m so in two we have Camille Ellis of St Mary in three Cecile Jameson of westmon in four Balia Brown of Kingston in five Chantel Morris of St Elizabeth in six reene Brian of St Thomas in seven K Hamilton of trani and eight nicholet Brown of St Catherine and nicholet brown of St Catherine has gone off to a good start look at Nicolet Brown go she has absolutely thrown down the gauntlet over this first 200 M and said to the rest of the field catch me if you can [Music] so nicholet continues to lead but she’s now being challenged on her inside by Shantel Morris of St Elizabeth and Shantel Morris has absolutely gone by her now and Shantel moris of St Elizabeth she has gotten a big lead after that heroic first 200 by nicholet Brown she has absolutely ran out of team and Chantel Morris who run a more even race comes through the line now 1 minute 0 2.23 seconds for St Elizabeth Shantel Morris so Shantel Morris comes through for the win Brian in second reica Brian of St Thomas Jimson given third from Westland Jameson from West and while the athletes complete complete that heat we’re going to jump over to heat two where we have denique Dixon of St an in three Lea Thompson of chelani in four singen Jones of West Millan in five michelia Johnson of Manchester in six ran Allen Rihanna ran Kelly ran Kelly of St Thomas in seven and Shany Williams of St Mary in eight that’s a lineup so only six athletes in this one so six athletes competing in this heat Dixon Thompson Jones Johnson Kelly and Williams number [Music] so G sends them off on going so it’s Dixon Thompson Jones Johnson Kelly and Williams as they’re off and running [Music] and Jones of westan looks to have taken the early Advantage Thompson of chani also trying to come back at her but Jones of West Millan looks to have the slight Advantage out of it now is Johnson of Manchester as they come around the top Bend and turn to home in four looks as if it’s Thompson of chani who leads everybody else has run out of steam again only the winner qual guaranteed of a spot in the finals as the sh Thompson of chani she’s going to come through the tape now in 1 minute 10.91 significantly slower than the first heat and I suspect that not many time qualifiers will come from this one as we confirm the times now Thompson 1 minute 10.93 for the win Dixon 1 minute 13. 72 and Kelly 1 minute 14.70 Dixon from St an Kelly from St Thomas as we jump over to heat three of four in the girls 400 m where we have Tena Blackwood St Andrew chenel White Portland Christa gay h s an Alysa Parell Hanover L gaale Manchester K and kanana Baker of St James aasa Bolton of clandon in Lane number eight as the gun sends them off and let’s see who makes that first move Bolton going well also on her inside going well in it’s parel of Hanover as they make their way down that back stretch and complete that first 200 M you always feel confident over the first 200 M and then it starts to come that lactic acid and then after 300 M you just want to make it through the Finish Line as we see from Manchester Gale taking charge with 100 meters to go Lashana Gale of Manchester is large and in charge the lactic starting to tell but she’s still ahead of Hull and panel and Gail is going to win that one Hull and then white [Music] so Gail 1 minute 10.54 The Flash Time 1 minute 10.52 confirmed now for gaale Hull 1 minute 12.19 white 1 minute 12.27 seconds so that was heat three or four in the girls 400 m Dash and this is the girls under 15 400 m Dash we’ll have the boys shortly but based on what we’ve seen Heat won with Shantel Morris one minute 0 2.23 she looks in good stad the mate record 58.88 don’t think that will be challenged based on what I’ve seen so far but we’ll go to heat four of four the girls on the 15400 M Ken Chambers Hanover is going to be in three I mean and gray of Portland is going to be in four shantia Brown of St Elizabeth in five Gabriel holder St Andrew in six Brianna shutle of St Katherine in seven ion Anderson of St James will be in eight looks as if Anderson of St James is missing and only seeing five out there so far I wonder if there’s going to be any last minute additions no it doesn’t seem seem so so only five will go as the high jump is also going on and cricket ball throw also going on so field events also going on while action is continuing on track [Music] so let’s give you the lineup again it’s Chambers gray brown holder shuttlewood no enderson in eight five take to the sted line and gun sends them off even break shuttlewood starting to step and maybe takes half a meter out of holder Gabriel holder of St Andrew who responds now also coming through Brown of St Elizabeth gray hasn’t made her move as yet and Chambers seems to be left behind as brown continues to make the early moves gray respond PS Now with 120 M to go Roman Gray comes by her now comes by Brown that is and moves into the lead Brown in second holder in third but no doubt the leader it’s gray there’s a battle on for second between holder and brown holder goes by brown but gray comes through the line 1 minute 03 1 minute 03.02 gray and Holder will tell you that they’re going to be in the finals based on where they just finished and the time on the clock it’s going to be interesting to see how that shakes out [Music] so we’ll get the confirmation of the finalist in just a second the under 15 girls 400 m but it’s now time for the under 15 boys 400 m where we have Jano Bernard of westan in two cimoy white of Portland in three ESO Powell of Manchester in four Joy Williams of St Elizabeth in five Daniel Francis of Kingston in six rashan caldi of St Mary in seven and tavoy Williams of Manchester in Lay number eight so this is heat one of four in the boys under the 15400 M gun send off as in Lane number five that was Williams who got up to a very slow start but on his inside Powell of Manchester is storming look at Power of Manchester storming also on the outside his teammate Williams going well the two teammates from Manchester are going well but going best of all it is the man Powell who is starting to step after 200 M he’s put a significant gap on on the field as saw poell sounds a lot like aafa Po but over 400 m Here Comes poell of Manchester with 100 m to go he’s well ahead of the field Williams of St Elizabeth is in second also in third is white C white of Portland but up front poell of Manchester is well ahead of the field Williams trying to come back at him but poell is going to win time on the the clock 1 minute 0 1.63 seconds and white finishes in third ahead of tooy Williams of Manchester so po 1 minute 0 1.67 the time confirmed Williams a Jo Williams sent Elizabeth one Z 1 minute 0 2.87 seconds white of Portland is in third 1 minute 0 5.62 and tooy Williams of Manchester is going to finish fourth not certain if he’s going to have a fast enough time to make it into the finals on a Time qualifier move now to he to of four where we have Tony McCoy of St Thomas in two dquan Jones of St Andrew in three Antoine Reed of chelani in four in five Derek quy of Kingston Lane six dear warlock in Lane seven Kevan Wallace of Portland in eight we have chrishell Mills of Hanover so it looks like Mills of Hanover is not reported to the stats only six in this race watch Big Boy Jones from St Andrew is going to be in three looks significantly taller than the field maybe at Advantage here as a gun sends them off on going let’s see who makes the first move looks like four four it’s it Antoine Reed who makes the first move but Jones I told you about the young man from St Andrew he makes a respond but all the way out in Lane seven as Wallace also making a move but Jones is still going well actually Wallace of Portland going well and Jones of St Andrew trying to catch him just about 150 M to go jquan Jones he is in a good position Wallace looks to be in second on the inside of Jones it’s McCoy of St Thomas but look at Jones I told you was significantly taller than the field and maybe at Advantage for him thean Jones looks as if he’s going to go sub one minute let’s see the time on the clock as Jones comes through the line 58.84 and McCoy Tony McCoy have sent Thomas in second the record 5233 but dquan Jones looking class of this field time confirmed 5881 McCoy second 5974 and Wallace third 1 minute 0 1.66 so again we’re we’re nipping through these events just had he two of four in the boys 400 m event we’re going to have heat three coming up now and in heat three we’re going to go through that lineup in just a second so gondra sends them off now for heat three off four and we have dennit Griffiths McLean Lamy Beckford Campell and Forest as looks as in seven Campbell going well this is he three of four in the boys under 15400 [Music] M so dennet in two go going well as well so denned from Hanover in Lane number two looks as if he has this lead Beckford of St James also going well denned will have a [Music] challenge from Beckford of St James who goes by Beckford of St James is going to win 1 minute 0 1.55 The Flash time for Beckford ahead of dennit of Hanover so Beford confirmed Time 1 minute 0 1.55 Den it confirmed 1 minute 0 2.10 Beckford from St James dennet from Hanover Griffith in third Griffiths represent St Mary let’s see if we can get his time 1 minute 0 5.81 for Griffiths than [Music] is under 15 400 m only top two sorry only the winner qualifies and then four goes through by time so you want to win here you want to ensure that you’re winning cuz that’s the only way you’re guaranteed a spot in the finals or if you’re not winning you want to run fast let’s go through the lineup here we have tler Reed of St James in two Jada jayen Griffiths of St Andrew is going to be in three O’Neal Brown of West Milan in four joavan Francis St Elizabeth in five in six we have R Hall in seven yandre Brown of St Katherine Hakeem Wallace of St an is going to be out there in Lane number eight as the starter calls them back to their marks and we’ll have another exciting minute or so gun sends them off now and going out strong from Lane number six is Hall R Hall and responding now Brown from St cathine responding strong over the first 120 M so the man from set Katherine Brown and and brown leads for the first 200 M but the field is ranging up behind him stepping forward is Hall and coming through as well in Lane number two Reed of St James looks as if Reed of St James is going to lead off the bend also coming through from St Andrew is Griffiths Griffiths takes charge as the rest of the field starts to fade but Griffiths looks strong Griffith is going to come through for the win and Brown is going to finish second time for Griffiths 1 minute 0.29 so the win there for Griffiths representing St Andrew so another win for St Andrew in these seeds Brown of St Catherine 1 minute 0 1.07 is second Francis representing St Elizabeth comes through for second with one 1 minute 0 2.53 and that is going to conclude the 400 m next event on track is going to be the 150 M um for girls under nine girls and it’s going to take a minute or two for them to set up for that so while they set up for that let me see if I can give you some results from the 400 m since we just did the boys under 15 400 m let’s see if we can get the under 15 girls 400 m qualifies here’s a summary so the fastest time going through Chantel Morris of St Elizabeth 1 minute 0 2.23 she won Heat number one Raman gray of Portland 1 minute 03.03 she’s going to make it into the finals she won Heat number four making it into the finals as well satania Brown of St Elizabeth 1 minute 0 4.45 she finished second in heat four Gabrielle holdo of St Andrew 1 minute Z 4.47 she’s going to make it into the finals she finished third in Heat number four so three finalists from heat four so far so we’ll confirm the qualifi let’s see if we can confirm the qualifiers so we had hold off from heat four finished third 1 0 4.47 we also had reica Brown Rica Brown sorry of St Thomas 1 minute 0 6.47 she finished second in hit one Cecil jamson of westmon 1 minute 0 7.92 she finished third in heat one so three from heat one as well and look at this Brianna shwood 1 minute 0 8.13 well she didn’t make the finals so only three from heat four then we have Lashana Gail she won Heat three one minute 10.52 she’s the only finalist from heat 3 and then we have Lashanda Thompson of chani Gail by the way from Manchester Thomson from trone 1 minute 10.93 three to make the finals she won HE2 so only the winners from he E3 and HE2 makes it into the girls under 15400 M we should have some results or summary of the results for the boys under 15 which we do results are coming through quickly so we’ll confirm the top eight into the finals for the boys under 15400 M dcoin Jones He W Heat number two in a time of 58.81 he’s the fastest going into through the finals in second this again in he to Tony McCoy from St Thomas 5974 he makes it into the finals Jones by the way from St Andrew jayan J jayand day Griffiths of St Andrew 1 minute 0.30 he one heat four he’s going to make it into the finals as well Andre Brown he finished second in heat four with 1 minute 0 1.07 he’s going to make it into the finals uh clay Beckford of St James 1 minute 0 1.55 makes it into the finals uh Kevon Wallace of Portland 1 minute 01 1.86 he’s going to make it into the finals Beckford by the way one heat three and Wallace finished second in he3 both of them will make it into the finals ESO Powell 1 minute 0 1.67 he won heit W he makes it into the finals and Javon dennit of Hanover 1 minute 0 2.10 he’s going to make it in the finals he finished second in heat three so from heat one only Powell will make it into the finals I think we have enough time that we can go to the girls under 13 for well let’s do the boys first qualifies for the boys under 13 400 m finals tedrake Edwards of St Andrew only man to break one minute he did 59.99 to win Heat number two lindel Miller Clarendon 1 minute 0.89 he won Heat four he’s going to make it into the finals Joshua McWilliams he won he won in a time of 1 minute 0 1.29 he’s going to make it into the finals Kimani Williams he won he3 he makes it into the finals with 1 minute 0 1.33 qan daily St Catherine 1 minute 0 2.71 and second in heat four he’s going to make it into the finals Neil Crawford Portland 1 minute 0 2.94 finished second in hit two he’s going to make it into the finals then we have a joury legister of St Elizabeth he finished in 1 minute 03.03 making it into the finals finished third in heat four so three from heat four remain G of West Manan 1 minute 0 3.41 he’s going to make it into the finals he finish second in heat three we’re going to go now to the girl section and confirm the top8 from the girls under 13 400 m so fastest in is zakina petkin with 1 minute 0 1.20 Tiandra petkin by the way from Manchester Tiandra Watson 1 minute 0 3.12 from St Thomas she makes it in Monique B of Portland 1 minute 0 3.42 makes it in yendi Dennis of St Catherine 1 minute 0 4.55 makes it into the finals gaban Jones of St Andrew 1 minute 0 4.67 makes it into the finals Teran Evans of Manchester 1 minute 05. 56 makes it into the finals taan Bailey of clarine 1 minute 0 6.38 makes it into the finals and omaria Morris of C Elizabeth 1 minute 0 6.86 makes it into the finals those are the finalist for the girls under 13400 M as I said the next event on track is the 150 M for girls on the nine as the rain continues to threaten here at the National Stadium we’re going to keep a track of that two more for oh e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e so this is 150 M for under nine girls some the babies they Rand the 80 M earlier and they’re back for the 50 m almost twice the distance of the 80 M trying to get the line up now as the gun sends them off and running for heat one looks like the athlete from St James old strong [Music] s Elizabeth athley Spencer in two going well and it’s going to be the youngster from St Elizabeth Spencer who takes that one so Spencer St Elizabeth first and then from St James Turner who finishes in second see if we can get the flash time Spencer 2352 Turner 23 7 five Hutchinson in third 24 4 three again only the winner guaranteed of a spot in the finals the remaining four will be decided on times let’s see if we can get the lineup for he too a four in the on Nine Girls 150 m in one we have the green of St Mary in three rashika Morris of St Elizabeth in four CH Alward of St Thomas in five sherei wisdom of St an in six kid J Jenkins J Jenkins of Kingston KZ of St Catherine is in seven and Aira minute of Portland should be in eight well the athletes not yet quite been marshaled out so we have a little bit of time before that event goes off reminder only the winner is guaranteed a spot in the finals remaining finalist will be decided by times so it’s green Mar Alwood W wisdom Jenkins Diaz and Minot that’s the lineup so St Mary St Elizabeth St Thomas St andt Kingston St Catherine and Portland all eight out there well all seven out there as a gun sends them off and running let’s see who makes the first move it looks like [Music] from Lane number three that’s Mars of St Elizabeth who’s stepping Allwood coming at her now Alwood and Morris having a battle Allwood gets by Morris now and starts to step allward Morris is close at the line Miner on the outside from Portland also coming through she’s going to come through for third let’s see who gets the win will it be Allwood Morris gets it 24 second flat Allwood in second 2404 Morris representing St Elizabeth Allwood representing St Thomas and minor 2431 represents Portland she comes through for third so a reminder this is a JTA sagik national championships so School affiliations disregarded here it’s all about your Parish you’re representing for your Parish it’s the second greatest honor that you can have other than representing for your country so this is lineup for heat three of four in the girls 150 M Dash under 9 150 M Dash shakana pey St Andrew in two aier Wilson claron in three Joanna Smith trani in four Safar artwell of St Thomas in five y Bernard of westmanland in six seven laoya Hutchinson of lioy Hutchinson of Manchester Nicol Samuels of clandon is going to be in Lane number eight so let’s give you that lineup again it’s pey Wilson Smith artwell Bernard Hutchinson and Samuels in Lane 8 as the athletes are called to their marks now over the next 25 seconds or so we will know who will make it automatically through to the finals so again it’s py Wilson Smith I Bernard Hutchinson and Samuels under nine girls 150 M fastest so far from St Elizabeth Spencer anise Spencer 2352 she and Turner of St James the only one so far to break 24 seconds only the winner guaranteed a place in the finals the remaining four will be decided by times athletes again called to their marks G sends them off now let’s see who makes that first move Lane number seven Hutchinson has gone off to a good start Hinson leads off the curve Hutchinson continues to hold the ascendancy in Lane three Wilson is coming back at her Hutchinson though has led from gun to tape and and it’s Hinson from Manchester who’s going to win it and coming through from kleon it’s Wilson time flash time 2409 confirmed now for Hutchinson at 2407 headwind negative 1.2 Wilson finishes second 24 31 so Hutchinson the only guaranteed finalist from that heat so he number one super fast with two breaking 24 seconds and the subsequent heat haven’t had 24 seconds being broken so far but let’s see if we’ll have it in Heat number four where we have cheyen Samuels of Portland representing from Lane number three in four we have Shakira Alexander from Kingston she’s again going to be in four Zen Davis of Manchester will be in five Gabriel Watson of St James will be in seven Shamir Walker of Hanover in so Watson in six Shamir Walker in seven she’s going to represent for Hanover Watson represents for St James and L lenia Gooden of St an will be in Lane number eight that’s the lineup for heat four of heat four of four in the girls under nine 150 M event as a hush Des sends over the stadium sta calls them to the Marx and let’s see who’s going to make that first move as they go off now off and running and out in Lane number two that well two that Samuels so it’s Davis actually who comes through Davis of Manchester 24 well the clock doesn’t stop so Davis of Manchester comes through for the win looks like Alexander of Kingston in second but we’ll confirm that in a second as the clock hasn’t stopped keeps going now but don’t that was sub 24 but it was pretty clear who won so the camera is still well the clock is still going not the the camera the clock is still going and it really hasn’t stopped so we can get an indication of what the youngster just did comes up no no so they’ve jumped right to the boys event so this is going to be the boys under nine 150 M event so let’s give you the lineup for heat one Amari Cunningham Center an is going to be in two Oliver quintina of chilon in three in four Samuel ton of St Andrew in five Jayden Jones of Kingston in six Alan Burger of St Thomas seven zavier matis of St Mary in eight a care Henry of St James so it’s Cunningham Quint quintina Dillion Jones burger matis and Henry record for this event 2131 can any of these boys get close to that go and sends them off now and let’s see who’s going to make the first move well I’ve been called back so faulty start there so that that faulty start the athletes have been called back to their blocks and a wait forther instructions gun sends them off now and let’s see who’s going to make that first move as they come off the bench now and it’s om AR Cunningham Omari cam Omari Cunningham of s an who has a step on the field coming through as well as Burger but Cunningham he’s going to go 2274 to win that one that’s a flash time 2274 confirmed as 22774 for Cunningham into a negative 2.5 m/ second Wing Cunningham second 2359 quintina third third 241 uh so Cunningham St an burger from St Thomas and Oliver quintina from Chone we’re going to give you the lineup for heat two in just a second this is the boys under n 150 M event so let’s see if we can give you that lineup in just a second as the athletes are called to the their marks this lineup for heat two of four in the boys on the n 150 M we have brown Davis pink Smith Maxwell Knight and brown again Brown from St James in two Mel Davis of claron in three in four Jayden pink of St Elizabeth in five we have from West Millan Kevin Smith in six from St Andrew we have Fabian Maxwell in seven from St Katherine de Mario Knight and in eight Elmer Brown of Manchester as the gun sends them off and going and it looks like from Lane six Maxwell now that’s actually Davis is going to go through and win that one Smith ahead of Davis so that’s confirmed now 2294 for Smith so Smith winning that one ahead of Davis 2294 into a negative 2.1 win and brown 2388 finishing in second so that concludes Heat number two of three the boys on the nine 150 M event uh not singing athletes out just yet for heat three but we’ll confirm that lineup in just a second so the lineup is Shakur McLean he’s going to be representing St Mary from lane two in three we have jakw Smith of Kingston javine gentles of Hanover is going to be in four Dillion dillian J Brooks of Portland in five neamar Hines of St Elizabeth in six the Troy Atkinson of clandon in seven and S Dixon of trilon is going to be in eight I wonder where uh St Elizabeth neamar Hines guess his name from think I have a pretty good guess but it’s just the guess as a gun sends them off and going oh no and there’s a big mistake there from the athlete from stabe who goes right across and tries to cut back across he’s going to be in trouble but from Hanover gentles he’s leading and he’s going to come through also coming through is Dixon 2242 for the win so Dixon from lane two finishes in second is actually Smith Jan Smith of King Kingston was a little bit of confusion there as the athlete from Clon cut all the way across um not sure what happened but Smith from Kingston gets it 22 for2 Dixon in second let’s see the confirmed time for Dixon 2254 mle 23 60 in third that concludes Heat number three off four in the boys on the nine 150 M the heat four or four will come up in just a second so this is heed 404 the boys on the 9 150 m in lane two we have jayen green representing Manchester in three Nan Lindsay representing St Katherine in four Raheem McKenzie representing Portland in five e mcferson representing Hanover ran angland of West Milan is in six jild Dean Francis of St Thomas in seven and ha Hines of St an is going to be in Lane number eight that’s the lineup for the fourth heat heat four four boys under the nine 150 M screen Lindsay McKenzie mcferson angling Francis and Hines as the athletes go to their marks now go sends them off a little shake at the gun there but let’s see who makes the first move looks like from Lane seven Francis who’s gotten the step on the field also going well Lindsay Lindsay from Lane number three of St Catherine Lindsay of St Catherine has taking over and he’s stepping away to win Francis comes through for second and Kenzie comes through for third so it is Lindsay Francis and McKenzie The Flash time 2264 and’s see if we can get the confirmed time 2264 for Lindsay for Lindsay and Nan Lindsay of St cathine winning Francis that Jan Francis 2304 he represents St Thomas and McKenzie from Portland Raheem McKenzie finishing third 2314 e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e of the 150 M for under nine boys and we’re going to jump into the 200 m this for under 13 girls I believe but we’ll try to pull up the lineup but definitely 200 M now on track and getting ready to go after the 200 M we’re going to go to the 800 M and then the medes are the relays as the first 200 M gets sent on the way this is actually the girls under 11 200 M as in Lane number two that’s Williams of St Catherine who gets off to a good start and goes through the line 2950 The Flash time for her so Heat number one of four in the girls under 11 200 m out the way in second that’s baloney of Clarendon Kia baloney of of Clarendon sorry uh time confirms now for Williams 2951 Maloney 3.13 so Cara Williams of St Catherine takes first blood in the under 11 girls 200 M we move now to heat number two these he’s coming rapidly Rihanna Edwards of Chelan is going to be in two Melissa mcferson of St Thomas is going to be in three torian tonsen of St Andrew in four chrisen Kennedy of Portland in five metalian Hines of Hanover in six Dior bedward of Kingston in seven Carissa Gordon of St Mary in eight that’s the lineup as the athletes are now sent off for the second heat of the girls under 112 200 M as Bernard from Kingston she represents from Lane number seven gets up to a good start also going from Lane number four Townsen from St Andrew it’s a battle of the corporate area as St Andrews Townsen starts the step also in the mix from St Thomas is M Fon M Fon comes through for second as tonen goes through the line first first and Bedwood comes through for third towns and time confirmed now 3.08 M Fon in second 3104 and bedward 3D 3115 we move now to heat 3 or four in the girls under 11 200 m where we have nasoya Walford she represents for St an natoya corsley from Manchester is in three Laticia Williams watch her she’s from chelani tanel Willie of St Andrew is in five tamoya Watson of Westland in six Shor white of Portland is in seven and shamoya blto of Clarendon is going to be in eight as the athletes set settle into their blocks now gun sends them off and running let’s see who makes that first move it looks as if it’s black stock who has gone out hard for the first 100 m coming through now from Lane number four it’s Williams Williams has the step on the field also trying to go with her is Willie but Williams has the step on the fi Watson coming through now the dtive Watson challenges Williams and goes past Williams and wins 30.07 wow Williams made a big mistake there he’s up in the final 50 m and Watson came through for the win 30.11 Williams in second 3.21 so Williams the favorite defeated by Watson and we from St Andrew in third 3091 we go now to heat three of four in the girls under 11 200 M so here’s a lineup so that’s actually actually two so it’s three actually we go to four so seed four so catelia Roberts of St Thomas is going to be in three jimia Fisher of St Elizabeth in four kaana mcferson St James in five Jada wils of St sorry Jaya wils of Kingston in six St Katherine’s Savannah Williams is going to be in six seven and Chan right of West Milan in Lane number eight as the athletes go into their blocks now and gun sends them off let’s see who makes that first move Lane number seven Williams of St Catherine gets up to a good start also in Lane number three going well it’s Roberts of St Thomas and Roberts of St Thomas is going to lead them off the Curve and she is gone Fisher trying to hang on with her but no one is going to C catch Roberts of St Thomas and Roberts of St Thomas is going to come through the line sub30 for her 2931 and she collapses on the track as she goes through the line 2937 the time confirms now for Roberts Fisher in second 3061 just a reminder it is only the winner who is confirmed to the finals the remaining athletes will have to determine their place in the finals via the times that they have run in these heats the next event on track is the boys under 11200 Metter we’ll give you the lineup real quickly SJ stalman of chani is going to be in two TJ Taylor Portland in three Kevin Lee of claron in four watch him dominative but very fast as Shan Campbell of Kingston is going to be in five that’s another one to watch justtin easy westmon is going to be in six jayen roach of Hanover in seven romante Dunley Manchester is going to be in Lane number eight this will be a very good heat as I’m watching the likes of Lee and Campbell four and five as a gun sends them off now and as expected Lane four gets up to a good start that’s Kevin Lee Campbell going with him as well on the outside Donley going well as well but again on the inside Lane four going well it’s Kevin Lee he leads but Dunley is not letting him go there’s a three-way battle developing between Lee Campbell and Dunley who’s going to take this one Campbell looks as if he’s come through the pair and comes through for the win with lean second and Dunley third the time 2951 on the clock so it’s actually easy and caml in second and then we should have so easy has been given the win Campbell in second and Dunley in third we’ll confirm the times in just a second we’ll move now to heat two so he two of four so he 204 in the boys under the 11200 met we have Benjamin Richards of St Mary he’s going to be in two Clifton web of St James in three Jamal Thomas of St Elizabeth in four janal Walford of St Thomas in five a Johan Rose St an in six kri Anderson of St Catherine in seven and Kaden Clark of St Andrew in eight looks as if we’re missing a couple let’s see one two three four five six athletes out there seven listed it looks as if web might be missing web in Lane three yep Lane three is missing web representing St James is not there as the gun sends them off now going well from Lane number eight it’s Clark representing St Andrew also on his inside it’s Walford of St Thomas and Walford of St Thomas starts to take charge here so Walford St Thomas steps away from the field he’s going to is win easily comes through in a Flash time 2864 quick time there for the young man Walford from St Thomas confirmed time now 2865 Richards in second 2972 Thomas in third 2984 that’s Jamal Thomas of St Elizabeth next Heat is Heat number three of four in the boys under 11 200 M J Stewart of Portland in two shim Johnson of St Elizabeth in three T Edwards of St Mary in four Joshua Thompson of St James in five Queen Atkinson of Hanover in six J Reed of St Thomas in seven and Javier Williams of St Catherine he’s going to be in eight looks as if all the listed athletes are out there and over the next 30 seconds or so we should have a Titanic battle unfolding at the National Stadium the gun sends them up and they’re called back now so faulty start and they are called back and have another 30 seconds or so to see if this race goes off they’re back into their blocks now awaiting the St instructions are back on their marks no blocks as they’re sent off a little bit of a hesitation from Lane number seven Reed but he’s still going well looks as if Reed has gone out well Reed of St Thomas he leads off the curve and coming through in Lane number five is Thomas of St James but Reed continues to lead let’s see Reed he’s going to win this one jimy Reed in first and then Johnson coming through for second flash time on the clock 29 29 but confirmed now at 29:40 Stuart 2968 gets second e so Heat number four now comes up in the boys under 112 200 M give you the lineup for that one in lane two we have AEM white representing Kingston in Lane three we have R Shan Constantine representing St an in four we have Kavon py representing St Andrew Mark Walsh is presenting trani as the gun sends them off and web Jamaria web of Manchester in Lane 8 has a fantastic first 100 met he leads coming through as well in four is puy puy trying to chase but when web is ahead also coming through from Seven is Blake but it’s web then puy looks as Ro might have dipped Blake at the line flash time 2902 confirm 2902 for web as well py second 2951 row did dip Blake at the line 2988 for row so Blake will be a little bit disappointed with that so the next event is the first heat of the girls under 11 200 M actually under 132 200 M as the athletes are often running and Thomas from St Elizabeth leads coming at her is MF Fallin of St an but Thomas continues to lead coming through as well it looks as if Bogle from Portland The Flash time [Music] 2789 for Thomas of St Elizabeth ble finishes second 2834 and third mcfallen 2848 next event on track is going to be heat two of four in the under 13 girls 200 M let’s see what time this event scheduled for scheduled for so this is he two of the girls under 13 200 M lineup is going to be Robinson Lewis Morrison plant B senior and Bailey as the gun sends them off and running heat lane two that is Robinson looks to have gotten a good start on the outside as well in Lane seven senior kayia senior of St Thomas is going well on her outside to from Manchester but Kia senior is in charge Bailey of Manchester coming through and she’s going to win it Robinson looks as if she’s going to finish third so it looks as if it’s senior bent and then Robinson 2763 the confirmed time for Kia Senor representing St Thomas Bailey in second 2866 and Robinson 2902 in third so we jump now to heat three or four and the girls under 13200 M Nima black of keep on saying nashima black of Kingston is going to be in two in three Trina bonting of St Andrew in four it’s Portland’s K Smith in five Jasmine Williams of trani in six corelia Nita of St Catherine in seven Anastasia Roberts or Anastasia CA Richards of westan and Chelsea Hutchinson of St Elizabeth is going to be in Lane number eight that’s the lineup for Heat number three of four the girls under 13200 m and the gun sends them off going out quickly from Lane number seven it’s Richards of Westland let’s see how the rest of the field responds Lane number eight Hutchinson also going well and from St Andrew that’s bonting who’s trying to come through Hutchinson continues to lead but bonting now takes charge pting is ahead of the field tinson continues to remain in second and black looks as if she’s going to come through for third but up front bunting 2729 The Flash time for bunting from St Andrew let’s see if it’s confirmed at 27 2732 for bonting hson should be second she is 2804 and then we should have black from Kingston yes 2817 for black the record for this event 2558 and we’ll jump now to heat four of four again we’re just racing through these event this should be at 316 it’s now 254 so we’re about 20 minutes ahead of time so let’s give you the lineup so Kia Raymond of St Thomas in two Leah Alysia McDowell of Hanover in three tiia Kelly of St Mary in four Ashley montue of St Andrew in five Kevan Higgins of Kingston in six Teniqua Molton of St an in seven and Yandy Dennis of St Katherine in eight as going out fast from 8s Molton of sent an she had the second fastest time in the 100 and she’s already showing her class here in the 200 but coming through on the inside from two it’s Raymond from St Thomas also from St Andrew montue but it’s going to be Raymond of St Thomas and then montue of St Andrew 2672 Molton goes down that’s going to be a big blow for St Anne cuz she has a 100 and they were expecting her to score score some points in the 200 as well but Raymond 2672 proving the better of the field Monte second 2711 Kelly 2788 Kelly represents St Mary so it’s Raymond St Thomas Monte QQ St Andrew and Kelly St Mary so we’re going to flash now to the boys on the 13200 me so we’re going to go to the under 13 boys 200 M take one Dennis St Elizabeth in two CJ Buckley St Katherine in three D Walker watch him of St Thomas in four he’s from licensed primary Roberto Blake of St James is going to be in five Nathaniel Nathaniel Hamilton of Portland in six McCoy meos of Kingston is going to be in seven and janoi Hunter of St Mary in eight so that’s Dennis Buckley Walker Blake Hamilton MOS and hunter gun sends them off and running let’s see who makes that first move looks as if it’s three Buckley is it no that’s the man himself Walker that I told you to watch for in lane four DAV Walker has taken a step on the field look at the form from D Walker he’s walking away from the field and second is Dennis but Walker comes through 2641 deir Walker from licensed Primary in St Thomas he looks in fine fettle so Walker 2641 confirms now Dennis 2734 Hamilton 2793 Hamilton represents Sportland so in that markup we had St Thomas Walker Dennis from St Elizabeth and Hamilton from Portland top two we move now to heat number two of four in the boys under the 13400 met we have Javon Johnson of chani is going to be in two Devon romsey of St Mary Three in four we have zudan Lewis of St an in five Junior Robinson of St James in six Jamal Thompson of St Catherine in seven Daniel Allen of Westland and eight Alex Lewis of St Thomas as first 100 m is done and dusted and Lane number six Thompson of St Catherine is already leading and coming through for a second Johnson but Thompson of St Catherine is well away Thompson of St Catherine is going to win this one 2569 The Flash time on the clock Johnson comes through for second so Thompson 2569 the confirmed time Johnson for second 2671 Lewis in third 2712 so Zan Lewis of San finishes in third Javon Johnson of Chan in second and the winner man himself Jamal Thompson of St Katherine move now to the next Heat I believe that’s going to be Heat number three of four the boys under 13200 M we have dando mcfallen of St Andrew in two Tyler Greg of Hanover in three Dylan bent of Manchester in four kahem McKenzie Clarendon in five Romar Bennett of Portland in six Javier Lawson of Chan in seven and train Hunter of West Millan in eight as the man in Lane number seven Lawson starts the step Usain Bolt from trani Lawson from trani Lawson looks a good Prospect 24574 Lawson from trani the record 2408 Lawson not very far from that well 2525 2527 the time confirmed so a little bit further than I anticipated bent in second 2677 and McKenzie in third 2713 so jav Lawson of chelani winning bent in second bent of Manchester in second we move now to heat four of four in the boys under 13 200 M events moving fast jayen fiser sent Elizabeth in two liamar Martin Hanover in three DeAndre baram of Manchester in four Dante of St an in five Christopher Barett or Christopher Barrett of Kingston in six tedrick Edwards of St Andrew in seven and DeAndre McLoud claron in Lane number eight as the athletes are sent off on their business now and let’s see who makes that first move looks like the man in Lane number two Fisher from St Elizabeth who leads them into home stretch let’s see fiser continues to lead going well baram of Manchester and St Andrews Edwards coming now can Edwards catch Fisher fiser takes it at the line Edwards in second jayen Fisher of St Elizabeth takes it flash time 2572 let’s see Fisher 2573 the time confirmed at Edwards in second 2583 Edwards is going to have a pretty good shot at making the finals baram 2665 he finishes in third baram represents Manchester of course we’re going to move now what’s the next event moving so fastly under 15 girls 200 M so the under 15 girls 200 m is the next event on track let me just run through the lineup here so after the 200 M we’re going to have the 800 M then the Sprint medes and the Sprint medes are going to pretty much close it out so let’s go back to the 200 M on the 15 girls heat one as the gun sends them off and going and from Clarendon Scott got a good start but from St Andrew coming through now is Bernard Nique Bernard she had the fastest time in the 100 m and she comes through now to leave also going well is Morris of St Elizabeth but Bernard is going to win that 2748 The Flash time for Bernard of St Andrew Morris of St Elizabeth should be second 2750 for Bernard Morris 2781 she is second Blake 2957 is third so old them has gotten a good start for and Westland Forbes also coming through but from S Andrew Gabrielle holder has taken charge Gabriel holder of St Andrew looks as if she’s going to step away and win this one flash time 2772 so Gabrielle holder she wins 2772 The Flash time confirmed now 2775 for holder forb second 29 second flat [Music] so we’re going to move to heat three of four in the girls under 15 200 M as the gun sends them off now and it’s a battle between Faircloth and Shand and Faircloth is dismissed as Shand goes ahead Shan wins it now flash time 28 51 for Shand fairc in second Shand confirmed now 2855 Fair clo 2 2901 Baker in third 30.8 so Heat number four or four in the girls under 15 200 M we have Christa monrie of Kingston in two Christy gay Hall of St an in three shelana Wilson of Hanover in four Kendra Francis of St Thomas in five Tandra bramfield of St James in six anley an Wright of St Catherine in seven and Francine Francis of Clon in Lane number eight gun sends them off on their business and right eny and right she has a good start I wonder if she’s related to Family Man anley War doubt it inan right she is stepping though in right she’s going to win it coming through in Lane number two that looks as if it’s M creef from Kingston but angana right enan right she’s going to Wi actually that was Brumfield and monrie so monrie from Kingston in second and Brumfield winning uh we switch over now [Music] to I think we’re going to switch to the boys now are we yes so heat one off four in the boys on 15 200 M so we have Williams Parker Wilson Parkinson price plunet and Copeland as the gun sends them off now and say St Andrews Parker got off to a good start Parker is stepping around the curve now he leads them into the stretch going well as well from Manchester it’s Copeland but Parker yandre Parker is leading Parker looks class and eases into the line 2568 for Parker copelan in second the record for this event 2354 Parker some distance away but looks easy in completing that one in 256 8 copelan 2611 for second and price in third 2708 200s are wrapping up rapidly uh this event Heat number three scheduled to go off at well not at heat three where hit Heat two schedule to go off at 3:42 it’s now 8 minutes past three so we’re about 30 minutes or so ahead of schedule so we’ve caught up and we’ve gone by and we continue to stretch that lead in terms of how far ahead of the clock we are so rickets Ed Leonard hton Groves Dixon Jones Morant as the gun sends them off and running and it looks as if it’s deran Jones of St Andrew who has gotten the best of the start on his inside coming through as well it’s Dixon so it’s Jones and Dixon fighting it out and Jones Goes by him now Jones Goes by Dixon comes to the line and wins that one Dixon in second and from St an it’s looked like Leonard in third so Jones there Jones St Andrew Dixon in second 2674 representing St Thomas and St an Leonard in third 27 074 Leonard Dixon 2674 and Jones winning 2641 so this is the third and penultimate heat of the boys under 15200 Metter Clinton Murray Portland in two Andro Anderson Kingston in three Mel Wright sent on in four Marian chantalou sent Elizabeth in five in six Siobhan Thomas of St Thomas in seven Kyrie Clark of Manchester and eight gilin as the gun sends them off doesn’t look as if we have a full field and let’s see who makes that first move looks as if it’s from s Elizabeth chanteloup he’s in second and on his outside sorry chanteloup leads and then on his inside it’s right so chanteloup Rin amarian chanteloup of St Elizabeth safely through through the finals only the winners are guaranteed a place in the finals and Omarian chanteloup has guaranteed his place 2674 for him right 2725 right representing sent an in second in third Thomas 2758 Thomas representing St Thomas so the next event on track is going to be the 800 M so they going well that was a penultimate heat so we have the final heat so Heat number four comes up so we’re skipping a little bit to a little bit quicker than expected or should as the guys are going fast with the the the the races so we have brown Wallace Griffiths Reed Riley bfield and bars Westland Portland St Mary St James Kingston St Catherine and claron on the outside Clarin in the bright orange as the gun sends them off Lane number seven steps up to take charge that’s Omar Barfield of St cathine who’s stepping big around the curve he leads them off the curve also coming through in lane two it’s brown coming to as well from St James it’s Reed but the man from St Katherine bfield he’s going to win that one Reed in second and it looks as if Brown comes through for third let’s confirm the times now Byfield 2547 Reed 2603 and brown 2637 the confirmed times so the next event on track scheduled for 4:00 is the 800 M so again we’re just about half an hour ahead of schedule um the meet scheduled to end at 4:45 so meet if we continue that pace should end at around 4:15 or there thereabouts so the next event on track is going to be the 800 M again see how many Heats three Heats of each and we’ll have the open 800 M for girls three Heats then we’ll have the open 800 M for boys again three Heats then we’ll have the midley Sprint midley 100 100 200 400 for girls two Heats and then Sprint meds two Heats for boys and then we’ll move on to tomorrow’s finals e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e so next event on track is going to be the 800 M Speed city has had its time the 100 m the 80 M as well 80 M 100 m 150 M 200 M Sprint City has been in the sun 400 m as well but now we’re going to settle into a steady Pace this time for the 800 M and it’s an open Event girls 15 and under and should have for Heat number one should have 10 in the field I’m only seeing nine so we should have have Manchester’s Peter King she looks as if she’s there of course willry of Hanover it should be in two three should have Thompson of trani she’s there and four soel of St Mary five Hunter of Kingston K Hunter of Kingston in six Kona Brown of St an in seven Adriana Thompson of Clarendon she’s there uh nine athletes in this one Tran Jones of St Elizabeth is in eight watch her and also in eight as Shana gurn of St Katherine Let’s see we do have some points stand ings so while we wait the 100 m to be completed we’ll give you some point standings this is after the throwing events the shot put and the ball throw and we’ll start with the females leading well we’ll start with top five Portland in fifth on Five Points St an in fourth on nine points Manchester third on nine points St Thomas in second on 13 points and leading St Elizabeth with 20 points that’s for the females on the male Side West Millan in fifth on three points Cent Elizabeth fourth on Five Points Hanover in third on six points in second Manchester on nine points and St Thomas leads on 11 points this is after the high jump for boys and that’s on the boys section now let’s see if we can get the combined scores in fifth we have a Hanover on Ninth actually two teams tied for fifth Hanover and S an both on nine points uh Manchester in third on 18 points St Thomas second on 24 points and St Elizabeth leads with 25 points and this after three events scored the high jump on the boys side the shot put and ball throw on the girls side so the shot put was an open event and the ball throw was an under n event as we go back now to the open 800 M this heat W of three [Music] as Jones one of our favores goes out to a slow start they’ve gone through the first 100 m and that’s Thompson in the bright orange of Clarendon who has taken the early initiative she leads to 200 now just about 300 M gone in this one and Thompson continues to lead looks as if from St Elizabeth Jones she’s second and not certain what’s going on there but Thompson has ran all the way out to Lane seven she was pushing Jones almost off the track and she’s been told to go back into Lane one and she now leads again over Jones [Music] Manchester’s Thompson in third and goldber of St Catherine in fourth and young lady from Manchester making the move now Jones also there Jones from St Elizabeth and the the young Miss from claron has lost the lead that’s Thompson and Jones of stent Elizabeth is having a Titanic battle with Manchester’s athlete there that’s Peter King and Jones goes away from her she responds and Peter King is going to come through for the win and Peter King RS wraps up the win two minutes 35 10 for Peter King St Katherine’s Gober comes through for third and crawling over the line now from Clon it’s Thompson again the time 2 minutes 35.10 for Peter King of Manchester so Peter King of Manchester she draws First Blood in the girls open 800 M event no other times confirmed just as yet last so that’s a completion of the first heat Jones confirmed second now 2 minutes 36. 38 gurn finished third and Thompson fourth um see if we can get the time Gober 2 minutes 41.96 Thompson 2 minutes 4.21 for fourth Hunter 2 minutes 51 94 for fifth Hunter represents Kingston we’ll give you the lineup for he two of three in the girls open 800 met Ashley Ellis of Ashley Ellis of St an in one in two we are going to have Carol Lee holet of Kingston is she there no I’m not seeing H gate of Kingston in three we have Collins of westan Man Gray of Portland in four four amamo S of trani in five in six Raa shter of Hanover theia speed of St Thomas in seven di pinck of St Andrew in eight as so Ashley Lumsden of claron as going out strongly for the first 200 m is pinck of St Andrew in that green and white so pin continues to lead Lums then comes up to her shoulder now and there’s a battle about who should be leading as we go through about 150 M completed moving up to 200 M now hallgate of Kingston now takes charge Lumsden still in second pinck in third [Music] so there’s a pack of about six athletes just sharing that lead back and forth but Lumsden takes charge now so Lumsden ahead and Holgate of Kingston in second now being passed by the athlete from St and Ellis so Lumsden leads with a about 450 M gone youngster Holgate comes back at her [Music] now also ranging up again it’s pinck in fourth gray also in the mix gray of Portland so Lumsden and gray have open open the lead on the rest of the pack holet and pinck battling for that third spot but gray goes by Lumsden now gray looks strong coming around the top Bend and ranging into the home stretch it’s Romain gray she leads Lums then pinck in third holet in fourth and gray has stamped her class on this field and said I am the best in this field let me go ahead on a afternoon stroll looking strong coming through the line 2 minutes 3447 The Flash time for gray of rain gray of Seaside primary and Portland she comes through for the win Lumsden from claron is third is second sorry so gray followed by Lumsden 2 minutes 3 4 51 for gray Lums then 2 minutes 4.85 for second and I think pin should be confirmed in third in just a second there we go pin 2 minutes 3 2 minutes 4360 seconds so we move now to the third and final heat in the girls open 800 M event [Music] so lots of messages coming through to my phone about what’s going to happen to tomorrow but I can tell you about what’s going to happen tomorrow is that there’s going to be a lots lots and lots of finals happening tomorrow um these are the Heats it’s qualifying through to the finals um let me just check to see so the winner automatically qualifies and then we’ll have the next five by times so three Heats three winners then the next qualify by times so we’ll go now to heat three of three in the girls open 800 M Shante Warren of Portland in one mon Monique Monique Henry of St Mary in two Aliyah Douglas of St Thomas in three tashika Cy of w Milan in four chamelia daily St Katherine in five airo win of Manchester and six de devish pinck of St Elizabeth in seven teni Chong of St Andrew in eight also in8 is Tandra bramfield of St James as the athletes break at the first 100 meters Warren sh Shante Warren leads pinck also with her as we go through the first 200 meter and it’s pinck who takes charge so pinck now in charge Warren in second wi in third third also coming through in fourth is dy that’s a top four but pin continues to [Music] lead as we have just about 300 M to go as D Pino starts to move and asking the rest of the field can you come with me as pinck continues to lead coming through for second it’s wind can pin hold this win is ranging up on her just about 150 M to go can hold it [Music] War the youngster from Portland now takes charge that’s Warren Shante Warren she goes by all of them and Warren is large and in charge in second is wi and Warren is going to win this one Shante warrren storming through the line 2 minutes 33.7 win is in second and from St Catherine it’s daily so Warren 3 minutes 33.75 confirmed Win Second 2 minutes 36.4 9 daily from St cathine in second 2 minutes 36.82 and that concludes the girls open 800 M the boys will be next we’ll have three Heats for the boys and once the boys are completed we’ll have the medle and be four medal events coming up so by my calculations we have just about seven more events to go it’s 342 now and we’re going to be rushing to get this completed spoke to the man in charge of getting the times to us Mr Bruce James and he said their aim is to have this done and dusted before the rain gets here my report was these do these clouds don’t look as if they’re going to be bringing any rain Mr James of course had a report of his own and said if there is any rain you’re the man I’m going to come to so we’re trying to get these events out of the way and get them completed before the rain gets here just about 17 minutes to the hour of 3 and the boys event scheduled to go off at 4:15 so we’re just about half an hour ahead of schedule we started 50 minutes behind and we’re just about 15 minutes ahead Mr James letting me know listen we were ready at 10:00 we’re ready to go but a lot of schools because of a rain that is happening all across the island a lot of schools a lot of the parishes not schools a lot of the parishes were not able to get in on time and I can attest to that especially coming from likes of Westland I would have been to West Milan the other day and I think we got to West Milan about 8 9:00 and we had left from Kingston at about 5:00 so I can just imagine those young ERS on those wet routes having to come in at 5 6:00 getting up early to get into Kingston next event on track is going to be the open boys 800 M give you the lineup for that in one we have Orlando Henry in two Jayden McKenzie uh so Henry is from Clarendon Orlando Henry is from Clarendon Jayden McKenzie from Portland surprise Campbell from St an AJ farer from St Mary Tyreek Reid is going to be from westmanland Javon Tomlin from Manchester Tommy Thomas is from St Elizabeth J J deal Allan is from St James and ter green also well Tyrus green is from St Catherine as a lineup as the athletes are told no need to go down to the blocks it’s a standing start listen for the gun and go where the gun goes athletes ready again gun goes off though and it looks like the man from St Catherine green who takes the early initiative trying to go with him as well from St James’s Island as they go through the first 100 m and make the break now coming through in that distinctive orange uniform Henry from Clarendon but he’s Left Behind as the lead up front looks like Allan and green still so Allan from St James Green from St Catherine actually that isn’t let’s just confirm who that is but that looks like C Elizabeth Tommy Thompson or Tommy Thomas so with just about 3 250 M to go tyreq Reed of westmanland leads Manchester’s Tomlin is coming through now and Tomlin Blows By him now Javon Tomlin of Manchester leads with about 100 meters to go Reed looks to be fading Manchester laring in charge to Javon Tomlin and it’s going to be an impressive win for Tomlin of Manchester let’s see the time on the clock 2 minutes 2.44 for him and let’s see for second who gets that one it’s rated is Reed 2 minutes 26.8 to for Reed Reed representing westmanland and green in third green is going to be representing St Catherine tyres Reed from St Catherine so that’s a completion of heat one of three in the boys 800 M open e e the lineup for Heat number number two of the boys 800 m Open event in Lane one we have Kevin dokins representing St Andrew in lane two we have Neil Crawford representing Portland German of Kingston is in three Nicholas Johnson of St Mary is in four belck Harris of Hanover is in five Jaa Neil of Chalan is going to be in six Deshawn Mendes of Manchester is going to be in seven you’re going to be wanting to watch him mikco Sanders of St Thomas will also be in seven gavl Norris sorry that’s gavl Morris of St Catherine is going to be in eight he’s going to share that lane with Raj Hall as leading is [Music] saers we’re actually about 600 M into the event here and it looks as if sers is leading with just about 200 M to go Mendes is in [Music] third Mendes goes into second now and he’s coming and it’s Mendes who’s coming for that lead the man from Portland was leading that’s Crawford but but Mendes comes at him and Crawford is coming back now that’s Neil Crawford but coming through on the inside as well look at this battle oh my God it’s four at the line and let’s see who gets that one Saunders 2 minutes 2603 from Saunders Morris is second Mendes looks to have finished third uh saers 2 minutes 26.03.2013 [Music] boys 800 M open again only the winner guaranteed a spot in the finals uh the next five will be decided by times so we have Kon Kelly of St an he’s going to be in Lane one Omarian Thompson he’s going to be in lane two he represents Kingston in three O’Neal Brown of westmanland in four alre Patterson of hanova in five nicardo Hansen of trani in six raymon young of St Thomas in seven Wayne Salon of St James in eth we will have Nicholas Campbell and T Gale of St Elizabeth like toj gale watch out for him I’m only seeing one athlete in Lane though looks as if uh the man from St Andrew Campbell is missing so only think eight out there should have been nine so again we’ll run through the lineup real quickly it’s Kelly Thompson Brown Patterson Hansen young salon Campbell and Gale the record in this event case you’re Waring 2 minutes 02.30 really quick as the athletes are called to their marks now going sends them off let’s see who makes that first Move Young of St Thomas is off and running quickly also in two is Thompson of Kingston as they come to the first 100 MERS and they make that break over now and it’s a man from St Thomas Young who looks to have taken over quick first 200 met here so after about 300 M gone Pon leads that’s Omarian Pon of Kingston and they go through the line 1 minute 10 Taj Gil of St Elizabeth is in second is in third sorry as Ramon young of St Thomas has taken over after that blazing first 400 by Thompson of Kingston Ramon young understand he’s only in class two he’s well in charge amarian Thompson has ran out of gas and T gay looks to go by him now but way UPF front is Ramon young of St Thomas he has about a 15 MERS lead on T Gale who is trying to close him down now but no closing for Ramon young with about 100 meters to go Ramon young has a commanding lead over the field there’s a battle going on now between Taj Gale and West mands Brown O’Neal Brown he finishes second after Ramon young would have stopped the clock at 2 minutes 2470 Taj gaale comes through for third so Ramon young delivering he only class two but he’s good enough to defeat this field so Ramon young again taking that one Ramon young representing St Thomas 2 minutes 2470 uh Brown O’Neal Brown off West malan finishing in second 2 minutes 30.93 andj Gail representing West Milan coming through for third 2 minutes 33.88 again only the winners in this event is guaranteed a place into the finals everybody else will have to depend on times to make it into the finals so we’re done with the individual events the next events on track will be the midle events we’ll have the Sprint medley which is 100 100 or 100 m 100 m 200 M and closes out with the 400 m we’ll have two Mele Heats for the girls two Mele Heats for the boys and then we’ll close out today’s happenings with those events and then we’ll come back tomorrow for the finals I think we have the team standings so we’ll give you the team standings before we go into the medle we’ll go for the top 10 and this is the combined scores now St Mary they’re 10th with five points in ninth is St Catherine they are on seven and a half points in eighth it’s sent an on nine points in seventh it’s Kingston on 12 points actually tied for six with westan is Kingston on 12 points in fifth is Hanover on 13 points in fourth it’s Portland on 14 and 1 half points in third Manchester on 21 points St Thomas is in second on 24 points and St Elizabeth leads with 25 points and this is after the high jump and on the men’s side and shot put as well so high jump and shot put on the boy side and on the girl side would have had shot put and the cricket ball throw that is a top 10 of four events scored here at the National Stadium e are okay folks so I think we’re here for final set of events now this is medley exciting medes four medle events I’ll give you the records so on the boys side the meet record 1 minute 5516 for e e all right folks so there this is heat one of two in the boys midle event so start from lane two where we’re going to have Portland three St Mary Manchester in four St Andrew in five westmon in six St James in seven and Kingston out in Lane number eight so again heat one of two and again I must commend the meet organizers Miss scheduled for four 30 and it’s 5 minutes past 4 and we’re already there so started late but we’ve caught up and we’ve gone by we’re actually ahead of time so thank you meet managers so let’s give you the lineup again Portland St Mary Manchester St Andrew Westland St James and Kingston so again this is the Sprint medley it’s actually the girls Sprint Med so not the boys we go with the girls first and then the boys um the schedule is 100 100 then a 200 leg and it closes out with a 400 leg my 400 leg is going to be absolutely crucial May build up a lead over that first three legs but you have to have a quality 400 leg to ankle you might find yourself in problems as the athletes go to their Mark let’s give you the lineup again Portland St Mary Manchester St Andrew westan St James Kingston and the athletes again as the stand looks as if looks as if there are some issues on a 200 leg everybody wanting to sure that we we’re getting it right at the first asking ready again for us here at the National Stadium Portland St Mary Manchester St Andrew Westland St James and Kingston gun sends them off now for the first 100 leg let’s see who makes that first move Kingston going well St Andrew as well let’s see looks as if St Andrew makes that first exchange First St Andrew is storming down that backstretch also Kingston in Lane eight going well is the Battle of the corporate area Kingston and St Andrew and we’re not talking about the SM kmac we’re talking about the national championships as St Andrew now moves away from Kingston St Andrew now large and in charge St Andrew leading they’re about 10 m ahead in lane two coming through as well it’s Portland Kingston trying to come back as well but St Andrew has done well over the first half Portland makes that exchange second and they cut over now and St Andrew ahead of Portland Westland in third Kingston lost and St James Goes by them now but up front with a 15 MERS lead is St Andrew they’ve LED from gun to tape they do not look as if they want to be caught today westan in second can they hold off the charge of St James Kingston also lurking in the background but none of these parishes will catch St Andrew maybe tomorrow but not today said Andrew they have opened a massive lead Manchester also coming to and moves into second that’s Manchester can Manchester make me look like a liar no they can’t think St Andrew is going to take this one comfortably Manchester in second St Mary comes through for third St Andrew 2 minutes 0 5.40 they’re going to win that one Manchester comes through for second and I think it was St Mary in third yes there there was so 2 minutes Z 5.44 for St Andrew Manchester 2 minutes 0 five 07 sorry 07.15 St Mary 2 minutes 08.05 Kingston fading into fifth after early battle for the lead between themselves and St Andrew but in the end it was the school I keep on saying School a parish St Andrew who took that one have about three more events to go before we have the conclusion of today’s events so this is heat two this is heat two of the girls Sprint medley so let’s go to the final heat or heat two of two in uh the girls Sprint medley event will have Hanover in two St Katherine in three St Elizabeth in four Clarendon is going to be in Lane five St Anne in six St Thomas in seven and chelani is going to be all the way in Lane number eight as the athletes start to look around for for instructions on what to do next so again this is Sprint medley the order is 100 100 200 followed by a 400 m ankor leg and and let’s just confirm so only the winners confirmed and then everybody else will go through by times so if you win as St Andrew did in the first heat you’re confirmed for the finals if you don’t you have to wait on time so again the teams Hanover St Katherine St Elizabeth claron St an St Thomas and trani all the way out in Lane number eight con sends them off and running now let’s see who makes that first move it looks as if St Catherine has made up a little bit of the Stagger also going well in Lane eight is trani trani look as if they’ve had a fantastic first leg St Thomas also into the conversation St cathine there and thereabouts but chani continues to lead St James also in the mixup let’s see now after the second pend is completed what a run from the youngster from St Elizabeth she steps into the lead St Katherine there and thereabouts seven also in seven is St Thomas but St Elizabeth is Away St and also into the mix St Thomas bounces off St cathine little bit of ayi there but all’s well that ends well St Elizabeth out in front St Anne trying to chase St Katherine in second St Thomas in fourth anyone’s race at this point after 500 M gone St Elizabeth responds now St an remains in second St Catherine in third only the winner guaranteed of a spot in the finals S Thomas tries to make a move on the outside now St Thomas St Catherine responds but up front again it’s St Elizabeth they have a significant lead St Catherine moves clearly into second but St Elizabeth is away and gone St Thomas is coming through for third but again St Elizabeth is going to win time on the clock 2 minutes 13.13 The Flash time St Katherine for second and St Thomas comes through for third St Elizabeth 2 minutes 30 2 minutes 0 3.17 confirmed St Katherine 2 minutes 0 6.41 and St Thomas 2 minutes 0 7.41 confirmed for the top three e e get we go now to the boys 400 200 200 800 M similar to what we see at boys and girls chter chips they have [Music] Jamaica Teachers Association will be making the presentation first position ni Williams West in first position ni Williams West in third position [Music] to thank you so much Mr h e for for [Music] [Music] [Music] for e spe [Music] are you here 8 s 6 5 400 200 800 this is the 600 for boys should be very Tred ladies and gentlemen as we down the action at the JTA C Bo National Athletics Championships 2024 on the outside of the fight St is St Catherine St Elizabeth side also there for these two teams they’ve really moved away from the rest of the field and they have done so with e Elizabeth and in Lane five looks to be St Thomas so St Elizabeth [Music] Thom so this is heat one of the boys Sprint medle sent Elizabeth way out in front unlike the girls the boys have the same distance as they do at Champs so it’s 400 200 200 followed by this final 800 leg and St Elizabeth have absolutely dominated the race so far St Thomas is in second looks as if St Catherine is in third and it’s going to be difficult for St Elizabeth to lose even with an 800 meters to come St Catherine moves into second St Thomas in third and Manchester in fourth we’re going to settle in or we should settle into a more San Pace with just about 600 M to go Center Elizabeth leads by about 30 to 35 M St Catherine in second St Thomas moves by Manchester and goes back into third St Elizabeth they look as if they mean business has that lead opened up I think it has now looking at about 40 to 45 M over St Catherine St Elizabeth they mean business the record 3 minutes 5398 one lap to go I think that record is going to be safe St Catherine struggling now but still in second Clarendon steps forward and steps into third Manchester in fourth and S Thomas in fifth but again all the way up front St Elizabeth continues to pour on the pace will they be caught I don’t think so I said it was 45 M earlier has to be at least 60 to 70 M now as there’s a battle Brewing behind the leaders and it looks as if Manchester have gone into second Blowing by St Catherine who are now in third St Thomas in fourth St Elizabeth though are way gone and never going to be caught the record safe as I said as St Catherine tries to come back at Manchester look at this mad rush from St Catherine it looks as if it’s going to be too little too late but St Elizabeth wins Manchester second St Catherine comes through for third St Thomas fourth and claron comes through the line now for fifth the time for C Elizabeth 4 minutes 34.351340 concludes heat one of two only one more event to go for the day and this event is going to close out the day’s proceedings this event final event on track here we’ll give you the lineup in two we have Hanover in three we have Kingston in four four we have St James in five we have St Andrew in six St and in seven we have Portland and in eight we have St Mary we wait the athletes to come out for that lineup again it’s 400 200 200 and then we close out with an 800 M leg as there’s a presentation that’s about to be done well the athletes are still coming out so as the presentation is made the athletes are coming out as as if there’s a a presentation for the high jump as’s a record in the high jum so Anderson from St Catherine 1 M 55 ARA Anderson aaria Anderson uh record before was 1 M 49 she did 1 M 55 to break the record I think that’s the second record on the day so records are going down here it was a a very good competition I mean Anderson was was well ahead of everybody else but we also have to look to Christina Bailey of St Thomas who did one meters 45 and also choya Ferguson of St cathine one M 43 so St Catherine is going to score big in this event um finishing first and third and we’ll see when those points are added where that is going to put St Catherine that’s a high jump open Event big points for St Catherine but we move back to the medle now again the record for this event 3 minutes 53.98 very good time very fast time the time done in heat one by C Elizabeth 4 minutes 34.351340 in three we have Kingston in four St James in five St Andrew in six we have St and in seven Portland and in Lane eight St Mary so again it’s 400 followed by 200 followed by a second 200 and we close out with an 800 M ankle leg the athletes are called to their marks now G sends them off Hanover Kingston St James St Andrew St an Portland and St Mary all the way out in Lane eight this is the final event for the day and it looks as if it’s Port l in 7 who has gone out really hard St Andrew also ranging up again only the winner sure to advance everybody else will have to do the deed via times as again in Lane seven Portland is doing well for the first 300 M they turn to the home stretch now well ahead of St Andrew who are coming through strongly Lane three Kingston they’re ranging up as well as St Andrew responds to the early run of Portland St Andrew may just make that change first they do St Andrew they’re off and going for the first 200 leg Portland still in second Kingston ranging up as well in Lane number three so way out front it’s in green and white St Andrew well and truly in charge Portland is in second and St Andrew trying to open that Gap up on second place that’s Portland Portland not allowing Center Andrew to go too far we come into the anchor leg that’s a 800 leg the most important leg as Portland tries to respond for that early lead of St Andrew Kingston in third St Andrew in charge but it’s an 800 leg so not over by the shouting Portland they do have an opportunity to respond as St James moves into fourth Kingston in third Portland remains second and up front is still St Andrew again the record 3 minutes 53.98 the fastest time so far the fast the time to win the first heat was by St Elizabeth 4 minutes 3435 St Andrew leads still over Portland with about 450 m to go Portland is eating into that lead with each stride they’re using St Andrew as a Target can they do it St Andrew has led from gun and with less than 400 meters to go they continue to lead Kingston in third they are out of it and it looks by my eye as if St Andrew has just started to open that lead up on Portland that lead was just about 20 M but they’ve opened it up now to 25 30 m and going away Portland looks as if they will be unable to respond the record safe again 3 minutes 53 will not be beaten today St Andrew looks as if they’re going to win this one comfortably the time by Cent Elizabeth in the first heat again 4 minutes 34.3 5 can they get ahead of that time I think there’s a strong possibility that that will happen with just about 90 M to go St Andrew looks as if they’re going to win this one comfortably Portland should come through for second again let’s see if they go below 4 minutes 34 they should as they come through the line now is it going to be sub 430 yes it is 4 minutes 2877 The Flash time on the clock for St Andrew and Portland sauntering in now to go through the tape for second and I think Kingston is going to be third as let’s see if we can confirm those times St Andrew 4 minutes 28.8 Portland 4 minutes 43.5 and it’s actually Handover 4 minutes 57.8 in third and that’s the final Track event on the day that’s going to be it for the track events for today lots of finals perhaps the only non final the 4X 100 m heat to get the action going but then we go to Speed City all gold medals to be decided to be allocated who will be the champion for 2024 if you want to find out you have to you have to you absolutely have to make your way to the stadium tomorrow but we are not we’re not done we
