it now put both hands on now still try and face me do the same thing you will rotate good and then let your pelvis go so more spring now to the Finish there you go different feel yeah then you can start to bring your drop and pop in with your number three where you go out to the right so I want you to feel like you’re shifting towards me in your three and then you can spring out of that that’s it so you want to be swinging the golf club in this direction because it’s just going to get released out here it’s going to get pulled by you you’re rotating and rotating fast CU as soon as you go vertical it speeds it up very quickly coming around here that club’s getting released then out to the right and it’s rotating so we’re actually resisting by pushing off the rotation so how do we get all that speed that’s because you’ve already pre-loaded the system you just spring it and it fires it you just you’ve taken the you coiled up all you’ve got to do is go that way and the coil goes that way the last thing we need to do is try and twist this way now you’ve lost your coil yeah let’s try it awesome different feel yeah a lot different and because the club’s not early releasing you can your be to send the release and the rotation of the face so the earlier it releases the earlier it’s closing the more close it’s going to be through impact the later you you’re pushing off and releasing the less the less closed it’s going to be yeah so you’re regulating your face rotation how’s that feeling good yeah that looked awesome yeah that’s a lower ball flight than I have been getting with a driver in because if you comeing this way now as you spring and release you’re going up this is going down and releasing but it’s also Rota yeah so you’re closing the face to the path so you’re closing your Loft but it’s not going left because you’re ahead of it yeah yeah yeah because of your sequencing yeah yeah whereas before if you were probably closing it it would have probably started left and gone left and especially if you were swinging a bit left as well cuz you’re not swinging right to hit it right you’re swinging right to sequence better CH different feel to this yeah a lot different yeah more stronger yeah yeah yeah there rather than this yeah precise actually yeah yeah which is worth I mean do St drives but yeah just comat that pull exactly you can combat the pull now different way by moving the ball forward yeah and just optimizing your sequin and then adding a bit of torque so the one thing that stops this from overtaking is you rotate it so hold the club from that’s your left just your left hand okay if you twist your feet that way and twist your ankles hips and shoulders that way quick quick quick it’s going to pull the arms going to pull the it rotates the club this way you see the club rotates that way not the head the shaft look it does that yeah as opposed to that’s the pull yeah yeah yeah so when the handle rotates this way forget the rest of the golf people think of the club they passing the hands that’s okay that’s what it’s doing but think of the handle you’re talking the handle this way which creates the pull when we torque the handle that way it’s the opposite then it can release later yeah yeah so you don’t get the pull draw okay now how do you torque a handle that way you rotate the body so if you rotate your chest it talks the handle this way it rotates it that way now you can release it later it’s less closed through impact so how do you do this well it doesn’t come from here some watch it comes from the hips and what’s moving the hips of the feet how can we use our feet we use that action right we’re doing before yeah cuz that yeah that creates this you can accentuate this this is where the step exercise comes in this is going to be perfect for you just taking a little step tiny mini step just little half swings and then push the foot rip it back in a direct line back so it pushes the hip back so feet together and it’ll just be a just get swinging the club first just to get some momentum Rob and it’s a mini step but it’s a drop and then in the pop you push back that’s it try and slide it back rip it back against the floor good you not have to go forward with it just to the side and then rip it back and then go into a just hold your finish at the end your left hip will feel so far back behind you yeah that’s why we’re already doing a mini Swig but I want you to finish on your left leg in a normal finish a mini version well done that’s hard yeah it is that’s cuz it’s missing so here good that’s it lovely now a normal swing and then have a shot no problem now you don’t have to try and recreate what we’ve just done okay yeah yeah yeah all you’ve got to do is commit this is the swing we were doing before cuz this all just filters [Music] fantastic that’s it brilliant yeah get it so you can regulate this same thing you do with your three wood so that’s too early really well done all just use this for your body movement step back and have a practice feel your body taking you into this space yeah and that’s for a golf shot that’s going over here cuz that’s shallowing your swing out you see good you calibrated your movements in the past but this was your straight yeah really you normalized to that yeah which was say it was very much there yeah awesome that’s fantastic that is awesome different kind of 3-wood I guess yeah just do a just night and day to to tr it in it very Miss even on like Fairways and stuff it just leave it give yourself like a realistic Li off the Fairway let’s see what we can do off a tighter eye what a [Music] shot yeah that were brilliant off that Li so I mean that was in a slight Hol right and what you’ve what you’ve done there is you’ve caught it nice and clean so that showing you you’ve raised your archite as you were coming down so you started to push off club’s still traveling down down it’s like brilliant for the Freewood all
