As I have written before, the strategy of Swiatek and her coach, is NO rallies, short points, aim the ball WHEREVER your opponent is NOT standing, use their returns to target where in the front and sides of the court to swiftly hit a hard unreturnable ball, rinse and repeat. When Osaka started to do the same to Swiatek in their earlier match, she won the second set easily, and almost beat her. I watched Swiatek become a rattled, until Osaka made errors. Then Swiatek, does what champions do, raise their game and get tough, and win.
Kudos to Jasmine Paolini, "the little engine that could, and did" to reach the French Open Finals!! Congrats as well to Iga!!

I love iga. she steamrolled through everyone except Osaka. maybe Osaka will continue to make progress and add some variety to the women's top 10. cause right now, it aint it.
