well let me ask you guys then the reports then coming out since have been okay xery okay other players but Robbie they’re now saying Arsenal might turn their attentions to the Winger Market instead do you think that’s the right next move were you thinking no no you wanted a nine find that nine yeah I can see that happening you know just going back on what you were just saying about cesco yeah you know the fact that the player himself said I want to stay for my development m means he weren’t ready yeah you need to be developing um lii then you know we want to I think everybody wants a striker that he could come in right now and do a job so you know he wouldn’t have been the one anyway so um but yeah I think listen when you look in the Market at the moment the only obvious Striker that I look at and say say to myself yeah get him is um Victor oan that’s available because even garez he’s had a um knee operation you’re not going to buy a player who having a knee operation you’re going to have to wait on that right so the only one is aiman and as long as that 110 million P release Clause stays in place and they’re insisting on that MH I don’t think he’s worth that I don’t think he’s worth paying that I think that would be too extortionate right now right so if that is the case then I I do think it’s a good idea to look to the the Winger Market because we still scored a lot of goals last year so if you bring in another wide player that can score goals I don’t see nothing wrong with that and you know I I was talking about this the other day that you know you look at some of the players who scor the most goals in the Mohamed Salah is a Winger he’s not a striker mané used to be a Winger yeah we got sakur he’s a Winger he’s was madri you know he’s our top goal scorer wasn’t he so wide players now the way in which football changed so much yeah the wife players are getting the goals it was it was trossard and sacka that got the majority of our goals now I’d love an out andout Striker but I just cannot look can’t see at the moment who that guy is so that’s interesting what about you Curtis and T want to get your thought go for the next nine or okay explore the Winger Market what are you thinking cuz we’re going to play a little game in a sec but go on for me I do still want to see us go for a striker I know like you said the Wingers are getting the goals but we him but even though hav got good numbers towards the end of the season I still think there was moments where in the big games he didn’t quite have that clinical Edge you know he didn’t score in any of the Champions League um knockout games didn’t score against City he did contribute in those games but for me we were talking off camera there and uh I do like aosen but for me I would still go for Ivan Tony I just think um I know in January everybody kind of wanted him and now cuz he had a quiet six months he’s not really flavor of the month but I just think he’s got a year left on his deal it’s clearly not going to renew unless nobody comes in for him I think you probably get him 50 60 million pound the age don’t but I don’t should we worry about he is 28 the You’ got you’ve got to worry about the age because you’re starting to aren’t we then starting to go back to what we used to do where you know you go and buy an aging player well 28 still not exactly aging but you go he’s 28 29 isn’t he this year this year right so you buy a player for 29 if it don’t work out it’s not worth anything I suppose that’s with every player though is it there’s always well it’s a bit different season you know it’s not like he we’re getting a 30 striker in him so for me it was I think we’re at a stage now where we I’d rather take a risk on an unknown name would you then because Tony I know and Tony all right he comes and we’re going to predict he gets what 20 goals win as the lead though 20 goal Striker yeah but I think we can also get that from one of the unknown names at there yeah but our attack is so fluid our transition is so fluid at that we control so much of the ball in every game I think the team is waiting for a striker to just come and make the position its own but I just think Tony is he hasn’t done enough for me to say yeah he’s the guy even at 50 60 mil well let’s test this everyone pick up your white boards we’re going to play a little game um in the meantime some good players there that was trying to somewhat demonstrate the market what is out there what could Arsenal be looking at right now and I’m really interested to know who had a higher tally for what so let’s start with you Curtis at the very end how many Strikers did you have um I I’ve only ticked three of them three Strikers how many Wingers did you tick and then Wingers I’ve TI one two and a half and four Wingers four Wingers so everyone ticked for more winners than Strikers so I’m so glad because then this experiment worked the point I was trying to make in all this and yes it is the world’s worst game the point I was trying to make in all this was when we’re hearing reports and the natural instinct is to go but we need a nine I think the point I was trying to demonstrate now listen you only need one so you might have just that one Striker and that’s your top Target but the Winger Market is so much there’s so much more for Arsenal to look at there in my opin and I’ve left players out there as well I I can understand why Arsenal want to look at that market and strengthening the front three in general as opposed to going for a nine that they don’t think’s right now one of the players I left out there was esack we know 120 million but maybe that’s your guy over everyone but Robbie now we’ve done that just what’s your thoughts on the market and some of the players and um there’s not loads of really top Strikers out there is there there’s not there you know you look at it and you’re like who’s that guy that you know you could get for 70 million MH this you’re and you know if artetta worked his magic on him he could score goals you know I mean so but the strikers you know Jonathan David is an interesting one because he’s been scoring goals for years over in France for little he’s quick he’s a good player but nobody’s ever really gone in for him and always that’s always something where I’m thinking he’s a bit of a transfer daily Legend talking about him years ago as well man yeah because but why is no one you know I mean and obviously they got Scouts looking at these players nobody’s really gone in so that always makes me wonder and think to myself is there a reason for that is there you know he seems he goal count always seems to be good pretty good yeah yeah um those names who is your half Striker turkey o Watkins okay yeah all right and who are the two you go for um Ashman and appender you do like you like him I remember we spoke about him before back to back 20 goal Seasons we create we create a lot this is the new p d this is different is this is different this is different remind me now I this one’s different this one’s different you like Pace it quick aenda is a a good Striker he is the I saw that penda right in a couple of games man and he missed so many chances like yeah you players he he does Miss chances but he he’s been ice cold in front of goal as well like he’s there’s games that I’ve seen him where he’s bagged two goals a hatrick in front of goal left foot just slots it away I’ve seen him bag mov is right as well I think I think he’s one that’s gone under the radar they picked him up on a nice fee um and to be honest I think his his numbers are better than cesco’s this season so all this hyper back he played a lot more games than cesco didn’t he what does that say though yeah maybe I don’t know man he’s in France he scored 20 he moved over to Germany 30 mil 20 30 m or something like that so back to back different leagues he scored um 20 goals in each fair enough where’s he from again is Belgium Belgium Belgium yeah that’s why Pat and DEA and all this Eddie St remember the P scored the 20 in Austria or us and Eddie’s never Eddie’s never scored 20 you like EDD Eddie wasn’t your guy you lost money that direct if I said isach he’d be on all your list right he’s number one is is the one we all he just suits our sty would you spend 100 so I would this is a little so this is coming out on the channel I keep advertising content they com um I did a I did an in focus and most people would be like why are you in focus and a breakdown on a player that we’re not even rumored to even be trying to sign the reason we did it is because the whole the whole case I built was looking at this list as well and being like rather than get your 60 million player who’s there he’s not they’re not just below esack they’re they’re way below esack maybe not aome get just spend that extra and get the guy but you wouldn’t spend 120 on E no it’s too much is too much million that’s it this is’s Market when man says we’re paying hav 275k you tell I tell you it’s too much but then that’s his wages 60 million when we’ve got him it’s it’s a different feeling you don’t care about the money so it’s like guess I guess so but to me 120 million pounds let’s be sensible now I mean for esack that’s too much you’re spending 100 on defensive mids yeah 120 on a stri and you know what years ago remember when Van Percy left Arsenal right instead of paying the money for Suarez we bought jerud we bought podowski we bought Lucas Perez we bought Welbeck 40 million sometimes you spend more money you know what I mean the Market’s gone up but I think sometimes you’re better off saying pay 120 for Isa you don’t need a striker for 5 years rather than buying somebody for 60 million you could have bought cesco and in two years ago it’s not good enough we got to go again we bought jayus now we’re saying let’s buy another strike we bought so I think sometimes but then you can also look at it and say when Newcastle bought bought esack was it 60 million 60 mil right nobody expected him to do do what he’s doing now he was he was a good player but it was I remember at the time there’s a lot of people saying I you know I watched him in the Euros he missed loads of chances not too sure about him you know he’s had a good season that’s his breakout season last year I’d still if I’m going to pay that money I think i’ go aen you I mean oamen LED Napoli to their first title in what about 40 maradon yeah since maradon right scen are amazing he scored in last season an injury hit season when he didn’t really you know do well he scored 17 goals when he was over in France he scored goals for fun I think he’s the one you I mean aesthetically you know eac’s a great player but it’d be so difficult to get I’d rather you know I’m trying and get aan that would would would be me right now but I just think 120 he’s had one good season that’s a lot man is he’s taking a big a big chance there I I I I’m not quite money everybody starts to say why did we we could have bought him we could have got him you I mean so I think we’ve entered an era though where if they have changed and they they need to take these risks as part as the as part of the makeup for what they did in the first 15 years because they took no risks in the window they sold as much players as they could in terms of anyone we had of any talent and the players we brought in were never of adequate level so now they have turned it around the last 3 four years and you know we’re in a much better place and I think deam rice is a you know a lot of people used to laugh at me when I used to say you know Arsenal need to spend 100 Mil on a player we’ve finally done that now man can’t laugh him with saying 120 but I think now we’ve entered this you know new new era they’re full owners and whatnot they still owe us a few big risks and I’d rather they take the risk in Ashman or um isak 120 mil and it doesn’t work out then go for a 40 50 60 mil and it doesn’t work out because then if you go for the 120 the the the two big names isak oshan you get them and it doesn’t work out then it’s not on the owners it’s not on the club you know it’s more on all right we got you the you know this is the one you wanted so for me they need to take these risks now man do you know the thing that concerns me is um the way havs finished the season I wonder if areta and them are thinking we don’t need to buy a top quality Striker because we’ve seen this before at Arsenal is it you know Wenger used to do it you know I actually feel that they are Strikers going into last season with Jesus and Eddie cuz hav was the eight HZ managed to fill in when Jesus took a step back Jus has never recovered from that and Eddie is on the way out we off but he to do whatever Reta would need him to do in that front line he’s got them he’s such an exciting player it’s another 120 million problem signed a new deal with a release Clause Beast of a play that even though Italian teams scor enough goals maybe not he got 15 and I think last year and he got about nine year though he didn’t have a great year yeah he he did have injuries last year as well about Rodrigo we got no chance have we but yeah take it yeah a bit of fun though what come in maybe they have to they has been taught that they might sell him they have to sell some because you know like who’s going to drop out of that you know but they have to S I don’t think he’s still a young player unable there’s other names coming in I mean the last one I had was kudus who who had a tip for k he’s one of my top Target you all know desperate to sign him um you know I heard a rumor that he’s got a release Clause so I don’t know what it is but 4 I heard that rumor from like a very very good source they only paid about 35 for him so maybe they releas he’s got like a clause but I don’t know the details of it I don’t know how much it is it could it be one of because there are some release Clauses where you have to say for a couple of Seasons before it kicks in and that but he apparently has one okay there are some other names coming in one of them was oh I lost it where was it it was a really good suggestion I forgot it some people saying Julian Alvarez but I don’t think any of you feeling that one that’s another 100 million I don’t City don’t want City players man I want to create our own like setup man we don’t want to be the B Tech City man yeah you know what I mean he is a good player though I’m not sold on him fully either no no not sold on him no good good good Striker I’m you know what I mean so that shows you the mess when it comes to transfers that edu and Etta inherited and they’ve really turned it around now that you know you mentioned Ben White how much would he be worth now in the current market we paid 50 million for him how much will he be worth you know how much is you know um CA worth 27 million what’s he worth what’s Gabrielle worth they were talking last season 50 odd million for Gabriel we paid 20 odd for him that’s how you do business and that’s why you know even when you said earlier about Ivan Tony I like Ivan Tony but I just look at that you’re starting to move back into what we used to do where you’re going to get a play he going to be 29 next meeting know in no time he’s 30 you’ve paid a big amount of money for him because it takes a lot of money to get a player like that and if it doesn’t work out you’re back to that again what we used to have where you got a player now that you got to move on teams will be go I’ll give you 15 million for him and you’ve lost I mean that’s and that’s what I think that’s what they’re trying to move away from that’s why I think that’s the only reason they haven’t gone for Tony the only reason we could have gone for him is because we got so many young players now and he always talks about the age I thought every now and then I think you need to drop an head not a huge money like if you know because Ivan Tony is going to be 50 to 60 million pound probably if Ivan Tony was about 30 million I get I’m with you but he’s he’s going to be about 50s and then they start to move back into that where we’ve been so bad I think amongst one of the worst teams before sort of Arta and edu got a grip of it the worst selling clubs in the Premier League’s got to be Arenal I think it’s a historic
