They all want to take speckies and rack up the uncontested stats…. nobody stays on his man… they all stand around waving their hands guarding ''space'' while unmarked opposition players just walk in goals… Heres a tip, ''Space'' has never won the Coleman medal!! Whoever the the fck their defensive coordinator is should be sacked, they are a legitimate joke in the back half. Seriously, how many of them can be relied on to win a ''one on one'' contest against his direct opponent? Compare that to the 1992 side , Worsfold, Brennan, Macintosh, Jackovich and the rest. The one thing that old side could all do was win a one on one contest with their direct opponent. This current mob dont even know who their direct opponent is!!

    It's so obvious what North Melbourne are trying to do, they want that 18th finish so they can get rewarded with the number 1 draft pick.

    There is so much I want to say about this game. With 18 minutes and 29 seconds remaining of the game, North Melbourne led by 33 points against a diabolically inaccurate West Coast, but the Eagles needed to dig deep from that point onwards, and they did. They even took the lead, but they blew it. Two goals and FIFTEEN BEHINDS early in the final quarter was very ugly to see and they only fixed their kicking in the final quarter. They should've crushed North Melbourne. That moment when Yeo was penalised for holding the ball? Good call. He dragged the ball back in. I don't want to hear anything about the Eagles getting "robbed" since the AFL gave the green light for that free kick.

    Well done to North Melbourne for getting their first win of the season and their first since the final round of the 2023 season. But they choked and somehow still won. West Coast, being the first team to lose to North Melbourne, you need to fix your kicking. You know who would've helped you win? Tim Kelly (injured) and Harley Reid (suspended). Conglaturations. This is also the third consecutive matchup between these two teams to finish in a final margin of LESS THAN TEN POINTS! Is this an unwanted rivalry? F*** you, Spanos.

    And Nick Larkey got five goals.

    You have to get rid of Simpson he's hopeless the Eagles will be on the bottom of the ladder for many years to co.e with hi..They should have sacked him at least 3 years ago.Get rid of him and get Simon Goodwin.At least he will take this pathetic team some where.Sack the board to there bad disicion makes.sticking with Simpson.Bad management.     Eagles were bad and kicked themselves out of the game. Didn't deserve to win. But that holding the ball on Yeo. What a mess umpiring is atm.
