Cody Blick corn fairy Tour player explains how he warms up for a round whether we’re going out to play with our buddies or we’re going to play around on the simulator let’s walk through a warm-up I like to start with some 50 yard softies just to kind of get the the uh the body moving here kind of just feel some some smooth Tempo lob wedges kind of just get the body loosened and then I’ll kind of keep going run up through some higher wedges and then we get into the short irons you know once the wedge numbers are are pretty dialed and you know we start with those 50 yarders that one went 51 spun at 9100 pretty clippy the mat is giving us perfect numbers we’ll then go to kind of some short irons maybe start working it both ways you don’t have to do it on the golf course but I like to do it just just to kind of stay balanced so I’ll kind of hit a little nineiron draw should be right around 140 and then we’ll hit another yeah 139 that’s perfect 8100 for a little n iron is great then we have a little fade n iron should be kind of somewhere in the high 130s similar Spin and from there we’re just going to kind of keep working up the bag um as the speed kind of goes up maybe we go to the five iron really just kind of getting the body loose and that’s that’s kind of what’s cool coming back from injury I’m so body conscious and and worried about how I’m feeling and and protecting my body that I feel like I could hit balls on this thing all day long and and I there’s really no worries in the world so as the speed kind of gets up we kind of move into long irons this is a five iron looking to be around 195 200 and as we keep moving up launched at 13.9 flew 200 on the DOT we just kind of keep working up we’ll kind of get into some Fairway Woods I’m an old man on tour so I have this seven wood with me it’s it’s my favorite Club in The Bag Man it uh comes out of the rough nice it’s going to fly about 235 it’s going to land like a nine iron this this is the secret right here so we’re kind of work into some of these again just kind of as speed gets up we’re just kind of feeling it that that flew 218 finished at 229 and then we’ll get into drivers once we’re at full speed we’re hitting drivers we’re ready to go and ready to go beat up on our buddies [Music]
