tremendous weekend of sports if you guys don’t watch MMA it was Sensational man it was it was awesome to watch um WNBA is is red hot and underway by the way we’ll be covering some of the WNBA soon as the season is over maybe some Sparks I might do some Indiana f with Caitlyn Clark um and some baseball as well on playback I make sure you guys do tap in what’s up die what’s up my brother Kenneth all you guys what’s up guys welcome welcome so I do want to talk about you know what I’m saying I do want to talk about the Caitlyn Clark situation because I just feel like some people have been dming me you know wanting me to come on live and and and clear up my thoughts on this whole situation because it’s a very controversial topic today matter of fact right so uh I’m I’m here for it I’m here for it Lamont already with the hot T said real take is called competition folks need to stop babying Caitlyn I’m gonna get into all of that man I have a real good take for for you that I I just think it’s it’s exactly what needs to be said and it’s going to rub somebody the wrong way I’m sure but uh hey what up craziness good to see you um all right so I’ve been watching the WNBA casually for the last couple of seasons and it’s been gradually getting better man the WNBA is adding more and more Talent every year one of my favorite players from the Los Vegas Aces I I’ll hear ball in two-time uh defending champ uh you know they’re starting again um You Got Sabrina Inu from the New York Liberty I mean there’s even t-shirts on on um shopcore kings.com on our website for these WNBA players so one thing for sure is people can’t call me brand new to the WNBA because like I said I’ve been casually watching it and really during the playoffs just like baseball is usually when I get really into that stuff just because I’m always busy covering Lakers basketball in the NBA primarily but as soon as it ends like I said I will be diving into WNBA more because we need to help grow this sport man these women are tremendous they’re incredibly fun to watching this it’s really exciting that we’re having these conversations that have never been held before right but I want to address this whole situation because look check this out y’all chennedy Carter or or Kennedy Carter whatever her name is on Caitlyn Clark besides three-point shooting what does she bring to the table man listen I’ve seen jealousies I’ve also been a victim of jealousy throughout my life and throughout my my YouTube career it happens it’s normal people are going to be jealous because they don’t have the attributes you have or because they’re not as accomplished as you are or because they don’t get the attention you do it’s gonna happen Caitlyn Clark this is not a racial a racial situation y’all there’s been plenty of white women that have thrived in the WNBA and have been embraced by their peers so for everybody pushing that agenda shame on you it’s not a racist it’s not a racist situation it is however a jealous situation like it says in my title of course listen of course these players are going to be jealous of Caitlyn Clark why because they’re treating her like the ARA parent and she hasn’t accomplished anything in the next League yet but of course everybody’s excited because she is an exciting ball player she here hitting 30 foot three-pointers in the Steph Curry era you better believe people are going to gravitate towards that she can playmake she can get in the lane uh you know what I’m saying she finishes around the basket really well so of course those that have paved the way for her to get there are going to be jealous and I’m not saying that’s right either I’m not saying that it’s okay to you know for the like if I was these players play her hard keep doing what you’re doing but just know this with more attention that they’re getting because now ESPN is starting to pick them up you know what I’m saying like mainstream coverage is starting to pick y’all up part of that is due to Caitlyn some of that is due to you know just women’s sports keeps growing it keeps getting better man and I’m happy for it I’m very excited for it like I said I’mma do my part to bring attention to women’s sports because these women deserve it they are extremely fun to watch they are exciting the finals last year between the Las Vegas Aces and the Liberty was amazing to watch man like I said I’m a fan of Asia Wilson two-time MVP just absolute Beast see that her putting up 30s and [ __ ] man nobody’s talking about her so of course these women are gonna be jealous because there’s a new toy right it reminds you of Toy Story a new toy when Woody got jealous and tried to push buzz you know what I’m saying like come on y’ this is exactly what it is and and it does suck to see that these older women are jealous of of the younger women Angel ree got choke Slamm too on one of these uh one of these games I forgot which one it was but I’ve seen the highlights and she was uh you know she plays for Chicago Sky she was chok slam as well nobody’s really talking about that right so this is definitely not a case of racism because you got Diana terasi man uh you got you know Sabrina enin you got all these light-skinned women out here hooping and ain’t nobody hated on them uh ever the difference is these women didn’t come with the same hype that this girl right here is coming with man she’s coming with all the heat uh you know what I’m saying she’s very feisty and competitive so she’s going to get that back in return and it’s a grown woman’s League man I’ve been watching the WNBA for for like I said for years since Lisa Lesley man and then when Kanas Parker got drafted by my Sparks I really got into it sber thank you die hard sub bird I really I had to address this because I don’t like the narrative that’s being pushed that these women are being racist ain’t nobody being races man they’re acting like this is the first white woman ever come into the league no like my boy said sue bird like so many have paved the way and have been Sensational you know what I’m say the only difference is we’ve never seen this and again credit to Caitlyn Clark I’m a big fan she’s awesome she’s awesome if you haven’t watched I started watching her last year casually again during the uh March Madness Tournament she impressed the crap out of me I told my girl she’s going to be good and sure enough she’s she’s won rookie the month averaging 17 point like eight points per game like six assists she got a cut down on the turnovers but again they’re putting her on her ass man there was a picture where her elbows and her knees were red and you know what she’s going to be better for it that’s good for her because you know what as she gets comfortable in the league she’s gonna be an even bigger killer if she’s averaging 17.8 and her team is not that great imagine what she’s going to do when her team gets better they’re probably going to get a top pick again in the draft one of the top three or something like that I think they’ve only had two two wins all season long and like eight losses Brianna Die Hard keeps going go off brother but you know all I want to say is I hate the fact that people that don’t even watch this sport haven’t even watched ever have such a strong opinion on these women and are calling them racist and and they’re calling them haters because you know jealousy is is a thing now imagine you have done something for so many years you haven’t got the credit or the attention you deserve and then comes you know say a white girl she comes into the league and she she brings all the attention all the media with her and then they expect you to bow down and to be super grateful you’re going to feel some type of way right you’re gonna feel some type of way so you you have to see her from both perspectives I listen I feel for her I feel for Caitlyn but what don’t kill you make you stronger they giving you this type of rough treatment this type of Welcome to the league you’re gonna appreciate it as you get older because you’re gonna feel like it’s gonna make or break you and I feel like it’s going to make her she seems like a fierce competitor she seems like she’s going to be amazing maybe even one day the best player in the league but the mainstream media tried to Crown her day one as the greatest thing since Michael Jordan day one of course that’s going to come with jealousy and that don’t mean everybody I’m sure there’s some uh you know female uh WNBA players out there that have showed love and respect but there is a lot of veterans that was hating man a lot of them and that you know I’m not saying that’s okay but that’s that’s how they feel who are we to tell them how to feel you know what I’m saying they’ve been there all these years they haven’t been able to sell out Arenas and all of a sudden Caitlyn comes comes in and it’s a no fault of her own and she’s selling out Arenas y’all she’s breaking record she’s doing all this and everybody every question is about her everything everybody’s hearing about is about her meanwhile Asia Wilson 30 points 13 rebounds five assists her last game with three blocks 22 points 10 rebounds three steals two blocks her last game the one before that name Western Conference player of the month and two-time defending champion and not a smidget of coverage for her so you can imagine why they feel a certain way but again credit to Caitlyn she’s awesome man listen in 2023 the total home attendance for the uh Indiana Fever was have wanted to I I have realized that people always want a narrative oh they hate her because she’s white oh they can’t stand that a white girls dominated predominantly black I’ve heard everything and it makes me sick man it makes me sick because when Lonzo ball came into the NBA he didn’t get special treatment you know what I mean he also listen his dad put a Target on his back and as a result he was getting battered man first game go back and look L look at Lonzo look up lonzo’s first game of career if you guys are too young to remember or just didn’t watch it that dirty Patrick Beverly kept fouling him and hounding him and and you know what I’m saying so he he’s gone through it as well man it happens when you’re a rookie but it’s gonna happen more so when you’re as good as Caitlyn and you come with as much media coverage man to me this is good though this is good for the league we’re talking we’re having these conversations y’all don’t y’all feel that excitement and the NBA Finals is this week and we’re talking about Caitlyn Clark think about that it’s good for the league don’t let people twist [ __ ] and make it into a different narrative into racis it’s no racism in the WNBA man white players and black players and all kinds of players coexist it’s just jealousy that’s what it is don’t get it twisted so that’s my take right there on the Caitlyn Clark situation man um and you’re absolutely right you’re absolutely right if you’re great you’re going to get the hate it happens I get the hate then you know what I’m saying I’m smaller compared to a lot of these channels so and I get a lot of hate so think about that uh he said when they tried to Crown her to be the next Michael Jordan even though she hasn’t one [ __ ] that’s not jealousy it’s a veteran players it’s called disrespect she’s not doing it though you know what I’m saying she she’s not doing it the media is doing it so if anything they should lash out uh versus the media not her but again they’re gonna feel however they feel nobody’s going to Baby her man and I’m I’m completely fine with it I’m more interested to see how she responds to it she’s not my favorite player in the league but she’s exciting to watch I love what the Sparks have done in the draft right big fan of Cameron Brink right Ria Jackson uh been watching some of the games they’re still not on the winning side of things they’re still playing below 500 basketball but they’re trending towards the right direction you know I’m a LA Sports guy so man go Sparks hopefully they they step up uh they lost their first game versus the fever and then they beat the Kaylin Clark in the second game so but this sport is growing and I couldn’t be happier for it I will be covering I will be doing pream and post games for the Sparks when the NBA season it’s over and I I want to be a part of what helps this sport grow because I’m a big fan of these women man they out here killing it they’ve been doing it for years this is not the first year people just getting hit to this because ESPN is covering it more people go with the mainstream media a lot but uh I you know what I I feel like it’s the perfect time to get into this everybody wants to hear about Caitlin about the WNBA and all that and it’s time EX exactly there’s nothing wrong with that they they want to villainfy her for her accomplishments bro like uh you know she’s not at fault you know she has the right to feel how she feels the same with the veterans I do think there’s certain dirty players in the in the WNBA just like there is in the NBA but a couple of these players doesn’t mean all of them are now the one thing I will say and I think they’ve already touched on this on mainstream is that her teammates have to stick up for her a little bit more they do I’ve seen her get knocked down and nobody comes to give her a hand nobody comes to you know check the the opposition nobody does anything for her I even seen some of her teammates get smirks and [ __ ] like really you know uh her coach nobody’s coming out in defense of her of her so you know it’s a sinker swim for her right now and I’ve actually been impressed by the way she’s handled it right she’s handled it well uh said Asia Wilson should be on every ESPN footage and YouTube she’s amazing bro and I’m not I’m not even a Las Vegas Aces fan but I respect her game she’s exciting she’s a beast she finally got her shoe deal but again let’s not pretend like Caitlyn isn’t gonna open a lot of doors up she is you know for whatever reason she’s just fun to watch she’s a different ball player than we’ve seen in probably in the history of the WNBA probably to be determined because she still hasn’t accomplished anything right she needs to win win Rookie of the Year that’s still a ways away but she’s gotten off to a good start rookie of the month she needs to win uh you know I’m saying she needs to get into the playoffs eventually maybe not this season most likely not her team isn’t that good um and then win some championships before they can Crown her how they want to Crown her she’s and I promise you the veterans those veterans are going to make her earn every single part of it which is gonna make me respect her even more if she does you know climb that Hill however I’m a Sparks fan so I’m not rooting for the Indiana F I’m just watching and I’m just being objective about everything right yeah she’s nice she finally got her first start the other night and she did really well man so I’m excited I’m excited for coverage man if you guys are excited for coverage make sure to drop the fire emojis hit the like button all that stuff it’s coming sooner than you think uh playback will get officially will be getting hopefully the WNBA so uh you know the coverage is going to go crazy man especially because y’all be able to watch along with me we’re going to be able to break it all down man like I said I’m not a Die Hard WNBA fan but I I hope to become one day and uh I’ve been watching casually mostly towards the end of the season and you know when the NBA season ends I like to transition over to other sports I will be doing Dodgers coverage as well on here here and on playback so stay tuned for that man but uh it just it’s fun man I’m very happy for women’s sports you know I’ve always been a tennis fan Serena Williams um Naomi Osaka you know what I’m saying got Coco go girls like that they’ve been exciting to watch I don’t watch you know this is how excited I am I don’t even watch M’s tennis like I’ve never been a fan of like Roger Federer or any of that for some reason I feel like the women play with a lot of passion and you know what I’m saying it’s very fun to watch so uh you know women’s soccer MMA you know I was a huge fan of a lot of MMA uh female Fighters so uh just I love the fact that the sport is growing and we’re all talking about it yeah she is the real deal fam Asia Wilson is the real deal and so is I really like uh the New York Liberty they got a nice team over there as well I mean there’s a couple of teams in the WNBA I like he said what’s up family you son of a guns what’s up bro hey we’re probably going to game tonight over there on playback exclusively got no longer multicast because more people were interested in watching over there and it’s hard to maintain both comment sections but if you guys are interested in that definitely tap in tonight not sure what time yet but I will be announcing it so no worries uh Dan did you hear Victor W bayama has a brother at 15 years old that plays just like his big brother yes Baya another exciting prospect but who knows who’s gonna have uh you know when he finally gets drafted who knows who’s gonna have draft picks maybe the Lakers will maybe they won’t we’ll see uh nobody said saying AIA Wilson is jealous I think you’re trying to misc conscrew my words listen I said they have every right to feel a certain way when the best the actual one of the best players in the WNBA like Asia isn’t getting half the media coverage that a rookie is so that’s what I said man come on bro be better Mark be better uh just because you tap in K and caps they’ll make it all right uh salute my bro said Caitlyn is great for the league but the players will make her earn her money exactly which is exciting to watch you want to see that right would you guys just like to see everybody move to decided and build a runway for her to take off in her career no we want everybody to earn it even in the NBA when a rookie comes in you have to earn it which is what makes it more impressive it’s what makes it fun right even when I’m playing basketball even if I’m hurt I get mad if people try to go easy on me I’ll be like go hard go hard I start talking [ __ ] just so they can come after me right so you want everything earned not given right and anything so I agree bro Derek Fisher was horrible as a head coach of the Sparks Ben ing Candace Parker was such a travesty is the reason we lost her to the Chicago sky and she eventually become became a championship a champion the very next year so hey she’s really good she’s really really good yeah I like her too Derica Hami is a beast and who would have thought because last year I think she was averaging like 14 points and this year she she over here 20 point per game score for the Sparks man she’s awesome people over here making fun of her looks and stuff it’s not about that man Sports aren’t about looks all sports are about competitiveness and what they can accomplish which is what make inspires me to be greater at Minecraft right athletes Inspire us to be better at what we can do because not everybody can be an athlete right not everybody is a 610 demig god build right who can go out there and dunk on people and do stuff but they Inspire us to be great at our craft y’all see the other night I had Trevor Lane here you see I’m working hard to build on the channel and give you guys better content so that is what it’s all about is inspir ation maybe that’ll Inspire somebody else and so on and so forth right so very excited for that what are the things you think Kayla needs to improve upon in the offseason I think she needs to uh to slice the turnovers in half and sharpen up her ball handling um you know what man for me kayln Clark is awesome I agree with the turnover stuff her in between game though though I I think it needs to be better because just like Steph Curry they either shooting threes or hidden layups so I think a little floaters in the lane which she has she’s shown glimpses of it but little different things mix it up right the footwork all of that you can always add to your game in the offseason defensively got to work and she gotta learn to become a better leader because the fact that her teammates aren’t really going to bat for her you know what I’m saying that tells me a lot her leadership skills might be lacking a little bit which is fine I don’t expect any leader to come in and take over the league right I don’t expect any young rookie to be a leader from day one from the moment they step out there in the hardwood or any sport so she’s going to grow into that Ro and I’m excited for it like I said I’m not an Indiana Fever fan I don’t want nobody to get twisted but you guys know I love young Talent when it comes to sports is always exciting to see what the next best thing is going to be because you know uh these athletes continue to evolve and get better as the sport does so it’s very very exciting man we’re also going to talk a little basketball so if you guys what we need some foreign talent in the WNBA right now is is there is some but it’s very American Heavy like like we need more resources to go and Scout to different countries so that we can have the best players in the world just like the NBA just like they we got obviously I don’t want to say his name y’all know the horse racer kid uh you got Luca you got all these foreign players that are dominating and bringing a balance to the league we need that for the WNBA I think that’s how the sport grows even more you know what I’m saying but uh it’s already really fun man I had a blast watching the WNBA finals last year talked a little bit about it and um you know I look forward to the growth some more here uh what is going to the IND what what is going to the Indiana fevers what do you what do you mean bro you’re going to have to rephrase that question Dan do you like Angel ree she’s a good player she’s a tough player I definitely liked what she did in the uh NCAA tournament man she crashes the glass she finishes well around the basket very good player that angel Reese um she has a bright future and I forgot the name of the other player they drafted as well um from Brazil very good as well they’re going to form a nice deal in the front Court um same thing with the Sparks though man we drafted two really good rookies and they’re off to a quick start man I’m a big fan of the defense and and the offense that Ria Jackson brings and like I said man um Cameron Brink is a lot of fun to watch she blocks shot she can space the floor um they got to get her more involved in offense but obviously you got veterans are going to want to get off so she has to earn it uh she will she will do you think the Sparks making the playoffs this year no I don’t they’re too young there’s a lot of better there’s a lot more better teams out there right now and if I’m not mistaken it’s it’s not like the NBA we eight and eight right there’s L less teams in the WNBA so I think the format is a little bit different he said Derek fiser was in the gym with Brun today I saw those pictures surface man of of uh I saw those pictures surface of Braun getting ready for Team USA so that’s exciting that’s more basketball coverage for me here on the channel as well so uh yeah man just stay tuned I got you guys covered make sure y’all keep hitting that like button if you already haven’t I am extremely excited for the draft it starts Wednesday June 26 you guys know I will be going live as I do every year I apologize for the dogs we’ll be going live as I go every year um and it starts Wednesday June 26th and it’s going to be a two-part draft for the first time ever so that’s when our offseason officially begins remember when the NBA Finals ends I think June 20th or 22nd there’s gonna be like a 4- day period where the Lakers can make JJ reck official yes we know he’s unofficially the head coach of the Lakers but all signs are pointing to him even though they’re trying to disguise it and make it look like there’s other candidates we know it’s JJ re come on we weren’t born yesterday Lakers come on now but the Draft starts June 26 first round second round Thursday June 27 and we’re going to be glued to this thing and you guys can follow over on playback TV because the coverage is gonna be Sensational I promise that I promise uh I have not bro I have not had a chance to get out to the Sparks game this season but I I plan to eventually man maybe we might have to wait till the aces come into town or the New York Liberty or one of those teams other teams I like maybe Caitlyn Clark and the fever again uh but if I can’t go this season next season for sure for sure but this is the year that we just start mixing all kinds of sports into this channel into playback into everything because again it’s very fun man it’s very fun and the beautiful thing about it is the NBA season ends then you got the Dodgers and you got the sparks then obviously you got football somewhere coming up in September I mean so much coverage my my goal is to eventually cover all my favorite teams on this channel right started off a Laker Channel and it’s going to remain that mainly primarily but we also you know in the offseason in the free time other teams because there’s so many fun teams to cover so many uh he said I thought dingham was a really good coach why haven’t the Cavs interviewed him um then darham Fanboys well apparently he turned down an interview um with the Suns apparently his old head coach uh uh butd uh coach Bud wanted to bring him in and he turned it down so he’s collecting free pays right now because he was still in the contract when we fired him so you know let’s see my guy said uh plus Dan Caitlyn has to know that if she’s gonna dish out punishment she’s gonna have to take punishment occasionally too it’s a physical League she will have to add some muscle and stamina it’s it’s awesome bro it’s freaking awesome I love it we’re talking about WNBA in June that is unheard of even listen I’m not going to sit here and try to act like I’ve been covering the WM NBA I casually mentioned it here and there but with more access to viewership for me there will be more coverage of it so as soon as playback is able to pick that up man we’re gonna go ham over there and again we’re not talking Dar uh are there any sports you don’t like Dan that you just can’t get it it’s not that I can’t get it I can get any sport I’m highly intelligent individual if I do say so myself is that I’m not interested in it and yeah there’s a couple of them there’s a couple of them golf is one of them I just I don’t want to sit there you know what I’m saying see see people hit a ball into a hole I’m cool off of that I mean if you like it Kudos I think it it’d be probably funner to play a golf right because I like doing mini golf with the family I can imagine how fun it would be to play in an actual Golf Course be in the Out outdoors environment I can see why people like playing it but watching it no thank you uh that’s one hockey I just can’t do it man I can’t the puck is so small all the action is on the ice and the puck is so tiny bro it’s hard to follow along um um yeah I can’t do hockey either but I’ve heard shout out to my brother M I’ve heard from a lot of people that it’s really fun especially live so maybe one day I’ll experience that but uh I don’t think I’ll ever get into it but go LA Kings man they’re true winners I do like that um but yeah there’s a couple of sports man there’s not too many though I love I love basketball first football second baseball third uh probably soccer fourth and everything else falls behind that tennis actually MMA is up there I might have to slide uh Bas baseball on down and put MMA before that so I go basketball football MMA and then baseball yeah that’s the order but baseball is climbing quickly because since they implemented that rule where you you got a 10-sec pitch count it’s become a lot shorter and a lot funner to watch baseball games I’ve been watching more and more and more but like I said uh I usually really tune in during the postseason this year I’ve watched more regular season games than than than you know than I have ever had in my life so baseball get keeps getting better with these new rules and they’re finally modernizing the game so younger people like my myself can really get into it which I like good questions y’all good questions how you guys doing today though man have you guys caught any movies guys if y’all haven’t checked it out boy kills world is a hell of a good movie it should be out on streaming Outlet I’m not sure what it’s on you guys know me I get all the I get all the stuff for free but uh it should be out there somewhere right it should be out there somewhere available for you guys so make sure you guys do tap in and check it out man boy kills world is a damn good movie and it’s a surprisingly damn good movie because I didn’t really think too much of it when it came out but um you know very me and my family watched it the other night if you guys like action watch it also uh what was the other one Mad Max furiosa good movie man go check that out in the theater that’s one you got to see uh my guy said I’m sorry Baya said I’m not a fan of snowboarding and skiing that those to me are boring to watch well I do like watching the Olympics and whenever that’s out there on the Olympics I watch but I’m not I’m not sure if they have like regular season stuff in that I don’t know I used man when I was younger I used to skate a lot of people don’t know that about me I think everybody skated in the 90 late 90s early 2000s um and I was a big fan of skateboarding man I used to play that Tony Hawk video game all the time I used to go to skate parks with my friends skateboarding was was the thing so I remember growing up a big Chad Muska fan and and Tony Hawk and Steve cabalero so skating was huge and As I Grew Older I kind of lost interest for it but I still watched during the Olympics always fun to watch during the Olympics uh have you been to a lafc game Dan I have not I have not been to lafc game uh ever I’m a LA Galaxy fan because they were the first team here I usually don’t hop on to other teams but I do like all the love they’ve been show showing my uh fellow Mexican compatriots man so I might just uh you know uh break my own Rule and be a fan of two La the sports teams in one in one city for the same uh League which I usually don’t but I I do like FC because Carlos Vela I do like LFC because you know they’re really exciting to watch and they’re winners and you know La loves winners man we love winners Dan have you thought of doing a football channel I don’t you know what this is gonna be my primary Channel it takes too much time and too much work to do two two channels and to split you know what I’m saying I’ve tried doing a second Channel and you just everybody that subscribes to you here doesn’t flock on over there so might as well just use this uh platform anyways it’s not like I can stream to two different channels at once so whenever my time is on one thing is fully into it when my time is into basketball it’s fully into it that’s why I haven’t gotten into baseball yet now haven’t gotten into other stuff uh until the season ends and even then we got offseason stuff which I’m still gonna be fully into got you guys covered with the draft got you guys covered with free agency got you guys guys covered with Summer League got you guys covered with USA team basketball that’s four things in the off season already that I’m going to heavily throw myself s into so yeah I just I don’t have time to run two channels I guess the closest thing to a second channel is playback TV and that thing is taking off so if you guys already have not been over there man I recommend it y’all I’m telling you it is extremely fun I’m doing a lot of streaming over there um you know for a while I was multistreaming but it’s hard to keep up with both chats so make sure you guys do follow me over there if you guys want to interact with the community over there we already have 61 see because a lot of these players they come in really positive positive outlooks and then they struggle to adapt and then some players they fly under the radar and they really go off man they they really go off in the next level so let’s see what type of mental fortitude these players have but it’s always fun trying to trying to figure it out you might be right we’ll see you said dtlf equals because like I said I’ve been watching for years I know a lot of other people that have been watching even last year they had some good ratings in the WNBA finals so um but yeah I’m a fan of hers in division ually as a team I don’t really care if they get wins or losses but I will be watching from time to time because I want to see how she responds to all the pressure she’s getting in the next level right all that jealousy that’s coming from some girls not all of them some girls but it’s it’s natural it’s natural right can you imagine a rookie coming into the NBA with all that hype a matter of fact we had a rookie coming into the NBA with all that hype right and that was LeBron James and matter of fact if you I think there’s a clip of the old Cleveland Cavaliers with Darius miles Carlos Bozer and all that basically talking down to their own rookie that they were about to draft in Lebron they were saying well he got to get with the program when he comes over here like oh we don’t expect him to be a savior you know what I’m saying because jealousy is a natural thing when you’ve been in the league before you feel like you just naturally feel I think for them that I’ve been in here so long I I I demand respect and I don’t think anybody should get more attention than me I I don’t personally I’ve never been jealous of anybody my mom raised me differently so I don’t get it but I have kind of comprehended through watching other people’s jealousy tactics and there you know what I’m saying some people switch up and you start seeing the jealousy is it is what it is you can see it in the energy if they’re suppored one day then the next day they’re not that’s jealousy there’s nothing wrong with with with with it but I mean it is something wrong with it because you could be using that effort into improving yourself instead of being jealous that’s just my my theory you know and then in a league like the WNBA where they weren’t getting a lot of coverage uh you know what I’m saying especially some of the losing teams and then bam Here Comes Kaylin Clark and she’s not winning nothing this year and she’s putting up really good stats they’re going to hate on her it’s it’s normal it’s gonna be jealousy so again but I don’t want people to twist The Narrative and make it sound like it’s gonna be racist like come on now come on now we wasn’t born yesterday there plenty of white players that have thrived at the WNBA level um exactly man it’s not we don’t even have to go as far as to say Kobe supported the WNBA like not just because Kobe did it we’re going to support it but at the same time yeah you’re absolutely right some of the goats have have have shown up and showed their love and support but we should actually do it it shouldn’t take a goat to do it for us to want to do it I guess sorry about that guys phone goes off sometimes um but at the end of the day it’s really fun to watch man they don’t have to pay me to to to to watch it I I cover the WNBA for free um and and I like I said I really want playback to pick it up that way we can watch it together I mean how fun would that be guys would you guys like that or not chat let me know would curve Kobe’s always been ahead of the curve man from the moment that man was born he was born into greatness he was just destined for greatness that’s another good one Darius yes sir see Laker Darius making us proud with the Laker comments love to hear it it’ll be nice to watch the WNBA on playback that’s what we’re hoping for Tommy if they can acquire the rights your boy will be over there covering them close to fulltime so that’ll be fun uh kayin Clark helped the WNBA to become something more she is she’s a a really huge pillar uh of this new movement which is exciting again it’s exciting you got to give her credit for it there’s no reason to hate no matter the color of the Skin Man your boy is colorblind I don’t care if she was black white Mexican Asian you know Puerto Rican you know what I’m saying uh whatever she’s exciting no matter the color of the Skin Man again I was raised to be color blind but I hate when people try to race bait and make it in black versus white anything Caitlyn should take it as a compliment that people are because if you’re not doing nothing right you ain’t never going to encounter jealousy a day in your life you’re just going to blend in in the background nobody’s going to care about you but the moment you start succeeding at anything and I can say this by firsthand experience jealousy comes and even from people you thought you thought was close to you jealousy comes a diamond does it man just it’s just going to pour on and but the beautiful thing about it is you get way more love than jealousy so I’m sure Caitlyn’s getting a lot more love have you seen those Arenas and how those people love her and how that you know what I’m saying even we sold out Staple Center I I think they they said uh the biggest sellout crowd was the one to the Sparks versus Indiana F game even more than the Laker game right the Lakers always sellout but I think there was a higher capacity when the Sparks play don’t quote me on that I might have read that wrong but yeah man I mean it’s very encouraging to see that that they’re about to start making big bucks and again that’s that’s great for the players themselves they they should I’m sure they’re excited even though of course there’s a little jealousy there but I’m sure they’re very excited to know that they’re starting to get shoe deals they’re starting to get commercials they’re starting to get you know what I’m saying because sponsorships are interested in their brand so that could only mean more money for them I would be so happy man I if I was a female player I’d be saying they’re going to get more teams in the WNBA and it’s it’s only good man it’s good for for more cities to get it and and for the sport to grow as well uh is not saying to do only Sparks games but it would definitely tie into the Lakers content especially versus specific teams like fever Asis Liberty Etc and you’ll have more time rather than cover everything team yeah I don’t I do not have the time to cover every team so yeah primarily it’s going to be Sparks from time to time especially if it’s the playoffs just like right now my Lakers are not in it I’m covering other teams but um could happen I can see that happening Savage especially if they want to draft browny they want to reach for him that wouldn’t be something I’m too mad at but still I don’t want him to be a first round
