[Music] heyyyyyy Target Training do it for like a warmup it’s on games and there’s just play in advance and on just play it just gives you a Target and when you row your stroke will come down as soon as you start your stroke it comes up how high it comes up is how hard you’re pulling and then the accuracy is your strokes and just play takes like the sum of your last five strokes and it creates an average Strokes per minute and an average pace and the close you are to that pace the Clos you are to the bullseye and The Strokes per minute whereas in advanced you can program a pace and a Strokes per minute and the farther you’re off on those two the farther you’re off on the Target and the closer you are the better it is and it gives you like a percent what’s the point just like efficiency on your stroke being consistent and like um making sure that you’re you’re able to hold a pace at a consistent stroke and making sure that like each stroke is the same and efficient cuz if you’re bouncing from like if you were trying to hold a 155 and you go like a 15 3 then a 157 then a 155 and you’re kind of all over the place it gives you a bad percentage I think like a if you have a pretty efficient stroke you’ll be in the ’90s percentage wise um 80s is still good and then if you’re in the 70s there’s definitely room to improve and if you’re below that definitely need to be doing this but I said it for like 10 minutes before I started training today something fun I’m sweating good warmup and now Dallas is going to try you’re trying to hit the middle of the target so slow down your strip yeah do that again all right that’s better all right way too hard there we go yep yeah there it is is I don’t think I’m showing anything got some I think rowing drag rope and some power cleans um on like a 3 minute timer for five sets building up and weight um I got a handstand pushup High box jump workout I got some handstand practice stuff and some ghd practice stuff for session one and then Jesse session later this afternoon which is a maxer upper and a finisher of some machine intervals so much fun all the machines had to catch up to those big guys like d out there I can just cruise at 105 RPMs on a bike he’s a big dude he’s a big strong dude big strong scary dude it’ll be good getting closer though [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] like grindy ones or like I guess not grindy is a good way to put it my heart rate wasn’t high it was just like muscle fatigue I guess those do it to you kind of like similar to the event we had two years ago at the games it was like there’s like four walls of handstand push-ups with like three Echo bikes in between and there was just like this wall facing deficit handstand push-ups yeah similar to that super easy yeah now we’re back in games training get to do like a little bit different stuff like that that you’re probably not going to see at any of the other stages so bu out sandbags and sleds and running and all that other stuff so training is a little bit harder but definitely a lot different than what we’ve been doing so makes a lot more fun easy to push when things are different so yeah just excited Adam when he comes out in a couple weeks I think he’s going to bring the pig they have a pig at the gym so we that thing here and get some pig Days in the sun you know don’t let that thing kick my butt again yeah I don’t think it was the pig yeah I don’t think it was the pig either the pig before yeah Frick man should be good already hit it what are you hitting total I think like 270 what’s my what’s my top set do you know uh close your ears you know 3 380 you said sick like it I might come up a little bit short of that just cuz I’m not feeling it so maybe I’m not like spot at the crossed game well I mean also that was live and there’s nothing I could have done about that one 275 and then and then specifically they weren’t talking about Adam that was just a two of us right you prob do this and then you can make a smaller jum cuz I would have cut out a couple words in there to make it not look so bad you know GNA go a couple hurtful things truth truthful but hurtful facts I mean they’re not wrong but I don’t know that it needs to be aired internationally right hell yeah so good I felt it on my first one all right said on camera Dallas Dallas W proof man different to add in training definitely not a necessity but spice is training up I mean you could do this with the regular bar like just as easy but always just like cross it we’re trying to be constantly buried and this was just like a fun way to do that and it’s been a lot more fun than I thought it would be I did some squats with it the other day like the max weight on this version cuz there’s three different versions there’s like the small medium and heavy and this one’s only uh two 70 Max but which is what we were doing which what we’re doing the bar is actually really heavy again like the other bar but it’s fun we’re about to see how fun it actually is oh [Music] man yeah I was so pped at like 6 bro oh my God came in hard for me and I was like uh-oh [Applause] 300 come [Music] uh we got abs and then I’m doing some machine work which is pretty boring so ain’t missing much but first this video right here good Flex it up huh Flex it up no the ABS bro who don’t cares about your biceps I do I want them to be big it’s good it good but anyways that’s it this is the first week back from kind of training so getting in the swinging things but I’ll be showing you guys more we got two more weeks to train in here and then we’re headed up to Squamish so stay tuned for that video but other than that we’re just going to be working out uh on Saturday we’re getting a bunch of people over here to work out have some fun so we’ll put a video out then and we’re getting a pool so we’re going to have some pool parties so so stay tuned for that as well yeah are you going to move that dirt on Saturday is that the workout um you just everyone be like all right the workout is move all that dirt time yeah pretty much and go just like one bucket at a time yeah one handful God no it be   1. I have a RhinoFlex bar (similar concept – plate loadable) and I have done squats, lunges, and bench (but not incline). All not particularly fun, but good to mix up training.
