Dog loving squad members Declan Rice, Anthony Gordon and Conor Gallagher all take on a Crufts agility run, expertly trained by former Britain’s Got Talent winner Ashleigh Buttler. Which player will bond best with their dog as the Arsenal, Chelsea, and Newcastle stars go head-to-head, vying for the Crufts trophy ahead of Euro 2024?

even worse but this is the big one it is England versus crafts the race of agility I might have just made that up on the spot but is time for the dogs to meet the players and hoping to avoid a poor performance we have Declan rice Anthony Gordon and Connor Gallagher in the house I’ve spoken to you about your dogs de question does your dog know any tricks I was just telling ad then to be fair he’s uh my favorite one he does he does know some tricks to be fair only when he gets a treat you say to him hide and he he comes up with his paws and then dips his head down like that and then comes back up and to be fair seeing him do that is uh it’s worthy of a treat shall I say what treat do we go for by the way out when it comes to a trick with yourself tricks for the dogs my dogs do not listen to me at all at all honestly unless I’ve got food they’re not listening to me ever um but they’re good they’re good energy but yeah no tricks deserve a trait anyway yeah they get treats anyway I think that’s why spoil them and apart from a cuddle any tricks for you Connor yeah he’s got a few he’s not he’s not the smartest dog but he um he does he does the basic you know Paws and he can jump up on his back two legs which which is always quite cute but yeah he’s not he’s not the most intelligent well these here have got a few tricks up their proverbial sleeve I think it’s time for the players to meet the dogs and if we kick off Ash who do I have with the red lead here red lead that’s virus was virus but for one day and one day only we have Harry K9 oh oh oh we got nothing absolute might be very naughty today so see and in fact CRS was the last time he ever did agility yeah so last time he ran at CRS and he retired there and he’s coming out of retirement just for you today call The Comeback and name is Sully today Jack grish oh it gets it gets worse it gets worse treat with him go the connection we’re building that is good look at my one though his proper tight it any similarities between growl and greish he’s got good hair a doesn’t have the hind legs could we learn a trick now to help with the bond wait what do I do sorry show her the toy and then you’re just begin the control is unbelievable and we’re off so fast all the dogs want to do it do the weaving pose paes at the end oh that is impressive unbelievable thank you so Lads we’re looking around 15 seconds for that now as an Arsenal fan there’ll be no bias at all so definitely do you want to go first no I want Conor to go first I’ll go first you Conor stepping up to the plate Connor are you over over over [Applause] weave that’s got to be a good score do we think that was quicker or slower than Conor has to be quicker J number two yeah killed me a didn’t yeah that that one but everything [Applause] this is close I think he got eliminated about 20 times on that course think that’s close in it Lads before it’s Trophy presentation time we’ve caught our breath just a word how cool are these dogs by the way so impressive honestly and de when you started you were kind of yeah this will be all right you got into it yeah I know I love it I think I’m going to see him at dog shows from now on it’s really hard so fair play to you what you do thank you and con you stepped up early doors it is a lot of fun when the dog is listening to you and you’re running around the course it is a lot of fun it’s also stressful as well when when they don’t listen to you but um I’m really proud of him to be fair although we come last but he done a done a good job it’s not obviously about times here apart from the fact that it is exactly about time here so in third place could be J round the floors with thir 4 seconds Connie gallager yes thank you in second place controversially 25 seconds but no penalties Anthony Gordon yes and obviously not a single penalty was seen by anybody it is time to present the trophy to the duo of Destiny it is collie Watkins and Declan rise go on congrat what about your dog dog can wait you left her she might come on is she much is yours just as much as mine does she want to come up yes she can go up I’m sorry I didn’t know with you oh okay sorry I thought you said to come on M worthy winners it has to be said because when it comes to a bit of accuracy let’s not get facted in the way of a brilliant competition but it’s safe to say regardless of who won these lads will raise the Woof in Germany that was bad [Music]
