Amanda blooming Hurst Julia Johnson also with us and we pick up Nelly Corda here on the green at number two and Julia just look at the way she has to guide that one away from the hole and watch it take the slope back down towards the cup massive amount of slope on the right side of this screen here at number two that was absolutely beautiful now Nelly to save her par here at the second well back at number two jiny young Co is in the Fairway here the 28-year-old from South Korea and from 119 yards that is Sensational now Charlie Hull out of the rough to here and giving her a a look at birdie here leaving the flag stick in and from 15 feet she drains it so it didn’t look promising off the te got into the deep stuff but controlling her distance out of the rough very well and here Nelly putting for birdie she got a really good read off a nasus putt she knows she doesn’t have to hit this very hard maybe a little bit harder than that and was right at it online made birdie here yesterday settles for par today she’s missed a few short putts so far today really short one for par on number two and then a pretty Gable birdie putt on the last so she’d loved to see this wedge pretty close here give herself an opportunity for birdie that’s well done from just 83 [Applause] yds this is back at three Lydia Co for a birdie a she kept her head down really well does it have enough speed oh really nice left to right Putt and now Megan Kang up at the green third member of the group and this for birdie and she’s the only player putting from below this hole a snuck one in after a few short misses it’s good to see a biry putall pretty similar line here the right center of the [Music] green she hit it far enough into the green I was thinking it might take that little bit of a ridge closer to the pin now Nelly quarter from just outside of 20 ft really good job to get this ho high all the way back here much flatter straighter putt all right first birdie of the day for the world number one fourth of the championship now even par here on her second round but she really only needs to hit this front portion of the green and keep it up the left side don’t even flirt with that water on the right only nine Paces off the right the hole is cut is headed left and might catch one of those bunkers are that rough oh that actually should be pretty good I mean it looked like it really nestled down um but but it is between the two bunkers just looking to kind of throw your hands at this and then let the ball run out let’s see if it gets that hill and keeps going oh man that was just about a yard from being absolutely perfect or even less when you get up to this putt you just have to tell yourself this is a good look this would have been a good wedge shot in stay positive and just try to put a good stroke on it putting back down towards that water should be a little quick two in a row of that just downhill backto back birdies for Nelly cord she birdies this part five for the second day in a row that she you know was an 80 but take away a 10 that was a lot better than that and now we’re seeing the Nelly of old where she has had six wins so far this season par three plays uphill the whole way Hull cut seven Paces on four off five off the right and there’s a little slope off that right that will feed it back towards this hole drawing something in there really nicely a she’s ready to go on a little Nelly esque run of birdies put that in an excellent position what does she have in this it’s not a whole lot she could not have left it in a more perfect spot putting back up this hill a little turkey three in a [Music] row three birdies in succession back to plus eight and one off the current cutline and hit it in that rough initially you really want to give yourself a putt here yeah NASA hadoka did just that and now up a 10 hadoka from the Fairway to the par [Applause] four that’s a good second for the 25y old from Japan oh he called it and she read that really well just from what we could see to me it looked like it was going to break the other way down the hill and it it curved oh really well done from a tricky Fairway bunker walks away with a par now Lydia Co has got to go now she wants to have any hope here 179 yards for her second shot oh very well done that was so good front center and it should be good here oh excellent shot she was staring that down the entire time like you had a great mental image with NASA shot this is on a pretty good line as well go go go oh [Music] no oh my goodness wow wow I think she just might have caught that a little behind the ball it looked pretty good and then just really died she just called a rules official over moved a wire that was in her way she is in the penalty area but had a pretty good stance just caught that a little chunky I mean all things considered she has a bar putt here really needs to give it a run not a whole lot in this directionally good way to come back from a 10 what an incredible up and down save for par it’s got to be a sigh of relief to walk off of 12 with a three so she can go ahead and be a little aggressive should pull back right oh the group some really good putts how yoka just dies it in from 8 feet birdie I barely made it in that last rotation on a slight down slope and has to be aware of this lip in front of her get it up and out of this is the first priority that’s pretty well done there it sounded so solid she even accompanied that with a little Club twirl was a good shot gets it ho high now Megan Kang with her second to the Par Four coming out of that first cut pretty good strike right there there is a false front get it up and over that oh really well done she got a really good read looking well outside right here and it’s pulling right to left the wholeway just about putting the right speed on it and she just did not hit that hard enough [Applause] just like that Jin young Co back at 13 she’s got a birdie run at the par five oh she got one to fall that even look like that might miss on the low side kind of like she’s done all day but Charlie Hull from bunker to Bunker now trying to get up and down oh and that was just judged so well oh to have that release uh she was hitting them and it seemed like the flag stick was knocking him out she’s had more luck today with the flag stick so I’m not nearly as bothered by it good look here for four and that’s a little longer than she wanted but she stru the ball so well today yeah we’ve seen these putts go in for Nelly and that one sneaks in as well that was a must make with two holes to play and that cut line at eight overpar the Space Program pronounce it a little bit differently and here’s Charlie hallo huge sweeping putt for birdie this is judged so well she had to cut that for birdie to get to plus eight right on the cut line it sound like she was going to be able to aim it almost at Megan’s Mark so she had something to putt at that was a really good putt now might not be enough oh really well done bump and run still going to be a knee knocker coming back downhill and breaking left to right Julia what you got here well we should give Jason a mic because he is the best commentator out here uphill right to left he tells Nelly exactly what she needs to [Applause] do and you have to commend her fight today she came out here and this was a a really good round of golf and would have put her in contention had she had a good round yesterday she played some really good golf puted the ball really well it was fun to watch and she’s 100% a fighter but this for birdie to get one back what a finish this would be on the most difficult hole she had a beautiful iron shot left to right oh good way to finish big lift for [Applause] her these last two holes could cost her the weekend here Bogie’s at 17 and 18 to finish at Plus 8 three over on her round today
