hello everyone it’s Matt here from AF golf store Cambridge here to talk to you today about what’s in the bag with us open and defending Champion Windom [Music] Clark so starting at the top end of the bag we have the driver and Windam Clark is using the tsr3 model from Titleist like lots of golfers using the Titleist product he’s playing the three which is generous the slightly lower spinning lower launching model compared to the tsr2 and it’s typically the one the players go into because they want to keep the spin rate down where they generate so much bull speed sometimes spin rates can climb so they’re looking for a nice forward flight from maximum distance it features all the standard titless technical aspects so you’ve got the ATI face you’ve got the weight port at the back you’ve got the sh fit huzzle system so for any golfer highly skilled like Windam or amateur golfer there’s lots of options that we can tweak to dial it in for you so in 3w Windam Clark is using the tailor made qi1 so slightly different model a lots of golfers will like to play the same product throughout the bag so drive a fairway matching a bit like having all their wedges matching but Windam actually has found slightly better performance out of going through into a tailor made product the Q i10s have been hugely successful since their release at the early part of this year and obviously windom’s found a great launch and flight window for him probably for use on the T and attacking those longer par fivs into the iron setup windom’s using the Titus 620 CB product and he has this in 4 through to 99 interestingly like lots of golfers on the tour level not using the set pitching wedge going more into a vokey design product to gain more Spin and control when attacking flags from shorter range in the 620 it features some of the technical aspects that the t- series does so there’s a little bit of tungsten here in the toe to Aid forgiveness in the longer clubs so even a tour level not always striking the ball dead center so he’s just looking for a little bit more forgiveness within the product and playing a product like this which is fully forged traditional Loft at retails 35° obviously hitting great flight and spin numbers so even when he’s 200 100 yards out able to stop five iron six IRS very quickly this is going to give him a lot of control attacking difficult greens at a US Open and at the bottom end of the bag windom’s put the new sm10 wedges in these have been hugely popular both at retail on tour the vogi brand has a huge Heritage and so much trust from all players that use it again from tour level to amateur level so many different designs 23 25 models off the top of my head so lots of grind options lots of Bounce options can get a little bit confusing at times for some people but effectively with all of these different options on the sole it’s either going to help or hinder you with your delivery so coming in for a fitting on wedg is hugely important and obviously something Windam spent a lot of time to perfect himself and finally we have the putter so again Windam a titless brand ambassador same with his fairywood actually not using a Titleist product he’s putting his trust in his Odyssey Putter which he obviously used to great effect last year he’s been using the hugely successful Cruiser range from Odyssey the larger head with more head weight the counterbalance grip helping to create more stability potentially in the past he struggled for a little bit of control and consistency with his poter so going to a much larger stable head has enabled him to shoot up through the rankings had a hugely successful last 18 months winning a couple of times on tour and obviously with that big win with the ai1 poters you’ve got the Versa technology to enable for alignment as well as their variable face insert so depending on where you’re striking it whether you catch it a little bit heel or toe it enables the full speed to stay high so on the lag putting Odyssey have found that this increases proximity to the hole and again has obviously been something that Windam has seen himself so that’s what Windam plays in the bag here at AF golf store we have all of this available to try and more so if you want to come and try the TSR driver the the qi1 Fairway or even the Odyssey Putter range we have it all here please use the link below to book your free custom fitting and we hopefully see you soon
