I'm loving the development in Alc's top-spin backhand. His shot @00:23 has so much more flick on it, he can paint the back-line even as he's rushing in.

De Jong made quite a name for himself, too bad he couldn't hang on to his own service games in the 4th set, too many easy unforced errors. Could have easily won the second set as well.
Not the best sign that he dropped a set to a guy thats 170th in the world

I like De Jong! I discovered him at the beginning of the year at a 250 ATP tournament; he's good! I think he's better on Hard court! He has very good technics but lacks a bit of power! I wish him to continue like this! Courage!

Alcaraz is lightening fast. Few players have the ability to play super quick shots from the baseline and then he tops it with one heck of a drop shot. Gifted player!!

Thats was tough to watch. Lots of bad tennis from Alcaraz in sets 3 and 4. No plan B when his power game doesnt work.
