it’s a short course and Rory macari is your betting favorite what could possibly go wrong welcome to tea time I am Andy for wer talk talk I’m being joined as always by my fellow golf betting expert Nick Borman it’s Canadian open week uh we’ve got a course that we’ve played in 2019 Rory won it uh but just while we’re getting started make sure you guys know that this is a different course that they played the last couple years at the Canadian open they played different courses so when you’re looking at tournament history make sure you understand they are playing on different courses we saw this in 2019 but again they renovated this is this course is going to be different from the last time so we’re here to break it all down for you we’re going to go over some DraftKings Darlings we’ll give you an outright winner finishing position we’ll talk about some players that we think can trip you up but let’s get into this course Nick um this is very different from some of the courses that we’ve seen recently this is a shorty this is a this is a real short one 7100 yards par 70 um it’s Hamilton Golf and Country Club they played this in 2012 and 2019 really beautiful course U they’ve got U they don’t have a ton of videos out there but some of the photos that are out there I mean it it really is spectacular I really like this course um so we talk about the differences between this year and in 2019 you’re not going to see it but the greens are completely different grass they’re going to be a little bit different so that may take a little bit of an adjustment for the players uh these greens are small there’s big slopes and they have mowed a lot around the green so if your approach shots are not accurate the ball is going to roll off and getting up and down scrambling sand saves are going to be key around here if your approaches are not good the bunkers they’ve made pretty pretty pretty difficult a lot of them are severe um with their with the lips kind of hanging over they’re deep so if you hit in the bunker it’s not going to be as easy as some of the other bunkers that we’ve seen recently like last week we saw a lot of pretty easy bunkers these are going to play a little bit more difficult there’s going to be rain early in the week so Monday Tuesday it looks like there’s going to be rain but it’s going to clear up and I think Nick that’s going to make scoring ridiculously easy on Thursday and Friday especially Thursday I think yeah I think Thursday you’re going to see some really really low rounds here so um accuracy off the tea is going to be important um I get the Rory is a betting favorite obviously is the the biggest name in the field I think this is set up for a couple of of the bombers Nick if they’re really accurate off the te if they’re hitting the ball a mile and they’re accurate they’re just going to have wedge after wedge after wedge coming in on these approaches I think we see a really really low score get the win um Ruff can be a little bit penalizing so if you are a bomber and you’re hitting in the rough uh the approaches are going to be a little bit more difficult but again it’s kind of like The Bryson Dean Bo Theory where he was like I would rather be hitting nine iron out of the rough rather than five iron in the Fairway so um that’s my take on this course I think they’re going to shred it I think I think the rain is going to moist up these greens and they’re just going to be throwing darts never forget what Justin Thomas said after PGA Championship he said any course where the greens are soft and receptive we’re going to tear up so what’s your take on Hamilton what’s your take on this course this week Nick first of all apologies for laughing during your uh opening there because I always try not to but you always make me crack up so well done uh you nailed a lot of the changes in the course since we saw it in 2019 pretty well I mean they the the the greens you mentioned the sizing of the greens being small in general they actually about 20% according to pj.com about 20% larger than they were uh in 2019 so they actually made them a little bigger They removed about 16 uh bunkers from the golf course as well um not that that’s a huge deal to these type of guys guys you know that would matter to us but these guys don’t find too many bunkers throughout the whole week and I doubt many of them were ones that would really be uh in play but I think the biggest key as you mentioned is a lot of the the the the green surrounds you know used to be standard first cut and rough now it’s a lot of closely Mo runoff areas which does two things one it allows players to be a little bit more creative when hitting into the greens you know you can you can play for run up shots you can play for you know the left side of um you know not only the green but the Left Bank if you will sometimes and might carry them back onto the green and towards the Hole uh on on on the flip side you also have the runoff areas where if you’re just slightly offline maybe The Fringe would have held you up before uh now you might fall down you know a Swale and be 10 feet below the green and have a much tougher up and down than than before so it is going to be a little different on your approach shots uh as far as driving goes I don’t know I mean I yes Advantage always to the length if you can keep it in the Fairway but I think kind of like we saw last week at Colonial players were putting a premium I mean colonial’s tough right little different track than than this week this is still as far as I’m reading right now rough is expected to be three and a half inches to start the week so that is pretty long so there are players especially guys that aren’t you know great out of the rough or don’t have a lot of the strength are going to put a premium hit in the Fairway and they may dial it back off the te as needed with you know three wood fivewood whatever it may be um so it be interesting to see how that plays as well but those are are the main differences uh this year to last year you mentioned the greens being resurfaced it used to be a mix of Ben grass and poana now it’s just Ben grass doesn’t really matter to uh to to you know guys like us but these guys you know those balls balls react a little differently especially in the afternoon po greens tend to become very bumpy uh later in the afternoon versus bass stayes pretty smooth throughout so interesting to note but you know I kind of look still like I did LA last week at Colonial I’ll still say you know a lot of the sight lines are the same um the comfortability of players that have played here before will still be there it’s just there’s subtle changes that they’re going to have to um get used to I guess is is the best you can say but you know a couple days there in advance on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday to get to get ready I’m sure they’ll be they’ll be comfortable by the time they tee off on Thursday um but otherwise weather there there isn’t any weather this week it looks freaking beautiful so low 70s no wind no rain you’re right Andy this should be a a much lower scoring tournament than we saw last week at Colonial yeah I think minus 20 is well within play uh for the conditions and the and the setup this week I think someone goes really really on this one so I would I’ll even venture to say we see a minus 8 on Thursday maybe a minus 9 it just it couldn’t set up more perfect on there I think think someone gets out and goes really really low on that one so uh let’s take a look at the uh total Strokes gained chart um last week’s winter did not appear on the top 10 total Strokes gained Nick so uh but let’s take a look at uh see who’s been playing well over the last 12 months six months and three months and let’s see what we can decipher from this one uh a couple good notable names below that they did make the top 10 but uh names that we should keep our eye on so what’s your takeaway from this chart this week Davis Riley last week was not in the top 10 Andy no he uh in fact there was 132 players in the field he ranked 103d of the 132 players The Strokes gained over the previous 12 months but he had kind of warmed up a little bit over the last three months but it was really a bluke winner 350 to one this week no surprises here on the list uh one thing I want I’ll flip back to last week even though the winner wasn’t there you look at the next top 10 and that uh where that finishing was and I think it was all of the top 10 so it still is a good indicator as to who should probably play well over the course of of four days but this week of course Rory is gonna be Leading The Way by a by a wide margin and that’s why you see him at you know four to1 is his best number out there at the books uh Fleetwood he actually lost in a playoff last last year in this Tournament of course as you mentioned Andy was a different different course when they played it but he’s second on the list although if you look at his Strokes gain numbers over the 12 six and three months they the 12 months is number two in the field and six and three months really hasn’t fallen off that much but I was kind of surprised by that I really haven’t heard or seen much from Tommy Fleetwood as of late so I don’t I’m a little like like where I don’t understand where those numbers came from because I thought it would have dropped off a lot further just because I haven’t I guess I just haven’t been paying attention maybe he’s finishing 30th every week and it’s just enough to keep his number where it is but I was a little surprised to see Tommy food’s number kind of staying up over the last six and three months the ones I was not surprised I think the two hottest guys in this field besides Rory are right here on this screen tagala who’s been phenomenal this year uh he doesn’t have a win of course but he’s got a ton of top 10 in very very strong fields and then norin might be the most consistent call it hot streaky player that without a win right now he’s got eight straight top 25s coming in uh 41 years old so he’s like you know right at that golf’s a weird sport right he’s like kind of right in that Prime of his of his career um I don’t know if he’ll have enough to get to the win but this is probably the field where he could but very very consistent as of late Adam Scott I it just he plays like once a month yet he he never has a bad tournament he really just doesn’t he just even last week he still finished uh very very well as best of the year I think it was Ty for 12 um at Colonial so surprising there as well Tom Kim you’ve mentioned him I think all year Andy as a guy that you have been trying to fade not touch and the graphic clearly shows that’s been a good move for you same with Sam Burns who’s clearly fallen off the rails here and then I threw a couple notables on uh AE batia has been playing very well had that earlier win this this season already and then the bottom name is a g that uh gared some attention last week and really has been the last few weeks if you’ve been paying attention MC Messner um there’s not much to say about him he’s coming off a t a fifth place finish last week he’s got three top 12 finishes I think it is in his last five starts so he is a rookie he is coming alive very very strong he’s they got 101 out there on him to win at bet 365 but there’s a ton of good value uh on him in top 20 top 10 markets as well and he’s playing very very well so this is your top 10 again over the last 12 months this list does change as if you look at shorter Windows of six months and three months but um it has proven I keep track of 12 months six months and three months and where the wi correlation is and 12 months has been the one uh that’s been the most consistent and predicting winners and you can see that up at the top we 59 of the last 108 so basically h a more than half of the tour winners since 2022 have been in this top 10 over the previous 12 months so I’m going to keep sticking with this graphic until uh you know it begs to be changed because the numbers suggest otherwise but that is your list for this week I’m not not giving away all my trade secrets I’m just saying that couple of the non-d domestics have Alex norin versus Sam Burns as one of their matchups and that is so right up by Al I mean oh my God that is beautiful that is everything 200 he’s a he is not he is not uh it’s it’s a very reasonable price so uh I like I said I’m not g to give away all my plays but I’m just telling you that one has my intention it’s everything I like I get a super consistent under the radar player that really only the true golf fans know what kind of year he’s playing going up against a guy who uh fade the baby Theory who’s sporadic and who’s been just downright terrible at times uh this year so uh uh shout out to everyone uh in the in the um comment section leave us a comment tell us who you like this week um tell us if tell us if you’re going Canadian this week we we’re we’re going to talk about this here in just a second it’s Canadian open do people flock to the Canadian golfers it is that a mistake so uh but hit the like button and make sure you subscribe to the wager talk YouTube channel tons of free videos every single day videos for uh MLB games and of course we’re breaking down the last few games of the season for the NBA final and the NHL so make sure you hit the like button and hit the Subscribe if you’ve not already uh we’re doing a great job we’re adding so many subscribers and we really really appreciate it and hope you’re enjoying the gambling content I do have to shout out uh last week we asked people to put uh B bad beats in the comments section jeante brought up uh the Colts money line ver versus the Houston Texans last week of the 2022 23 season when Lovey Smith decided he wanted to go out with a bang Joe reri I’m sure you remember that one when lovey tanks the number one pick for Houston that was that was an iconic bad beat so H shout out to that one um and shout out to Shan and Rob uh Barry and King and all you guys in the comments section so uh Nick let’s take a look at some players that can trip you up here and this is this is the section where I I’m actually going to ask you first do you put an emphasis on Canadian players at the Canadian open I I don’t well until last year it made sense not to of course Taylor W and you know Adam hadwin got tackled like a linebacker on the butting green which is cool um no not usually but I will say this because there’s more of them right of course everybody knows the big five let’s call them but there’s more of them in the field so the chances just the sheer number suggests that all right somebody’s going to have a decent week and somebody’s going to finish in the top five top 10 so for that Avenue alone Maybe you look at a top five time of time try to find the Canadian or two that might play well because one of them’s going to but otherwise just a normal betting I wouldn’t say oh because he’s Canadian I’m gonna take this guy in a match up over whoever No but somebody will have a good way just because there’s more absolutely well we’ll start with players that can trip you up this is our segment where I look at players that I think a lot of betters are going to be betting on and I’m just warning you I think they can disappoint I’m going to start with Shane Lowry coming off a sixth place finish at the PGA Championship but make no mistake that was the result of his insane third round where he shot minus n long birdie putt after long birdie putt after long birdie Putt and this was a guy that was horrific at putting and that’s not my words like he was even saying how bad his putting was going into that tournament so what happened after that big day putting wasn’t very good the next day I think he’s overvalued here as the fourth highest betting favorite his T to Green numbers have been really good but I think we’re getting a really inflated number here because of one outstanding day putting outside of that minus n round he was only minus five the other three rounds combined of the PJ Championship so it wasn’t like he was consistently good so whenever someone plays out of their mind for one round I I think it’s a fade opportunity so um I’m not sure if I want to fade him in head-to-head matchups because it’s it is kind of a watered down field but I would lower expectations for Shane Lowry I don’t think he’s is a top five player this week and that’s how he’s priced we mentioned him Nick Taylor I think people are going to want to bet on the defending champion of the Canadian open because he is Canadian but this is a different course and Taylor does not have any top 40 finishes in his last five tournaments his ta to Green numbers are below average around the green Strokes gained are minus 0.29 and as we talked about all the runoff around the green that’s a stat I’m paying attention to if you’re not good around the green that can be a real problem this week so um I just I just think people’s going to be on him because of the Canadian open the defending champion and I think it’s a little bit of lazy handicapping I will not be betting on him he’s priced as a top 20 golfer I will not even bet on him to finish in the top 20 this week and finally Cameron young is a guy that I struggled to bet on I can’t even remember the last time I had a bet on this guy he has some top 10 finishes earlier in the season but his last three finishes are 63rd 34th and 62nd his approach numbers are really bad recently around the green numbers aren’t that good and he’s a bomber he can hit the ball a mile but it doesn’t mean that he can get the ball into the correct birdie positions and he’s priced as a top six golfer I just don’t think he has a short game to go really low and I think you’re going to have to go really low this week over four rounds I I I don’t think he’s a top 10 golfer this week his length is one thing but your short game approaches have to be on point um we’ve talked about guys that struggle like Wills alores is the classic one where he plays great on the hard courses but when it’s a birdie Fest he really struggles with that John Ron was really open when he was when he used to be good at golf on the PGA tour he hated the birdie Fest was because that comes down to a putting contest um so Cameron young kind of uh fits in that mold for me I don’t think this is a course that sets up well for him so Shane Lowry Nick Taylor and Cameron young are three players that this week I think can trip you up uh Nick we’re coming offing still can’t believe Davis Riley won the tournament last week that was not on anybody’s betting card shout out if you had that one but like you said a guy outside the top 100 is pretty crazy so uh this is a really betable tournament for me I love uh this course I love that we haven’t played it a few years I think we can take a lot away from some of the current form but tell everyone what you have up plays wise I know you’re already kicking you know what in MLS uh it’s one of your it’s one of your bread and but butter Sports it’s so cool see you’re already uh turning profits for everyone so tell everyone what you have up at wagertalk.com yeah mess has been rolling another three i’ had one push so not quite I guess that doesn’t count as a sweet but no losses this past weekend uh up over 30 units on this 2024 2024 season excuse me already we have a midweek card Wednesday night MLS action this week Andy so double dipping uh Wednesday and then again of course on the weekend uh Wednesday card is up as of s Tuesday evening and then uh this week’s PGA Tour card been doing a digital download which includes a bunch of live ads throughout the week matchup suggestions and things like that plus uh official plays available on my page at wager talk as well um and otherwise this European soccer quiet now it’s over for the season minus the Champions League final this upcoming weekend so that will take a little bit of a break until the summer tournaments with the euros and the Copa America coming in a couple weeks time but until then it’s just MLS and golf for me and both are available right now on my page love it actually love this time of year I I feel like there’s a lot of sports that uh like you and I specialize in where we get to thrive this year and it’s just you know there’s not like a million Sports going on where you know everything is kind of on the back burner uh this is where you can really really do some damage in some sports that not a lot of people are paying attention to so I love this time of year let’s talk about an outright winner Rory is obviously the the biggest name in the field but you’ve got your eye on someone else who do you think is worth a sprinkle here to win this week yeah hopefully we’ll do better than last week uh Harris English missed the cut of course as my suggestion last week and the Shambo the following week was runner up so hopefully we get closer to the D Shambo side uh this week and I’ve mentioned him one before uh once before this year as an outright play I’m going back to him here it’s dalala I mentioned him as the in The Strokes gain graphic as we talked about listen obviously Rory’s betting favor for good reason and unless you’re putting all your eggs in that basket theala is not too far behind as far as current form goes and a guy that is a winner now uh and is proving to be in contention in some of the biggest tournaments if you look at his numbers this year I mean they’re they’re impressive for a guy that you know I really don’t know at this point yet with the casual golf fan knows about the gala the more and more he plays the more and more he’s up in the leaderboard the more and more they show him on you know the weekends I guess they’re starting to learn who he is but he ranks fifth Andy this year in total Strokes game uh his putter has been great I mean most of it’s because of his putter he ranks fourth in Strokes game putting this year his only weakness is the one you mentioned as as as a possible issue this week is around the greens but he he is in the top 25 in both Strokes gained off the T and approach the guy hits hits the ball well he putts well just if he misses a greens he tends to struggle a little bit more than average um but overall very very strong and you look at some of his results this year he’s got six top 12 finishes he had a runner up at the Sentry and the RBC Heritage both Signature Events he also had a solo fifth at the waist Management Phoenix Open tie for six at the Arnold Palmer tie for Ninth at the players and then he’s coming off a tie for 12th in his last start at the PGA Championship he did not play last week so you’re talking about tough courses you’re talking about obviously very very deep Fields because you’re you’re looking at Majors you’re looking at Signature Events so you come to this week which presents much weaker as far as the field goes and you just have to feel as long as he plays his game he’s gonna be in the mix again on Sunday he’s going to be there and give us a chance and again when you’re about out right that’s all you’re looking for 20 to1 is a number that’s out there available right now from a couple books I think is great value on theal and I think he’ll give us a good chance to cat that uh when it’s all s and done on Sunday I love his attitude he’s he’s got a really unique attitude uh towards the game if you listen to him in some of his interviews he’s very thoughtful and he he kind of looks at some of the situations very different so I find him an intriguing guy I’m glad he’s gonna be in our I’m glad he’s gonna be in our golf lives for a long while I think he’s gonna add some really really unique you know he’s he I think he could eventually be a real character on tour her uh we’re always looking for you know unique personalities and such and I I think I think he’s one of them so I really enjoy having him around uh let’s take a look at some Draft Kings Darlings here uh some surprise names uh Taylor Moore really hurt my feelings last week Nick him and English did a did us no favors on that one but they’re DraftKings Darlings for a reason they’re very low priced guys at DFS Taylor mois streak of making Cuts came to an end so let’s take a look at who we like this week I can’t believe Gary Woodland is now a guy that you can bet on and a guy that you can put in your DFS lineups uh shout out to him man after coming back from brain surgery it’s a guy who’s made the cut in three straight tournaments and in a watered down kind of weak field I think he can make the cut again in the last 30 days has around the green numbers are horrific but his putting is like through the roof so I’m hoping we can get kind of a meet in the middle somewhere and just get some weekend points from Gary Woodland but he’s been making the cut at at tougher Fields than this one so 6,200 no brainer for me on that one uh no pun intended there uh sh P at hor sorry that that was bad bad bad joke but too funny La uh sh Kim at 6800 uh this guy that’s made the cut in um eight straight tournament and he’s not going to get you a bunch of upside like I don’t expect sh Kim to be pushing for top 10 finish here but his putting and driving numbers are really good the last month again weak field I don’t understand why he’s priced so low but it’s great value it’s a solid DFS option because it frees up some money for some more expensive guys then finally Adam Fenson 7,300 we used him last week he delivered 24th Place finish and that’s now seven made Cuts in a row putting is bad but his approach numbers are really really great he doesn’t drive the ball that far but that’s not really required for this course especially at a low price where we’re just trying to get a guy to make the cut and give us a top 40 maybe top 30 finish so we’re going to keep writing fencing to keep making cuts um uh if I can get Taylor Moore back and uh I keep getting Adam Fenson those are two guys that’ll probably be in my lineups every week because it frees up a bunch of money so if you want the full lineup that I have just go to my profile page Andy Lang wagertalk.com we’ve got a free digital download article where you can read the writeups on the players that trip you up you can read the rest rest of my DraftKings Darlings lineup we’ve got a course preview as well normally I break down my top three favorite holes on the golf course but with renovating we haven’t seen this course in a while I couldn’t pick three of them so but there is a link to one of the digital flyovers of the course um on that so just go to Andy Lang wagertalk.com I’ve got my best bet up as well up in golf we had another winning week last week we just keep bringing in the units number one at wager talk this year in units gained I was saying I was telling Nick earlier they’re they’re putting up the individual round scores and those have been an absolute Money Maker the last three weeks we’ve turned a profit in all those so when you get the golf pack in the best bet you’re going to get all of those plays throughout the week as long as they keep putting them up we’ve had really really good success with those and that was another nice source of income uh coming in to help build the bank roll so if you want to grab that number one at golf never had a golf losing season since uh being at wager talk very proud about that and looking forward to a really good battle ball tournament this week at the Canadian open let’s take a look at a top finishing position and uh this is this is a name that popped up and uh on the the chart that we talked about earlier total Strokes gain so let’s let’s make some use of that CH Nick let’s talk about AE batia nice price on the top 20 here yeah and very predictable for Mandy to give out a Canadian in his DraftKings Darlings for the uh Canadian open there andy well done uh I joke of course uh yeah AE batia is a name again kind of like tagala where you know if you’re paying attention you know who he is if you’re not you’re like I don’t even know how to say his name right so baa presents really as a feast or famine type player for me but he tends to do his most damage in these weaker Fields uh you go back to the worldwide Tech Championship last November batia has nine finishes inside the top 20 including that win at the Vero Texas open his other nine starts include six Miss cut so it’s possible we know the outcome of our bet before the weekend hopefully not because that would be a bad sign but still that’s a 50% win rate nine top 20s out of 18 as starts and at better than two to one odds this week I mean we would have a nice profit obviously if we were betting him to do that every single time he teed it up still batia despite you know those miscuts he still ranks 12th Andy in total Strokes gain this season thanks to strong iron game he comes in at 14th and strokes gained approach maybe I’m putting too many in the basket of short game is not great that’s his weakness too uh but his putting is is respectable at 35th this season and you mentioned um about you know the low round guy like Shane Lowry and not you know riding a low low round guy too much well I look at batia as the opposite and not necessarily for an outright winner but for a leaderboard type of play batia is known for that ridiculously low low round right he rode that opening round 63 to victory at the Valero Texas open in a field that did include Rory maroy and to be honest that field kind of very similar to this week’s field I think for him to catch a top 20 he just needs one low round and he does that often and and you know if it was betting an outright or betting a matchup I’d be a little bit more concerned but when you’re just trying to get up there in that top 20 kind of a market all you do really need is one low round to get into that market or to get into that finish so I think that could do it for him he might not need it but at two to one considering he’s down to 50% of the time you know over the last uh I guess we’re at seven months now now I’m going to ride it uh and it looks like every book out there is is kind of in that neighborhood and I as I always do like to say if you can find a book or have availability to a book that that pays out on pay in full in ties play that because again sometimes you’re losing 30 cents 40 cents to the number but it is worth it especially in in a guy like Patia where he might finish TI for 18th and there’s six guys finishing TI for 18th well that’s a big difference to get that full payout versus getting less than half so keep that in mind when you’re betting these leaderboard bets but I like batia uh better than two to one this weekend to be somewhere in that first or second page of leaderboard I I say this every time about batia Nick um I whenever I see the size of his arms I can’t believe how far he hits a golf ball it just it blows I think my 5-year-old has bigger arms than he does it’s it’s amazing I I mean that’s actually flattering that’s actually a flattering picture yeah you can see a little bit of ripples there shout out to batia man um real quick before we go uh once again guys please hit the like button and leave us a comment tell you who you like uh this week of the Canadian open by the way if you haven’t watched the Canadian open the crowds are always like fantastic always like a top like five outside of the majors and maybe even in the majors it’s top five crowd like it’s a party like it’s it’s pretty cool um I mean like it like you said last year Nick Taylor hits the bomb uh to win a security guard tackle Adam hadwin trying to come on you gotta YouTube you haven’t seen it you gotta YouTube it it’s great yeah it it is worth it because in true Canadian fashion they just kind of immediately forget about it go on with their partying like they’re always happy like you done that to done that to somebody else uh it would have gone bad um so real quick before we go I have to ask you about Scotty sheffler I had a parlay with him in the top 10 he gets there easily doesn’t win because Davis Riley has you know the the tournament of his life but when you watch sheffler um you can see some tension going on there he snapped at his caddy a couple times uh some really uh shocking shots and so you’re like oh maybe he’s down and then there he is in second place cashing all your top 10 and top five plays are we is are we seeing is it just Scotty sheffler is fine and he’s dealing with this because like we’re seeing some really weird things from him on the course last but then he still ends up there right near the top in both of these what’s your take on Sheffer do we just keep playing him as we have been he keeps cashing these top fives and these top 10 I I think so as far as top five and top 20 because he’s showing that what is his first overpar rounds all year and he’s still finishing in the top five right he another triple bogey this week in the I think it was the second round um so despite all that he still gets up there on the leaderboard honestly this may sound you know just like a copout if you will but I want to say a lot of this may have something to do with his new fatherhood I mean honestly that first month or two of a newborn is rough dude you don’t get any sleep it just throws out your whole everything your whole rout I mean these golfers are all routine right you get them a little out of routine but he is good enough to like where other guys would miss the cut right or just finish dead last in the in the field if they do make the cut he is good enough to overcome that to still finish top five top 10 I’m not saying that’s exactly what it is but I bet it plays a part in this you you go into these tournaments tired your B I mean golf is a game where it’s different every day because your body’s different every day like what’ you do what’ you do yesterday what did you do before you chop wood I mean nobody’s chopping wood here on tour but you get my point right so it depends what you do you’re at and I think that could be a factor and maybe that’s a little bit why he’s a little short fused it gets really annoying really quickly and you get woken up at 2 am 4 amm 5 amm 8 amm like it’s just it you know you’re G to snap on somebody and that’s okay but I the long R I think he’s fine I think just fine I think he continue to bet him as far as the leaderboard markets go it was it was strange because like I said I had him in a 4% parlay uh to make the top 10 and he gets that triple bogey and I’m like he’s it’s over it’s over we’re he’s shot 900 under or 8 under no 700 s huge Colonial yeah huge yeah yeah so I I you know as nervous as I was I things are just going to get better for him this incident with police is going to blow over it looks like probably probably probably sooner rather than later now that the videos come out and some things are not what they seem um and yeah like you said the first month is toughest and we’re almost he almost a month through it so I mean like you said the the the talent of this guy to to have a triple bogy snapping his caddy then all sudden he’s in second place cashing all the bets I still think he’s a beted on um and we could put that picture show can can you imagine like in 10 15 years when Scotty Sheffer has like 14 majors and that picture’s still around you’re like what happened then so yeah what but what happened on that one so I’m still going to be betting on him I’m not going to be scared I know the books are giving us you know big numbers on it but we still get these minus 300s on him to finish top 10 I’ll parlay it with something and keep riding it for the rest of the season so you know you don’t get too many of those opportunities throughout the season to just keep hitting the same thing over and over and over again so uh I’m not going to be scared of it so all right that is going to do it for us like I said if you have a chance to watch this uh it is a party especially towards the end of the day like if you can’t watch it in the middle of the day that’s one thing wait till the end of the day when the party really really gets going uh the course is set up beautiful uh freshly renovated uh pretty good field uh and always going to be a good good viewing experience for everybody so hit the like button leave us a comment and we will be back next week to break down another golf event get you ready to turn a profit on tea time good luck on your bets we’ll see you next week

  2. Good stuff Gents. Believe it or not in 2019 this Course played +2 over 4rnds. In which it made it one of the Hardest Non Major Courses in 2019. Now clearly Rory went nuts. And others reached -15. This week the weather will be much more tame than they were 2019. Again this is based Relative to the Field difficulty. This year i think it will reach around -18 or -19. With that said. My outright is Sahith Theegala. Alex Noren. My sleepers are Kelly Kraft, Svensson, & My Canadian is Ben Silverman.

  3. Like The Theegala Pick. Its mine as well as i said up top. I dont think Fleetwood and Lowry can make enough upside if this reaches -17 or above. IMO.
