the pros who try and keep the club more out like this the reason why they make it work is you’ll see a move at the top you’ll see this and then a shallowing think of Ricky Fowler as a very pronounced example out and then shallow and then he’s here you don’t have to do that it doesn’t have any value because you have to time that you have to figure out when you’re going to do this I’d rather just say let’s not let’s just start there start here bring it back to takeaway there I am just swing to the top cheat code almost shouldn’t have said that on live TV

  1. Mr Saguto- When you do that, won’t that show up as taking the club path inside? The reason I ask is that when using an app “golf fix” that assess swing, I see “path inside plane” error. However, when I follow your instruction I generally strike the ball better. Actually strike it like crispy chicken.

  2. my trick is to use chest to push out, hands even slower, check the direction of the club in the middle and left shoulder when finish

  3. The demonstration of the shallowing could be shown better… No offence but the video is a bit wishy-washy…

  4. Awesome tip Tom, sometimes I just start from the release and I take the club back and swing to feel exactly that release again and avoid thinking too much in the backswing. If that makes sense 😂

  5. I love this guy. He’s so good. Just a great guy. This guy will be my coach if he’s in my area. No question about it. He’s totally my style. I have ADD and getting to the point is what I need. Great job!

  6. Great tip! I do this, rotation of the shoulders, arms all in unison. The less movement to time the better.

  7. G'day Tom 🇦🇺, just dropped in to tell you my son and i AGAIN, got our swings soooo crispy after putting into action, your "not being scared to not go straight back/allow the club to get "behind" us a bit, and just connect it all with the dipping of the left shoulder under chin. 💪👍.
Could i ask one question? Which part of my right hand do you put your grip pressure into?? I'm soooo paranoid about my right hand/arm trying to "take over", I've been barely holding onto the club with it. It is near "coming along for a free ride"- but i doubt that is correct?? Is it the underside of your thumb and middle two fingers? Or is it thumb and trigger (or is it middle two with a smidge less thumb And trigger??).
I'm forever your willing apprentice, master golf sensai (i now bow before you, my wedge in hands, as my "offering" for you to briefly tell me where pressure and how much, in my right hand. My left im pretty much squeezing with my last three fingers and keeping the squeeze right thru, like my grip is the handle on bucket of crispy KFC and a a dude is approaching my table, with eyes on my chicken and drool on his lips 😆. Yes, fairly tight! ✅😆🤣💪

  8. keeping it simple! Now add early wrist angle (hinge) set (mostly set by shaft parallel/knee high) and the rest can have quiet arms/hands.

  9. Whew 😅. Thank God! This extra move made me lose my swing. I gave it up last week. I’m glad it’s really not necessary 😅

  10. That works for me when I struggle. A go to swing. But direction suffers. It helps me get back in the groove.
