it was a heck of a show two top five players in the world in that final group today and you birdie 8 and n and you’re tied as you make the turn you play the next sixfold six underpar what was the difference for you in that back and eye I don’t know I mean I you know that putt on 10 was hu or the the putts on 8 and N were huge the putt on 10 was huge um the two parves on 11 and 12 you know PR on 13 I just I I I really got my eye in with the putter um missed that birdie putt on seven and then from then on um 1. 8 1. n 1. 10 1 11 1 12 1 13 1 14 don’t have to put on 15 so I think uh you know I just I I kept hitting good shots I kept you know even when I missed I missed it in the right spots was able to get up and down and then you know took advantage of of some of the good shots that I that I did hit what confidence did you gain here this week um yeah I you know I felt coming into this week that I had I’d gotten some confidence from um from the Zur and and winning with Shane there I felt like my game and my golf swing was sort of coming into the shape I wanted it to and uh you know this week was just a continuation of what I saw at the weekend there um so yeah you know confidence is high you know it’s a great time of the year to start playing well going into the bulk of the season and you know excited to go back to venue next week that I’ve had success out as well and you also you talked about your putter too when your putter is going and it matches up with what you’re doing off for Te do you feel like you’re you’re the best out there um well one of the best you know I’d say Scotty sheffer’s you know he would have something to say about that at the minute but um yeah I you know I I know what I’m capable of and whenever I I’m firing in all cylinders this is what I can produce and um I seem to be able to produce it at this golf course easier than some others but uh yeah you know it was a great week and and as you said you know a big confidence Builder going into the next major of the Season all right four time winner here your member here uh the city of Charlotte has seem to really adopted you is is their G what does this club what does this city mean to you now uh it means an awful lot I feel like it’s Where it All Began from a PJ tour perspective for me um you know getting my win here in 2010 um you know Johnny Harris uh was the first you know who’s the chairman of the club here he was the first person to bring me to Augusta National before my first Masters in 2009 so I’ve always had a great connection with with Quail Hollow uh and you know because of because of that and because I’ve come back every year I’ve I’ve sort of you know got this great connection with the city of Charlotte and the people that come out and and and watch and you know the support I get here is absolutely incredible and you just a pleasure to be able to play in front of um all that support this weekend great win on a great course we’ll see you next week 26 time winner on the pj2 at Roy maor
