rpy standing right out in front then a late shove by D’Angelo well if there’s one thing that’s almost guaranteed when Matt rampe plays a game it’s things like this and also if he is on home ice it is the crowd cheering for him like this all right how about this shift from 73 blue Ry they’re chanting his name the Rangers fans who are cheering him on as they always do after a couple of games out of the lineup as a healthy SC rch the big kid got back at it for the New York Rangers as they look to finish off the Carolina Hurricanes in game five on H mice what’s crazy though is how mad rampe and the effect he has repe Mania is very real and from his first shift on the ice you could literally hear the Matt repe effect the home crowd was here cheering this kid on like no other player and what’s even better is he played a really good shift to start off the game I had a lot of Ranger fans out to me today thinking whether they should play him or not I said hell yeah they should be playing him for a good reason because he’s a good hockey player R has they’re chanting his name here he goes watch this Play Chip Chase just trust him that he can get out there and be responsible defensively but here’s what he does well there he’s in on the for check a big body he knows closeup low to high all the way to the dman back to the point now where does he go straight to the front of the net he follows the puck around and what does he do again doesn’t give it away rempy watch this play Boom nice little roll off right here solid work getting the puck out of his Zone and spending time in the offensive zone protecting the puug and grinding it out exactly what you want to see from the fourth line however after a scoreless first for the canes and Rangers where rampe got into it after a shot from a players the Rangers hate in D’Angelo the blue shirts would actually find the back of the net short-handed as trouba comes up the ice here on a Carolina power play and doesn’t try to force a pass on the two-on-one but rather just fires it Far Side a great two-on-one decision by the Rangers captain that got them the lead and Carolina was now desperate for a goal it would take them a while to finally break through in this game but when they did in the third it would be quite a storm as it would be Kane’s Captain stall who pulled an absolutely beautiful move to his backhand to get the game even and then shortly thereafter K net saw finished off this rebound and the bird C was back he knew this was a big one and the canes added to their lead off this Mar hook shot to give them some breathing room and then they ice the game with an empty n to survive elimination once again now the Rangers need to increase their urgency definitely in game six in Carolina and win there because you obviously want to avoid a game seven if you’re a team that has had a three to nothing lead in the series we’ll see you reverse sweep is never likely but the canes just might be on the right track to do it this year they just need to take it one game at a time meanwhile the Rangers may need to pull some more strings we’ll see if ree is in the lineup for game six I do think he should be but you know when he’s on the ice it’ll be an interesting one to watch over and out

The only people that think Rempe is intimidating, are Ranger fans. Nobody is afraid of him. He hasn't dominated any fight that I've seen him in this season. Even little Tony DeAngelo took a swing at him. He takes stupid penalties and plays about 5 minutes per night. The Rangers have better options than this guy.
