wind trying to switch around going from helping to almost left to right and trying to hurt it’s going to be tough to get it close to this tuck toe location coming in with a six iron but how softly did party yes just enough last week third place was 13 shots behind second right now we’ve got eight player separated by just a single shot well we saw the ball of Gabby Ruffles over on the 11th T here is her third shot from there I mean it’s it’s on the short grage she’s got some green to work with and how about this I mean we’ve got what four players tied at the top and three more at 10 under let’s see what Hannah does here with her [Applause] third wow what a shot looks like the wind’s picking up a little bit making this course a little bit tougher probably firming up a little bit as well just remember them with braces on you know but this is incredible how she’s been playing this year her swing her putting everything is just so well-rounded um and just handling the spotlight so well it’s really fun to watch here’s Hannah for birdie okay so she goes back to 12 under Nelly’s got the short putt for birdie to Tire you have to be on at all times you have to be performing well at all times you know signing off autra it’s the things that you don’t see on TV you know she probably spends an extra hour after her round signing autographs and it was windy and raining the last thing you want to do is be out there signing autographs but she signs every single one so it’s just that those little things definitely take a toll on you physically and emotionally as well oh Morgan third shot for ccho at 12 yeah off a downhill lie out of thick rough short sided what a shot she did such a wonderful job keeping her weight on on her front foot food away now for a birdie at 13 get to within one of the lead yeah and so often she’s had a chance on Sunday but hasn’t been able to convert maybe today will be different but it’s going to be difficult look at the Players she’s going to have to beat cupo could well be in trouble but see how close she can hit it with a sand s wedge from 92 oh this all over it spin back oh yeah good chance she loves his little shots these little pitch and runs he’s going to love the result and that should take now to 13 under the par yeah you kind of have to just have wipe the misses out of your brain and just start thinking bottom of the cup from this point forward it’s going to be a fight down the stretch that was really [Applause] good Hann as a remember it’s Shady Oaks now in Fort Worth Texas short birdie part here for Nelly to uh stay tied okay 13 on the par is the lead as they head to that short picturesque 14th hole 154 yd to the hole wind helping a little bit left to right definitely don’t want to mess with the right side too much here of the green oh so good so good going right at it is always a good play little bit of an up slope here K just a little bit sending this very High trying to draw it back towards the hole yeah looks to be close in h green we’ll see that angle might [Applause] be giving us a full sense there but still very very impressive those two players got it so Hannah green moves to 14 underp par leads by one here in the final round of the missou America’s open going for her third victory of the Season got it I think that’s been a big difference this year for Nelly she’s been so solid with the pter you can’t do what she has done without that club working and it’s look so much better in 2024 cupo for birdie at 16 confidence builder for cup cho don’t you think Morgan ultimately iaka F away at the 16th for birdie uphill breaking to her left be aggressive with this one and it goes in after the chance to win had slipped away you can kind of see that in her reaction yeah maybe not don’t know all right Hannah green long birdie at 16 yeah a roller coaster ride of a putt 45 ft right to left and boy that was really good control that was a very important pot right there especially with Nelly not in particularly tight here really wonderfully judged lag there K Nelly quter aiming just left of the right Fairway bunker 250 to that bunker into the wind oh she’s hitting it at it with a little draw reaction would be that she’s somewhat concerned and she’s scoots by another bunker remember that happened at the 15th wow oh good good she just Clips those chip so nicely and it’s a matter of whether her Club is perfectly squared impact or if it’s a teeny bit closed or open open or whether she reads the break right and now Nelly the short one to stay tied for the lead good work yeah another great finish in store on the LPGA T oh she’s pulled this one this may reach the bunker if she gets the turbo kick she’s gotten all day uhoh the future is now for these two tied at the top Nelly in the Fairway Hannah in the rough and Hannah goes first yeah this is going to take a lot of stability to to kind of squat down stay in her posture ball below her feet has an adarn in her hand 140 to the front no caught that thin look like the club just completely turned over in that rough there K it was so thick yeah that’s that was always the danger not keeping that face Square through impact she is shortsighted she’s left of the front left bunker and might have a chance of getting this relatively close to the hole with just a pitching wedge pushed it to Tad yeah that’s exactly what she needed to do with Hannah in trouble here this is what Hannah green faces with Nelly on on the Green in regulation and Morgan this is an instance where I think she would have been better off being in the bunker um she’d gotten down into the flat of the bunker could have spun a shot out again lie not perfect but it’s okay A little bit of an uphill lie ball just slightly below her feet again once the ball lands on the green she’s going to deal with some left to right break and needs to get it up a little sale up to that level that the holes on to have a reasonable chance at par wow that sat down that down so quickly she just didn’t get it up that Swale that you were talking about there k i me still has a chance for par was a good looking shot [Music] [Applause] wow all in all a very good effort there I would say she definitely learned a little bit from gian’s putt didn’t maybe give it quite as much Pace as she would have otherwise but now putting all the pressure on Hannah to tie smart play there right back to the 18th if this drops if not it’s win number six for Nelly and Empire grows for Nelly Cor win number six in 2024 in the shadow of the Big Apple it’s just crazy to think of what Nelly has accomplished so far this season and we’re still still in May and it’s I feel bad for Hannah who has really given it her all today and here just a poor t- shot tough second shot I mean that’s going to definitely hurt for her to be in this position going up against Nelly All Eyes On Nelly it’s definitely a let down here for Hannah six wins and eight starts wasn’t always perfect hasn’t been during this incredible run but enough when she really had to do it she did a one underpar 71 and she out out last Hanah Green in this Clash of top 10 Titans
