This shows how great and deternined Serena was ,She came back in 2018 from giving birth at the age of 36 0r 10 years older than Naomi is today but right away she reached 2grand slam finals .I do not see Naomi getting there soon despite her youth .

Osaka just needs a lot more competitive matches under her belt by entering as many tournaments as possible. After 5-5 in the first set, she lost all remaining games!

She’s done. Her biggest mistake was getting pregnant in the first place – that’s essentially suicide for an athlete’s career when they’re a woman. Serena was never the same after having a child either.
Danielle got nothing to lose especially after her retirement announcement. Her no nonsense, fearless attitude was on full display. Naomi should also play the same way. She lets pressure get the better of herself and her game.
I believe Osaka will find her game again !!!

It’s funny how with the “draw” certain players continue to match up with certain ones..not to mention how certain top ten players seem to play very low ranked players (in the early rounds) yet other top 10 players often play higher ranked players in the early rounds! Example number 2 seed plays number 42 in the world while number 6 seed plays number 75 in the world..can’t wait to see who the number 1 seed will play! Laughable!!!!
This the 3rd overall tournament of the East swing, & AtP & WTA in total 5 if I'm not wrong. And exept Dona WTA & ATP, on every tournament, on every match i saw, ( and i watched like 3 matches per day)line judges were making such mistakes….. it's just wow😳! The ball is out like 5-10 cm, they are silent, the ball totally on the line not even a 1cm out of line,- they call out!!! I never saw something like this happening in the same region on different tournaments. Glad that Doha had electronic system but here & Abu Dhabi…just🤦♂️ !
